What is up, everybody welcome to trey's trades, where we give technical analysis on different stocks in the stock market as well as buy hold or sell opinions on these. Given stocks. I'd like to preface by saying that i am not a financial advisor nor expert, i am just some ram dude on youtube, so take what i say with a grain of salt. That being said today we are looking at ticker symbol, uavs a jiggle aerial systems incorporated. I probably butchered that, but this is my pre market watch stock for the day. I do think this has some potential to run.

So, let's take a look at the technical analysis here i have pulled up a 10-day 15-minute chart and you can see that about 10 days ago we were sitting at a share price of 268 and in the pre market we are sitting at eight dollars and seventy Cents, that is a almost four hundred percent margin of return on this stock. If you were able to get in at that time, so that is a beautiful run-up and the volume on the stock and the hype and the traction seems to be growing with every passing day. Now, how do we play this stock? Well, i do think we are up a pretty significant amount in the pre market. Here you know we closed the day out yesterday at seven dollars and eleven cents is a high.

Uh 688 was the actual closing valuation and it is run up a lot. So how do i think this is going to play out when the market opens well? I do think you're going to see some limit order, sell-offs and that could bring this price down to a support level which i will identify here as this as the initial support. 728 and a secondary support level sitting at here 587. So if you would like to get into this play and potentially see some run-ups, i would be looking for these two numbers.

I would write them down 728 and 587.. If you do see this stock drop to 728, that's a great entry point. If you see a dip below 728, an even better entry point is 5.87. Now, if we look at yesterday's price action and we change it to a one minute chart - you can see here that this is very bullish territory.

We are sitting above the volume moving average for the majority of the day, except for about an hour in the pre market here. So this is very bullish. The bulls do seem to have control, but when a stock runs up this fast, it is too much a little bit too fast. You will see a steep decline in price now if we come back to the normal market hours yesterday, it was a little bit of movement.

We opened the day at about 6. 54 closed the day, a little bit higher, just a hair at 6 80.. Now it seems that a lot of the price action on this stock happens in the after hours or free market. So that is something to keep in mind here.

If you'd like to get in is that you might not see a lot of movement during the regular market hours, however, i do plan on getting into this stock. I plan on trimming some of my profits off of a couple stocks in my portfolio to get into this. I plan on getting you know anywhere from a thousand to 1500 in shares on this stock, whatever that might come out to and i'm going to set a price target of 10 for a quick swing trade that would be if you get in at 728, about a 25, a little bit higher 25 margin of return, so that is how i am going to be playing this stock. I do think that there is a lot of potential here.

I think the hype is very high and what i really like is the amount of volume that has been coming to this stock every day. If we pull up today's top volume movers and we pull up, uavs uavs sees an average volume of about 2.37 million shares. However, yesterday, along in a five minute window, we saw 2.293 million shares traded in just a small window at the market open. We saw 3 million 410 000, so this is exponentially higher than its normal volume, which is going to drive volatility, and there is a pretty large following on uavs this uh.

This stock has 39 000 people watching it currently on stock twits and most people are very bullish on this stock. Bullish bullish, bullish, bullish bullish and it is very important to find out the emotions and thought process behind other traders that are coming into a stock because face it in the short term. Trading is based off of emotion and not logic. So if you want a good idea of whether stock is going to run, you need to figure out how people feel about a given stock, and i do think people feel this is going to run.

So that is a very important thing to watch out. For last thing i want to pull up here is the rsi. The rsi is an indicator on how overbought or under oversold a given stock is, and you can see that there are a few moments in time where the stock is a little bit overbought. Anything over 70 is an overbought territory.

However, a lot of the trade action in here seems to be very fair. Well, you know it's on the higher end, a lot of the time we're seeing above 50 to 60, which is uh closer to being overbought than oversold, but this seems to have some pretty solid price action and very solid slow trend line growth. So i do think this is a solid stock to get into. I do plan on building a position in this and, if you'd like to see my portfolio, i plan on putting a video out at the end of the day, talking about my portfolio uh.
