You need to review the definition of the word "borrow." You want to be using the word "lend."
So i guess if a stock market correction would cause lenders investments to fall substantially and the lenders do not have a lot of collateral (cash), this might incentive / force them to either increase the interest rates on the money they lent out or force the some accounts to cover their positions. Another factor that supports this theory is that Brokerage firms such as Robinhood and other companies that spectrum do not have a lot of cash, instead they either have almost no cash on hand or the money is guess where? In the stock market or crypto. ~ all criticism/ suggestions welcome! Just trying to figure out how this could play out😁
