Good morning gorilla gang what is kraken, we are back again for another episode of the traders. Podcast welcome back if you have uh, if you have been a member of the of the gang for a while and if you are new, welcome uh welcome to the community drop some gorillas in the chat for all the new people here that are joining the traders. Uh, the traders podcast and the gorilla gang. We are glad to have everybody here today we are going to be watching some live amc price action so far here in the pre-market, we are down about 0.11 but do not be concerned.

We do not have a lot of volume, that's pumped into this. So far so far we have had what appears to be about 415 000 uh shares of volume. We just saw about 258 000 shares pumping that uh 7 a.m, bell for the pre-market, which is typically a a time in which you see other brokerage accounts will start allowing pre-market trading. So you see that a lot of shares have been filled and that is in fact a green candle, so that looks pretty freaking solid we'd like to see that volume starting to come in here excited to talk about amc here today.

There are also some other stocks that i think have uh have been. You know, raising some concern for people. Thank you for saying it looks snazzy. I appreciate that i never do like my glasses much but uh.

You know we're gon na use some sunday we'll use some someday. So i see some people asking about was rocket. A distraction was rocket, a distraction right. If you buying a rocket, are you cheating on your girl, amy or girl? Amc right? My answer to you is: it is what you make it your mistake here.

If you, if you decide to buy into rkt, is if you sell out of amc or gamestop in my opinion right, don't let uh don't let the opportunity to make money make you believe that it is a distraction. In fact, i spent a lot of time throwing together some due diligence and uh research. You know - and this is coming from somebody on on reddit, so i take no credit for this google doc, but this is coming from somebody named uh. The underscore big underscore short underscore 2020.

and he threw together a huge dd list on rkt and guys don't worry, i'm not converting, i'm not converting. This is why it's called the amc live price action because we're gon na be talking about amc. However, i do want to address rkt, because i see a lot of people that are concerned with uh with rocket companies and uh. You know some of the implications it might have on the squeeze potential for amc.

Let me be the first to tell you that rkt is not going to destroy the squeeze potential on on amc. I 100 guarantee you it will not. I do believe that there are some bots out there. I think there are i've, seen some pretty identical messages being popped in different reddit threads being popped in discords being popped in comment sections, and i think there are some people that are trying to distract distract amc.

However, i i think that that rkt is actually a pretty solid setup and we'll talk about that later. We'll talk about that later, but you know i did want to address that. We will chat about that as it is uh. You know something.

That's been a pretty hot topic here, don't mind me: i've got a little bit of diet. Do i got ta, i got ta rock. I got ta get going, you don't mind, dropping a like on the video. It really does help support the channel.

I appreciate that so much uh, it's great to have everybody here: jungle, jungle, george dude. I like that, we're gon na call it jungle, george debia jungle, george w all right for those of you who are concerned. If it's too late to bind a rocket, i see some people in the comments section talking about it to be transparent. I do have a position in rocket, however, you can see i've got a much heavier position in amc.

1580 shares in amc right now at a dollar cost average of eight dollars and 52 cents is my current amc position. I also have four call options for the six dollar strike and i plan on exercising those personally, so how does that work? Well, i offered up a premium that is allowing me and if i do decide to exercise, i lose that premium. That allows me to purchase 400 shares at that six dollar strike. I do that because it is going to do two things right.

It causes some hedging to happen. So when you put out call options, the market makers or the hedge funds that run those options, contracts have to hedge, they have to have the collateral and shares to be able to match your uh. Your your potential to exercise, which is my 100 plan right, so it does that it also lowers my overall dollar cost average so that i have a heavier stake in the stock that will have a higher potential for a good return when the squeeze potential does come To fruition so great great stuff, there um as far as rocket goes, we can touch on that in a second, but i do have a position in rocket to be transparent. I never want to bs you guys.

You can see it right here. I've got 165 shares at a dollar cost average of 38.80, and i have been playing this for uh i scalped it. Yesterday i was in and out in and out. I was i'd be on the bathroom sitting on the toilet during uh during a break at work and i'd spend 10 minutes and i'd make a couple bucks, uh i'd, be on my lunch break.

I spent a couple minutes making a couple bucks and so far i made about 521 dollars on rkt. So that's what i'm sitting at right now, uh! You know so far, i'm up on rkt today about 143 dollars, two percent or so - and i plan on holding this and we'll talk about it later. But amc is the focus for the day we are currently sitting at eight dollars and ninety three cents. So far, the volume is sitting at 454 000 and the short interest is still there.

