A good afternoon baby, what is cracker lacking? What is up, how does your boy trade from trade trades coming back again? I just want you guys a little update on some stuff here, but before we get into the video i know there have been a lot of people asking about my mri how things went uh. You know the five year anniversary of my my pops, passing by whatever i want you guys to know that i'm absolutely okay, i went for my mri, everything went absolutely fine, it took about an hour and a half the the machine actually was not working the way It was supposed to which was a little bit of a pain in the ass, but outside of everything went smoother shaking results in about a week which ultimately is going to bring us to the surgery which i am planning on getting scheduled out in north carolina. So i should be moving out there sometime hopefully in the next month or two no promises on anything right but uh. It is it's a starting point.

It's a place for us to make some some progress and get an idea of where direction is going outside. Of that you know, i'm feeling pretty good. I celebrated memorial weekend. I watched my buddy race and uh everything's sitting pretty good with my my old man.

So without further ado, what is up everybody over the trade traders? We freaking talk fast and don't skip class, maybe like a buffer percent, i'm not a financial advisor expert, obviously so taking when i say the grand salt, let's get into the video, so i want to talk about the shareholder count. This is something that's been kind of popping around here recently, and i think part of this is because adam aaron tweeted something out this morning, and there was a video that recently came out by lou versus wall street. Talking about this and i'm going to say an opinion on that, there is one piece of that that i think is actually a good thing to double down on, but nonetheless i want to talk about. You know kind of why i think this is important, so adam aaron tweeted out this outrageous, but true many amc shareholders live outside the us, especially the uk and europe.

Brokerage firms refuse to facilitate shareholder voting costs the firm's time and money to do so. Any workarounds to the problem violate us. Law switch brokers. So you can vote - and this has already kind of been alluded to and leaked a little bit, because adam aaron had actually uh messaged somebody on twitter in the twitter dm saying, hey the shareholder account what you guys actually know.

The 3.2 million investors that are holding amc, the apes out there right this is only based out of us and canada, which, essentially just you know, expose the fact that you're not including a lot of europe you're, not including asia, you're, not including africa, you're, not including A lot of other huge, huge countries which could have shareholders that are actually holding stock in the company as well right now, i still think the shareholder count is important and does reveal some good information, which is what i kind of want to talk about right. So there's been some speculation of okay. Why should we? Why should we even have the shareholder account right two through two times three times four times if it costs money and it ends up just being a waste of time anyways? And i don't think that's necessarily the case. So i want to show you something that i drew up now.

This is an iceberg. This is probably the best way that i can kind of visualize this for anybody out there who wants to do this visually. So this is what you can see right. We know that you've got water here and then the tip of the iceberg is typically what you can see.

It's pretty cliche, but it's a good example to use you've got the shareholder count right. This is the iceberg, and this is the actual shares that exist. All that you can see is what is above the water right. This is what is revealed to the general public.

This is what you would basically know when you were just taking into consideration what is counted in the actual count right, the shareholders count. Now we don't even know if it's gon na end up revealing any of the actual synthetic shares or you know the same thing we're on the same: the pharaohs delivers or the naked shorts that are circulating on the market. They couldn't, but we're gon na. Take the worst case scenario and say that they don't right.

We, i think, there's going to be something, but we don't want to get people's hopes up right. We want to be as realistic and and hope for the best, but expect the worst right. So, let's just say that all they take is u.s and canada, and that number ends up going up right. We see this 3.2 million back in march and this number ends up increasing to somewhere around four million total shares, or four million total.

You know, shareholders, the apes right. This still shows an overall trend and you don't see the bottom of the iceberg right. You don't get into consideration the other countries that are holding stock. You don't get the naked shores, you don't get, the favorites delivers.

They might crack down on some of these right, but they cannot play the game of speculation. Right companies, ceos the sec, nscc dtcc, all these huge entities that can't play the game of speculation right. They have to be able to definitively prove with hard factual information that this sort of stuff exists right, so they're not going to say anything unless they can definitively say. Yes, we have the actual documentation and proof right here saying this is how many shares are actually existing.

