The whole situation seems to depend on whether the shorts want to, and can, close their positions. I would think they would need to start closing slowly. They are losing money keeping those postions, holding is free for us. If they get to a point where they HAVE to sell….MOASS.

You are 100% right here.BUT I think shorts are so over exposed so they can not close. Something needs to force them?
Just from a very basic level, APE will expose naked shorts due to a ton of FTDs but we unfortunately know that the SEC is doing anything about it. We've been at 100% utility for months now. There are already a lot of FTDs. Lots of HF should have already been liquidated by now. Wall street will eventually fall and the squeeze should happen whenever that is. Til then Hodl. HF aren't getting any shares frim our community. They are only lossing monkey by kicking the can each month