As usual, i've got uh the information from fintel pulled up. We're also going to take a look at uh ortex. Yesterday's short volume ratio - 17, 12.9 million, total short volume came in compared to the overall market volume of 77.9 million, 150 000 total short shares available as of now, and that is uh not a lot that was as of 31 minutes ago. Now, if you look at, i borrow desk, this has some pretty solid information and we can pull up amc and you can take a peek at you know.

Yesterday's action today is the third. This is from yesterday. We already have shorts that have been doubling down their positions as of this morning. According to fintel, we were sitting at 600 000, total short shares available for a lot of the day, in fact, that number just kept going up and up and up throughout the uh throughout march, 2nd or yesterday tuesday.

So it's good to see that number's actually gone down a little bit. This means that it's very likely that you've seen some shorts so far in the morning, uh be doubling down on their positions here in this stock. I would anticipate that's why you saw a little bit of a sell-off here, so very, very solid. I don't mind that setup in the least bit twisted man says 100 on amc.

What are your thoughts on uwmc, though, so this is actually popped up in the discord. I think it's got some pretty solid potential for a today's swing. It's already at 11.48. I think it could treat you pretty well um.

I would watch for an entry. Look at that disgusting george, w guys don't even have to do. I even have to point them out anymore. I i surely don't i surely don't have to point them out anymore.

We've got a disgusting george w popping up right here, um. I i think it's got a lot of potential you're gon na be watching for a couple of critical levels, so we've got an ascending level of support. That's rocking right now, in the short term, we've got a level of resistance sitting about here i would say, and it's got to break over this, we've got one two three four five tops had a false break broke back down. We got a hard push over 1150 and that should come with a pretty hard move.

That's i think it's a good opportunity for a uh a day, a day trade. I would hold this for a day. Personally, that's just my two cents. You guys make your own decisions, of course, but uh.

I think it's got some solid potential for sure. Rkt has more uh. Oh i'm gon na scroll back up rkt has more shares in the money with call options on three five than exist. Exactly that tells you the whole story, guys it's uh, it's the hedge funds have been have been manipulating the stock on rkt and i'm waiting on the video to render.

But i've got a long video that i threw together on this. It's in my channel content. Right now, i'm just going to see if everything's cooking, with crisco waiting for that monetization to turn on. So i can release it but everything's good to go there.

It's a it's, a very detailed video so when i put that out, feel free to check it out. If you would like to do so, but uh this is set up dirty, dirty, dirty i'll, give you a beast, a basic rundown on my my bowl case for rkt in the short term right. So let's check this out. Their shares outstanding 100, 100 million, their total public float 108 million, meaning that more public float shares are circulating right now.

That should actually exist for shares outstanding. That tells you a lot right now. What else do we have? We look at them on ortex and check out the short interest, 70 or 97 of the current total utilizable shorts are being held right, so only about two percent are currently available. Casabar was 51 percent, meaning that every day that shorts hold this they're getting burned days to cover extremely extremely high, we look at their short interest.

Uh availability for shares right, zero, total short shares available. They are doubling down on this. There are no short shares available. You should not even be able to short share this or short this position and that's, including the short volume ratio we saw yesterday so short term.

This is an opportunity for you to make capital. This is what i plan on doing the money that i make with rocket with rocket companies. I'm gon na be taking that profit and i'm gon na be moving it. I'm gon na be moving it over to amc and uh.

I do not recommend that you sell any of your positions to get into rkt uh. I am not gon na sell a single share of my amc that is uh this. The only way this is a distraction is, if you, if you make it one right, so don't make this a distraction, make it a little bit of an opportunity to have some fun in the market right. While you wait for your other place, to move all right.

Uh yeah, i'm not seeing it man, let me know, let me know where you sent that to and i'll check it out. Just pull this over here. Really quick: we've got the amc march 5 calls, and this was thrown together by uh by richard, so all hats off to richard. He threw this together for us, we got the the half dollar strike all the way up to forty dollars check out this uh. This percent change, so we got a 121 percent change on the nine dollar strike.

There is currently cumulative shares that strike 14.4 million. Uh number of shares open interest. 47 000 cumulative shares at strike 17 million guys. So there's some huge ones here.

