That’s a fact of life we should allow the dilution but at a price where they can cover as much as possible at the least expense of retail and amc. I like the sound of that one hand washes the other.
MOASS will come when AMC is debt free imo. Dilution of APE is not necessarily a bad thing if done correctly.

What Biggums missed explaining in this video is the reason why Phase6 seems a bit strange.
The way the ISDA contracts work is you have two parties, the Lender and the Cheater. Cheater provides collateral that they add in an addendum to the ISDA contract.
( Literally stapled on the back, this is all done on paper ! )
The Lender sees this as them having some kind of value and gives them a loan.
The Cheater never gives their collateral but only shows that they have it 'in-stock', as in in their account.
This way they can use the same collateral over and over.
Bill Huang of Archegos did this a lot of times with different parties. That way he was 160 ( ! ) times overleveraged.
Meaning 1 Billion in collateral did give him 160 Billion through the means of this system.
With the new system they want to have three parties.
A Lender, a Central Storage and a Cheater.
The central storage is a neutral clearing party.
Now the Cheaters need to provide collateral every contract they make. This collateral will be taken from them and stored in the Central Storage.
The contracts will be stored digitally and every party will have access to prevent 'duplication' or using the same collateral over and over from happening.
This way way everyone will have access to the information about the lending going on and the collateral will be stored away as well… ehm collateral.
So no more cheating for the Cheating parties.
There are better explanations but I thought I give mine.
Read up on Phase 6 from ISDA so you can verify this yourself.
