All right, what's up gg gorilla gang? How are we doing today? It is uh trey just coming in for a quick update video, as you guys can tell by the title. I uh fudged up a little bit on my not even a little bit just a lot on my last video, my uh, my amc video, so i just want to be transparent. I never want to pretend i don't make mistakes, i'm a human um, and this was a big mistake. So i just want to clarify some points that i made in my previous video there's two things that i didn't that i didn't say it correctly.

Um we're gon na get into that a little bit, but i do want to show you guys that i took action to make sure that people know that. I i made a mistake, so i changed the title of this. Video amc fall video to come, leaving this for list leaving this listed for transparency. I've got this up here in the description, there's not in fact 99.2 total shares being held in the company and they are not debt-free, but merely no longer in danger of bankruptcy.

The rest of the information, this video is relevant. I am keeping this up because i will not pretend i didn't make a mistake and take pride in my transparency, so that is what i wanted to show you guys here. If you do not know what i'm talking about, essentially, i put out an update video on amc that i was very excited about and uh misinterpreted the information and the big difference between what i do guys um. You know i'm just like i'm just like everybody else.

I'm an average guy, i'm an average weeb, i'm an average ape and the difference being that i have a platform. So there's not a lot of room for error for me and i made a big mistake. I i misinterpreted information and i spread it and i realized that i cannot um. Can i undo that and that's just a fact - and i i just sincerely apologize, but i'm gon na do my best to you know, get that to get the facts out there that i can um regarding you know what i messed up on, because i i don't Want to pretend that i didn't you know it's just a fact.

I take a lot of pride in my transparency and keeping it real. So there was there was a couple of red threads out there talking about it. Please be careful of misinformation. Regarding percent of shares being held apes, so recently one poster posted a video claiming that we are holding 99.2 percent of shares.

This has gained a lot of traction, and i'm posting this just to make everyone aware of how wrong and misleading this information is. First of all, i have positions in both gm and amc and i'm expecting them to moon, which is why i'm holding i just can't stand when people can't do basic research and spreading misinformation, which is what that guy did trey's trades, i think, was his name. So i did end up responding to both of these. You know for what that matters, i'm not sure if that matters at all, but i uh.

I responded to those and told everybody that i realized. I made a mistake this one if you're interested in the information that i misinterpreted. Let's tell you it's this uh, the 99 2.2 ratio of the flow chairs to the outstanding shares. What does it mean? Um? It's! It's simple to google: here's an extremely dumbed down version outstanding shares.

All the shares of the company, including institutional shares, plus restricted shares institutional shares, are the shares that other companies hold in the stock. Restricted shares are the shares potentially for employees use retail investors. Don't have access to these, so the flow chairs are all the shares minus the restricted shares that is called the public float and i misinterpret that information. I interpret that as the amount of shares that are currently being held, and that's on me that is 100, so i take complete fall for that.

My friends and i apologize. I take a lot of pride in my channel in the community here. My friends and you know i think, since i have this platform, what i take so much pride in is being able to spread the word and the sentiment of the community. You know um because at the end of the day i am just like you guys.

I'm learning you know and i make mistakes, and this is a big one um, but but the difference is that i just don't have the room for error here. So that was on me and i apologize another thing that i i said wrong. Was that uh? This company is debt-free they're, in fact not debt-free, but immediately no longer in danger of bankruptcy. They raised after about uh 700 million dollars after some fees and taxes that they end up paying um, and they did some offerings and stuff which is gon na help them have enough money to uh continue operations until at least the end of 2021.

According to the ceo there's also some information that uh, i do not very clearly articulate um, so i want to share that with you guys and uh. Just say it how it is. That's that's on me. I made that mistake and um.

I just don't want to pretend it didn't happen. So what does this mean? Moving forward? My friends, i will continue to cover amc, amc stock, the whole situation right um. I don't plan on going anywhere, but it just means i have to be more careful but um. The information that i'm that i'm researching you know um, i misinterpreted that i had no malicious intent.

If any of you out there feel like, i swayed you or or changed your decision-making process in regards to investing in amc, i apologize, i'm not a financial advisor. This isn't advice um, but nonetheless that was a pretty big, pretty big uh hiccup, pretty big rip that i uh that i made. So i just want to keep it real with everybody. You know, i'm a human being.

I know i've said that a thousand times but um. I genuinely take a lot of pride in this community in the gorilla gang gg. You know um. I think it's.

It's awesome that we get to work together on this platform and that i get to speak for a lot of people, but i got to do a better job, i'm articulating that.