That's that's! That's massive! Look at all these call options coming in. We can look at this on weeble as well check this out the five five uh five march 2021 exploration on amc. We've got huge amounts of open interest here, maybe not so much. You know under five bucks, but five dollars all the way up to 15 bucks.

Look at this 52 000 uh contracts on the 10 strike. Forty five thousand here - twenty nine thousand here - thirty two thousand here - eighteen thousand here - twenty one thousand here right - that's a lot of a lot of contracts on that amc options: man, that's a huge amount, so you'd love to see it, and this is gon na. This is gon na add fuel to the fire guys because the uh, the market makers, hedgie edgy's, got ta, make uh make sure that they are maintaining some collateral in case people wan na exercise these in the money options contracts if they do end up expiring, the Money, of course, we'd have to close over, i would say, 10 bucks in order to really capitalize on a lot of these for people that want to exercise them. However, the more these that roll in and the closer we start getting to those uh those strike prices.

The more likely you are going to see market makers start to hedge purchase shares straight out of the market, which is going to start laddering that stock price up down a little bit at a time a little bit at a time right. It's going to drive up that volume because, no matter who's making the purchases the volume is, the volume it's still going to drive price action. So that's huge, absolutely huge. I want to talk about trxc here, really quick.

This is a company that just had fda approval for their sendhan surgical system. That was announced 34 minutes ago. I did take a position in this company 750 shares at a dollar cost average of five dollars and five cents. I'm currently up on this about uh three percent 125 dollars.

Now four percent hundred sixty three dollars, i'm gon na - be holding this today for a day swing. I will probably not be holding this for longer than a day. Typically, fda approval you'll see the after effects for a small amount of time right and then from there. I will.

I will end up taking my profits and uh moving that somewhere else, all right, but uh. That's that's good information man. I'm glad that you shared that with everybody. Let me uh pull this back up here, really quick.

Where did that go here? We go all right, so yeah, as you can see, we've got a lot of open interest here. So there's 21 000 at the 9. 15. 000.

Here the 12 20 there's 18. 000. That's that's pretty massive! Honestly! I think it's even higher than that. Now i think it's even higher than that.

We see a lot of uh open interest here. Let's see what the 20 is like: it's 26. 000.. There's a there's a bunch at 40, 23 000 at the 4 strike.

Of course, the premium on that is super super cheap, you're, paying three cents a share to lock in that premium right, so you're not paying a lot of money for a contract here, which is why i think it's got a lot of open interest, because the downside's Really not that high right you're not risking a lot of money, because one contract is gon na cost. You three bucks, you know, so you can get a crap ton of these for really really cheap, which is huge huge for sure, but uh. The situation is the same for amc, guys, patience, patience. I see a lot of people that are concerned about the consolidation and the low volume, and let me tell you why that doesn't concern me that much so.

Let's look at this on a one month chart i just want to take a quick peek at what we're. Looking at this is what i'm noticing right off the bat 15 ma trading over the 200 ema. Why is this important right? Well, what you see right now is that 15 ma is parallel with the 200 ema. What does this mean? It means consolidation and anything that you have consolidation underneath the 200 ema right.

The 59 is underneath the 200 ema, the price action and the 15 are both trading over that purple trend line right now, which means that macroscopically speaking we're in bullish territory, consolidation in bullish territory, favors, bowlers, bullish, uh buyers, it favors the buyers 100. The longer this consolidates, the more that you can expect a push to come right. Low volume consolidation is huge. It means that we're just waiting people are still holding the stock.

If you see uh, you know ups and downs, rips and dips, rips and dips over and over and over. That means that you've got people that are, you know, scalping the stock. Maybe you've got some investors that maybe are getting out because they're a little bit worried. Whatever it may be right, but this is not bad.

This is not better than the least bit i like consolidation, especially in bullish territory like we have right here with the 15 ma trading over the 200 ema trading in a super super tight price zone and there's a pretty critical level that we're going to want to Watch for that's eventually going to come uh and i'm going to zoom out just to show you here and it's going to be about 9.40. Now. Why is that a critical level? Well i'll show you it's uh! It's going to be very easy to see so check this out. We've got a bunch of tops here.

We've got a top. Two tops false break over right. We got the break over broke back down. Three tops four tops.

It is hit this 9 937 940 level. Four times and has been rejected so once it closes over that 940 level, which has been a very significant level of resistance over the previous month. Right, that's going to be huge. In fact, this was the exact level that it gapped up to, which is why i think you're, seeing this act as a huge level of resistance right now.