This does not mean the end of the world right. It's not a bad thing to give you a generalized picture. In fact, i would much rather get the generalized picture than no picture at all. If they're, just looking for yup, you got to get the mona lisa or you're not getting any painting in the least bit, and i want to show you an example of what i mean right.

So, let's just talk about short interest. You've got real short interest compared to what meets the eye. Now i've gone over ortex data quite a few times. We've gone over there with text data because it gives you an overall generalized trend on what is happening with short interest, keep in mind.

It gives you about 85 ish of the actual exchange data. However, it does pay to a generalized picture. We can see that the short interest is going up on a given day. You can see by the utilization.

How many shares are on loan about? How many shares are being shorted into the market right now? This isn't the whole picture, it's about 85 percent of it maybe - and it's also what's only reported right. So, if there's actual shorts, you know real shorts physical shorts that are out on the market they're. Just getting reported that doesn't get taken into the picture right, the naked shorts don't get taken into the picture. The favorites delivers the synthetic shirts don't get taken into the picture, but this is still useful information because it gives you an idea of maybe when the best time is to buy.

Maybe how the picture is looking. Has this thing started squeezing? Yet, where are we going right? This is still useful information right just because you don't have the actual real short interest, the actual 100 factual. All the information available to us short interest doesn't mean it's useful, because you still get something that is able to be seen by the eye or text like the the ceo of amc or adam aaron, like the sec, like any huge entity that is governing the stock Market cannot play the game of speculation, they're they're there to give you what they can definitely prove or what meets the eye right now. Take this into consideration and think about the actual real share count.

The same thing can be said about the share count and the shareholders count on amc is coming up here in early june first week of june right we are going to get what meets the i, what they can definitively prove, maybe versus the actual real shareholders count. I'm going to ask you a simple question right. I know the answer myself, i'm not even gon na say it because it should be apparent. You know to people who watch me, but i think the answer here is obvious.

Do you want the actual real mona lisa, or do you want a generalized picture? Do you want something right, because this is this? Is what you're looking at right? If you, if you were not satisfied with the real count right, you don't want anything except for the real account you don't you don't want the generalized picture. You don't want what they can available to give to you. The other alternative is nothing right. We get no answers, we get no update account.

We get no updated information that is just leaving us ill informed right, there's something who versus wall street said you know regarding the the shareholders kind of what's kind of going on here. I cut you know part of his video and i watched that, and it was talking about how he predicted that you know we wouldn't actually see the real shareholders count that there are likely countries that are going to take into consideration here. That's a good point to double down on. He said this.

He said you know. If you look at other countries, they're not getting orders filled, and it's probably for a couple different reasons right. It could be because they don't have available shares to actually buy. It could be because they're not gon na be able to be included into the shareholders, account that it should have ended last friday right either way.

That is definitive proof that there are shareholders out there right who are in different countries different parts of the world. We're not gon na be including the share count. Does that mean that the share count is worthless? I don't think so. I just don't.

I think it gives you a generalized picture. It gives you an idea of trend, here's an idea that more people are buying more people are holding right because think about this. This worst case scenario right absolute worst case scenario. Let's say that this actually goes down.

3.2 million goes down to 3 million for whatever reason or another, 3.0 million total shareholders. That is information. That's useful to us right. It's going to tell us that apes are selling.

Do i think, that's happening? Absolutely not! I don't think it's happening in the least bit right, but it's still useful information like i would want to know that i don't know if the actual shareholders are going down or going up. It's useful information, even if it's not the whole picture, even if you're looking at the tip of the iceberg, you're getting a piece of the iceberg which is still useful information to the apes. That's what i've got for this freaking video. So it's just my opinion.

You guys, you know, take into consideration whatever you want to do, but uh i i figured this was kind of a good piece of information, a good topic to cover just based on some of the opinions that are floating out there right now, so blah blah blah. I want to leave you with one piece: it's good to sit back, crack a beer enjoy time with your friends, but i also want to tell you guys to remember to mourn, to reflect and to celebrate right, it's important to remember those if, whether you're supportive of The military or you're not right, there's, there's a lot of different ways that you can swing memorial weekend and at least get the right picture and how you want to make that work.