This is going to be significant. A break over 940 means that we're gon na get pretty hard push, and i think it's gon na it's gon na come soon just hold hold and be patient, be patient. I'm telling you the time will come, the time will come. Trey are 14 million options exercised or fake um, so the the 14 million that would be shares so not options right.

So 14 million shares comes from the fact that we had about 140 000 call options right, but those can be exercised, but it comes down to is the people that exercise those need to have the collateral in order to pay for that strike. Price per 100 shares right so, for example, if we've got a six dollar strike expiring in the money uh and that's what i've got for my my uh contract right. I've got four contracts at that six dollar strike. I paid about 1160 bucks for that premium.

At the time right, so what you're doing is you're giving up that premium in order to uh? Allow yourself, if you'd like to purchase 100 shares for each of those contracts at the six dollar strike. If you don't have the collateral, you can't do it right. Sometimes your brokerage account and robinhood did this. They will sell your contract.

You know whether whether or not you want to and then uh you're screwed, so make sure that you've got the collateral so that you can exercise those in the money call options. If you would like to do so that isn't that is an obligation. So if you want to do the quick math, it's super easy to do in case you i know options are they can be complicating but uh i'll break this down the simplest way. The premium right this premium - this is what you're paying per share 298 for a six dollar strike, that's per hundred shares, so you pay about 298 dollars to lock in that uh that one contract, if you decide to exercise you lose the premium, you bet that's basically, Insurance you're paying insurance, so you can have that six dollar strike per 100 shares, so what you would truly pay for those hundred shares if you exercise, is six dollars per share, which would be uh 600 bucks for those total 100 shares.

You know and if you've got four of those that'd be 2 400 bucks. You get the idea here, it's very very simple. I promise you hope that answers your question. Man i was that shot last night brother, that was awesome.

I've seen that it's running in the pre-market right now looks like it could be a leading gapper, i'm assuming they got some pretty big news and they did so oxygen confirms earlier report. Uh companies, coping 19 vaccine code, development partner, barrett biotech shares phase three insurance results of coal vaccine demonstrating efficacy of 81.

That's huge, that's massive guys! So what i find interesting about? Cova vaccine, the current you know uh the current vaccines that i'll be using that we're using are the mederna and the pfizer. I know that personally, you have to take two of those vaccines at a time cover vaccine. I want to look into this a little bit more, but would be interesting to me is if you only had to take one. The efficacy rate of 81 is very high.

I think that's interesting, that's worth noting and if you're gon na trade, this i would, i would say, be cautious if you're gon na trade, this scalp it don't don't swing this. It's already run up a lot right. It could continue to run it. Could it could have a crazy, crazy uh day could be something like this back up to 18 bucks, however, be careful if you're not gon na, be by your computer.

If you're not gon na be able to watch this minute by minute, i would not put a position here and make sure you set a trillion stop loss. This is risky very, very, very risky, so be careful trxc having a day jeez. How about that? Hey i'll! Tell you what i'm gon na get some uh some water here, really quick, we're just gon na fill up we're gon na call. This uh we're gon na we're gon na fill this sucker up and your pop is a don dude.

He called ocgn. He 100 did that. Guy is a legend absolute legend, but i'm gon na give myself some water be right back my friends. This will just take a second all right, we're cooking.

So there we go gorilla juice because gorillas do not drink water. Trx is having itself a day. Jesus look at this, it's at 5.52 cents right now currently on that. That's a swing that i'm playing right.

Now, i'm up nine percent. 350 bucks uh! I will keep this up to date with you guys in case. You would like to establish a position, however. You're gon na be looking at a nickel and dime.

Here, don't be looking for a slam, dunk home run, you might get it right. They got fda approval as well for some of their surgical equipment and uh. That's huge. That's huge: you can see right here, fda clearance for send hand, surgical system and that's that's pretty massive stuff, so it could have a pretty solid day, just like ocg ends, so that could be huge if our shipments are brothers and arms can take 30 minute smoke Breaks us non-smokers to definitely take 10-minute dumps.

Man, i'm gon na be traveling as much as i can throughout throughout time for sure so oxygen options, so the next uh expiration they've got is 19 march 2021.. If you want to purchase these, the premium is a little bit higher, but it could have a pretty solid date, so with fda approval on the horizon right, we already got it. I suppose you know they've been talking about the efficacy and stuff. We got some big news.

It could have a pretty solid date. However, options are risky. Please don't play options if you're not familiar with them. What you could do is purchase a 20 strike.

The premium is 90 cents which you'd pay uh. What would that be? It'd? Be 90 bucks per per contract right and sell it same day, so it's a great way to capitalize on leverage. You can make a crap ton of money. However, if you don't know how to play options right be careful, i would rather just hold the shares and make sure that you are able to watch the chart pretty religiously good morning, trey and gorilla gang.

Let's go back up here. Gon na come back up to amc, we're currently sitting about even we are at eight dollars and ninety two cents, not a lot of volume. Pumping in here, we had a pretty huge spike right here of 262 000 total shares and a lot of short volume pumping into this. In fact, if you were just tuning in, we showed you guys uh the amount of short shares that are available for the stock and the situation is exactly the same.

Not much has changed. 150. 000. Total short share availability that is updated as a 48 minutes ago, and i'm going to pull them up here on ortex and see if we've got any relevant new information.

So, according to ortex, this is a a website that i do pay a membership for to get the most up-to-date and relevant information. 96.06 uh current utilization, which means that only about four percent of the current lendable short shares are available for borrowing costs. To borrow going up every single day, 8.65 as of march 1st, so that is a very, very high number. The higher this starts to go the more of a short squeeze potential you're starting to see and uh.

I think there's some pretty interesting stuff going on with um with this quadruple witching. So that's going to be pretty interesting to talk about as well. I think that is worth mentioning, so just keep that in the back of your mind, guys and look at this amc is starting to get a little bit of movement here. Moving at it is about eight dollars and ninety three cents moving off without a lot of volume, and you don't need a lot of volume for the movement to happen right.

You can still have green days off. I'm not a lot of volume. However, it's just not going to move as much as it would, with more volume coming into the stock closing at 894, we are net, even in the pre-market all right good morning, train gorilla, gang thoughts on kmph and uwmc. It's funny that you say that, because in the discord i got asked about those two stocks, specifically so kmph right now is sitting at 16.29.

It is doing a little bit of consolidation had a crazy gap up here i mean look at this volume that came in the in the after hours yesterday, and it's been bleeding off a little bit, not to say that it's done right. I like that, it's consolidating i like that it's holding up and if you look at this on the one month, that'll tell you a much better story. You can see that it's still hooking up, it's still hooking away right, so we had a nasty gap up from nine bucks up to 21 and 25 cents currently sitting at 16, 15. um - and i'm not i'm not sweating about that.

I think this is sitting pretty dang, okay um, if you're gon na trade. This, though, be careful, i would say the same thing about uwmc: make sure that you buy your computer, make sure that you can watch pretty religiously what's going down in terms of price action and you'll, be sitting all right, um i'll, keep you guys updated. So as as we get closer to market open, let you know what we're seeing, but this isn't a little bit of a wedge formation, so we've got an ascending level of support happening right now. We've got a parallel level of resistance, so that's squeezed on a price action you're going to want to watch for a push over 1150 push or 1150 you're gon na watch for a test of 11 90..

You get that push over 1190. It's going to move pretty hard, pretty freaking hard, so that's good good news for sure. Amc is now officially green in the pre-market, we're sitting at eight dollars and ninety four cents about an hour away from market open. The market will open at 8 30 a.m.

Pretty freaking decent, pretty decent george w. We don't see one here yet, but i just like saying it i know. Maybe we do we see a little mini one. Look at this.

That is a that's a premature george. Look at that young georgie dang. You love seeing it you really do you really do not too bad sends got rocked by day. Traders and people took profits and left sends sends, will happen, be patient, be patient.

I know that sends got rocked by day traders, but the time will come right now. It's green in the pre-market and i think once they announce their 180-day cgm system, that's going to be a whole different ball game, big big ball game and it looks like they've actually got a conference they're going to be participating in so they are to participate in The hc wainwright's global life sciences conference - let's just read this really quick, so sent sonic's coming up on march 9th, so that'll be next tuesday. That'll be happening at 7 a.m, eastern time so i'll be watching for that be watching, for that should be pretty solid. All right send you.

So let you guys watch some amc action. While i am uh getting this ready currently at 8 and 94 cents level 2 data, we can see that there are currently more sellers than buyers. The ask has a big cell while saying 905 big sellers sitting at 8.98.

So, oh 897, it looks like it's getting ready to test it. We want to see that push over 898. So that's going to be the major level of resistance to watch. For.

Let's check out gamestop i'd be interested to see how gamestop is sitting right now. I do have my one share stake. My one share is taking game, stop and look at this they're, not even mirroring each other. Gamestop is actually a little bit different in price action, which is funny to see that's actually a little bit interesting.

That's uh! I'm gon na pull up my uh, my customized chart setup on this and we're gon na take a peek at what amc and gamestop are both looking like right now on the one minute chart. So amc is currently sitting at 8.99 and this is actually not really mirroring. What gamestop is doing. Look at this.

This is a lot more up and down up and down up and down. So this is a little bit more volume. It's uh, it's a little less volatile. That's a little more volatile, i should say a little less choppy, but amc is actually moving up right now and gamestop is moving down.

So that's interesting to see that's as interesting for sure. I would think the reasoning for this would be um because amc and gamestop what you have here is dfv dfv represents gamestop right and anytime that he tweets something out. You see that the the price action typically separates itself from amc. Another thing i think is critical is that the gamestop short utilization rate is different than amc's is so we're gon na check take a quick peek at the information they have available to us right now, and this is available to anybody.

You can check this out right, but amc uh current available shorts to short availability is 150 000 right. So let's check out gmes right, gme short interest. You could take a peek at this yourself gamestop. What do we have and then keep in mind that the floats are different right? We've got a different amount of total share availability for gamestop, but you've got oh holy toledo 1000, so it's actually lower.

The short borrow fee rate is 3.1 percent, but on ortex something that's interesting. Is this gme, so my anticipation, then, is just just by seeing that i think gamestop is being pretty heavily shorted right now and i pulled up the wrong game gme. But i would anticipate that gamestop is getting pretty heavily shorter right now and that's why it's getting cranked down, but the utilization rate at gamestop is lower 77.9 percent according to ortex cost to borrow, is also lower days to cover a little bit lower right. So that's that's some significant stuff, but my anticipation then, would be since that short share availability is so low on gamestop right now that it's just being shorter, the kingdom come right now.

I would anticipate that most of the volume on this has been red red volume. Short volume man, i'm gon na - come back here to twitter. What do i think about x-ray holding strong with amc i'll check it out? I mean so. Amc right now is still sitting at that 894 price. We're gon na check out uh x-ro here we go suspended, we'll be preparing a detailed response. The next 48 hours in response to a short seller report, x-ro technologies, drops after new short report from mariner technology.

I actually don't know anything about this company, but it looks like they're being suspended. Maybe, for you know typically, when you see a suspension like this, it's for some sort of fraudulent, so i would guess that people are are anticipating. This is bad news. I mean you saw a crazy sell-off, so that can't be good.

My anticipation is, that's not good. I would hold off and wait. It could be a good recovery play. I mean it'll depend on the news release you're gon na have to wait and see.

I do still have my position in a new. I saw that question pop up, since cities can only have a stock uh be a certain percentage of their portfolio. When nc goes to the moon, they would have to sell their shares. So how would that affect the squeeze, so they can uh? That's a that's.

A great question: actually i haven't thought about that: how would that affect the squeeze, so my personal opinion, i do think that retail investors do not hold as much of amc as the institutional investors currently do, but i would not let that scare you away right how's. It gon na affect the squeeze. I think that these institutional investors know what they're doing they're the the institutional investors that are going long on this. They have a plan.

They've got if they've got uh. You know, availability to a lot of information that the general public doesn't have they've got teams of people that they pay millions of dollars a year in order to, in order to get the information that we come together to do with with uh. You know a bunch of people, thousands of people, tens of thousands of people right. So that's that's! That's! That's my that's my hypothesis.

I don't think that you're going to see these institutions screw up the squeeze potential right and an example of this would be. You know. Uh gamestop so gamestop. There are some institutional buyers in here and you still see that it's been squeezed.

It's had a run up to 500. I don't, i think amc is gon na be sitting fine. I don't think it's gon na affect anything, but that's a great point and you know what i'm actually gon na look into that more. So i can give you a more detailed response, but off the top of my head.

I still think it's gon na have a squeeze. I still think it will envo's, they are heavily shorted and the borrow fee rate is 206 percent on fintel what really holy crap? They ran out to 42 bucks jesus christ. Well, we got to check this out because that could be massive. What's the short share availability, that's what i think would be interesting.

Eighty thousand eighty thousand total short share availability, two hundred and six percent. Oh, this looks like a ticking time bomb jesus christ whoa. I don't even know what to say jesus we got to do some digging on this. We got to do some digging on envo's dude good find holy toledo.

I definitely have covered this in the past, but i didn't know that high uh, i have an amount of short sword availability. That's crazy! Let's check out the short interest. No data available come on you're killing me you're, killing me smalls, oh, what garbage god dang dude! That's crazy, though: that's an insane amount. We got ta check out what their shares outstanding is.

That's gon na be my next thing that i want to see. I want to see their shares outstanding, so we're going to come over here to envo's market watch. Public float of 8.65 million, so this is what is available to the public. After all, the shares that are that are being held by institutions or that are not common class shares are, are handed out, so the float's, actually not that insanely high 8.65 million and for uh envo's short interest.

Only 80 000 short shares available to be. You know the number that's pretty monumental and that interest rate is insane that is accrued annually 206. But that's that's monumental. That's a huge, huge, huge number.

Don't let them distract you from amc, but that could be a fun play that could be a very, very fun plane. I think that's why you saw this little run right here that probably a little bit of a squeeze happened. I don't know anything about the company, though i don't know anything about the company, so i don't know if i would uh i would buy into that. Yet i want to do some more reading.

This uh, this dd, was thrown together by somebody on reddit, and this is this is definitely worth checking out institutional shares, 103 right and i'm not saying that you should buy this right. I have my position, i don't i'm not planning on you know getting out of my amc for this by any means.

Amc is my baby. We love amy, but it's got 103 institutional shares. They did a 1 billion buyback out of 2 billion dollars worth of stock right, so the company, what they did, i think, is try to induce a squeeze to bring attention to the company right, so they bought back shares which lowers the overall float right. So there's not many shares available, less supply equals more demand and it has a crazy amount of short interest.

It has a lot of institutional buyers, it has a lot of insider buyers, uh and even though they've had some good things happen right, they had one billion dollar buyback, they beat their revenue, their earnings per share, beat in a higher than expected guidance right. They got a double downgrade by analysts and i believe these same analysts are taking the opportunity. Well, this is getting beat down. We see this happen time and time and time again, a great example i always talk about is fuel cell fuel cell was a stock that i've covered in the past.

I said guys, don't pay any attention to this fuel cell downgrade right. Do not care about this. It would have been back when it was it just hit 30 bucks, 20 bucks for the first time, it's 20 right. We see that here drops all the way back down to 16 because of a hit piece.

That's a blip. Fuel cell will keep doing what fuel cells doing same thing happens with rkt. You've got these hit pieces that come out by companies double downgrade right from a buy to a cell, and my opinion is that you've got these hedge funds that are doing that. So they can buy into this for cheaper.

So let that be what it is. You know i i know that some people - don't uh, don't want us to talk about rkt here today. I don't, i think, the only way there's a distraction is, if you make it a distraction right, don't let this be the reason that you sell out of a stock. That's uh, that's my personal opinion.

Uh. I should look into cfii, i'm 100 sure you'll love it particularly the merger with vue. So i'm gon na look at the fundamentals really quick and we're gon na come back to amc. So i give everybody a quick update here.

Looking at their profile, they're a financials holdings company investment holdings company, so blank check who are they merging with that's what i want to know cfii, who are they gon na, be merging with i'm gon na check and see if this video is good to go and If it is, i'm gon na publish it really quick, not quite yet all right, cfii merger view smart windows, so view smart windows is planning to go public via merger with cfii news of the spec merger between these two companies uh occurred last tuesday. This has resulted in more than 6 million shares of cfi changing hands. What do they do? Would you know the two companies are expecting the deal to reach completion of the first quarter of 2021 view smart windows, 800 million dollars of gross proceeds to work with that comes from 500 million dollars in cash held by cfi and 300 million from a private investment? In public equity, a company that focuses on the creation of smart buildings - oh that's what i wanted to see. I want to see innovation.

I have a big investor in innovation technology, so this is going to get some attention. This is going to my watch list. That's 100 going on my watch list. I want to see some more uh dd on this, but that could be solid.

The volume today is at 609, 000. and i've seen a lot of questions about this. Quadruple witching me and andrew mole money discussed this yesterday, absolute gee.

It was great to have him on the podcast. We love chad and we love. We love supporting the uh, the good good people out there. You know he's a good dude he's a good dude, but what is this quadruple witching? So if we look this up, amc quadruple witching.

We can just talk about this, so what is quadruple witching? This may provide arbit triggers the opportunity to profit on temporary price distortions. Increased trading activity and volume happen on witching days, which can lead to gains in the market. There is little evidence that quadruple wishing leads to increased profitability, since market gains are usually modest. However, with uh with this march 19th date - and i don't want this to be in your brain - i don't want this to be in your brain.

I don't want you to be focused on uh, oh my gosh, you know the the uh. The only way this is gon na happen is on march 19th. If we get xyz stars to align right, i don't want us to focus on a specific day, but you know checking boxes one box at a time and just focusing on getting to the next day putting one foot in front of the other, because if we do This together guys, we stay hopeful, that's what it's all about right. I don't want that.

That's why i don't like giving price targets on this. I don't like giving you. This is what we're gon na hit by the end of the day. This is the date that we're gon na hit it right, unless i feel absolutely sure that it is crucial right.

That's why, in my previous video talking about eight dollars right, the reason that was important is because it checked box one. It got the ball rolling down. The hill we got call options that expired in the money, so there could be potential for those call options to be purchased and that could drive the price action which we did end up seeing on monday right, if we zoom back uh five days. Look at monday, we had a very solid day, so this would have been tuesday.

This is monday. We had a good day right, a lot of uh a lot of buying a lot of buying pressure right up to 9.42 got rejected, and now we've been consolidating since off of low volume. Consolidation is good, though, and this quadruple witching presents an opportunity for uh for some more room to run. So what we're going to do here is just search up quadruple, witching and i'm going to show you what this is quadruple reaching refers to a date on which derivatives of stock index futures stock index options, stock options and single stock futures expire simultaneously, and that's why You're, seeing this increased uh, you know volume and unusual option trading on march 19th.

If we look at this, look at all these call options coming in, i guarantee you. These are not just retail investors. These are also institutional investors. Institutional, i mean retail.

Investors cannot purchase as many call options, 50 000 already for the 10 strike, and we are two weeks away. That tells you the whole story. Guys i mean the the three dollar strike. We got 14.

000. 17. 000. 16.

10. 10. 10 right a lot of call options coming in on this, so that's huge! That's gon na be a big big big deal that should really help drive the price action. Of course, don't be looking for that specific date.

Anything can happen before that. Anything can happen after that, but the game is still live. This is a live ball. This is not a dead cat man.

I'm telling you i'm telling you. I think. If you want an example of what can happen here, you look at uh. What rkt did rkt went up to? You know from 26 bucks all the way up to 48 freaking dollars, and they did this.

You know in the span of uh, you know a day off of less overall short interest, so you come over here to amc right. Amc is a whole different situation. Amc's got a higher utilization. It's got a little more short share, availability right now, right, it's got to that 150 000 mark, but we've seen it drop all the way down to zero.

So we need is the volume to follow through. We need some call options to continue stacking, so we get that gamma squeeze. So we get that hedging from the the market makers right and it will literally keep doing what it's doing so just be patient, be patient one day at a time all right, there's a ten percent loss rule for head shorting count for the market open to close Or from highs to lows great question: ssr short sale rule: what does this mean short sale? Rule refers to uh when a stock drops 10 percent below the previous day's close, it triggers a breaker. So, for example, if we look at today right if, for whatever reason today, we closed below the previous day's close, which would have been 8.93 10 below that immediately from there, you would have this.

The the short circuit breaker hit right. You would have the short sale rule activate for the rest of that day and then for the next following day. Right, so that's huge, that's absolutely huge, and what that does is it only allows shorts to the shortest stock on the upticks, you can only short on the upticks as compared to you know the downticks as well. So that's what the short sale rule is.

Uwmc is getting a lot of attention on wall street bets huh how's it sitting right now up 21 on the day sitting at 11 11.. It tested out that 1150 and it couldn't break it. We ended up breaking below that descending level of resistance, but it looks like we might get a bounce here, so we're looking for uh a good engulfing, candlestick pattern, and if you get that, i would anticipate that's a pretty solid entry point um that lines up pretty. Well, with some uh support levels as well, we've got one touch.

Point two touch points. Three touch points right. I think it's a pretty solid entry point. I would not mind that at all i wouldn't mind that at all trxc, as it's in right now is sitting at about five dollars and 23 cents.

Volume is a little bit stagnant. It's consolidating at this current moment.
