All right friends, family gorilla gang fellow banana eating, my mother's sons and guns. It is your portrait and i've got as you can see by the title of this video, a topic that i want to discuss right uh. This has been something that's brought to me. Quite a few times, and it's regarding talking about other stocks on my channel specifically a lot of different small cap companies with some pretty small low, floats and uh.

I'm going to make a statement right here and now regarding my position on that. But first, what is up? Everybody welcome to trade trades. We freaking talk fast and don't skip classical purpose by saying that i'm not a financial advisor expert. So do what you say: the green salt, let's get into the video, so i am not going to be talking about any other.

At least low float stocks on my channel, especially after uh amc is done right. I'm gon na definitely talk about long-term investments and that sort of thing, but i think, there's an ethical and moral gray area there, and i want to talk about why that is so. I've got an example for you right now. I'm gon na show you ater.

Aider is a stock with a pretty low flow. This stock has a total float of about 29 million shares. Now, let's just think about this mathematically speaking right, my channel currently has about 390 000 subscribers if it took 10 000 of those people just immediately couple percent right, even just one percent of that you can actually move a stock simply by putting out a video whether It's a quality, video or not, because i i know for a fact there are people out there. That's uh that make purchases, perhaps just based on what other people say on the internet right and that's why i try to be very careful about what i talk about.

It and tell you guys how it is in terms of if i think, a stock's going up, or i think, a stock's going down. Yada yada, but you get into a little bit of a gray area with small cap stocks and i've seen this sort of thing. Before where people will go uh on twitter on youtube on xyz platform, and they will buy a position, i've seen this on the short side, too: god dang character, capital right. These are these freaking carrots and chickens, they'll load, their position and they'll come out and say: hey look.

I have this position in stock. This is my reasoning behind it and then the stock will react to it in the case of uh. What happened to be at the time uh cei see i actually tanked it and took an absolute freaking nose dive after carrisdale came out and made that announcement. They established a position, they announced it right and they completely tanked.

Now, what's the problem here right the free floor on the stock at the time of them doing, that was about 100 million shares. It was a very low float stock and that's sort of a great area being able to move a stock in and of yourself right. I i don't really vibe with that. So especially these penny stocks, these super low floaters right.

I see you guys asking questions about it and it's not me ignoring you right uh, but it is me saying i'm not going to do that right. I really don't want to be in a position where i'm putting myself, above all, others just based on the fact that i made a video right. I could very easily just come out and establish a position in a low float. I could make a video the stock.

Could go up and i could freaking dump my bag and just walk away making money because people do it right. People absolutely do do that, but i'm not going to do that. I'm not going to talk about the stocks on my twitter, i'm not going to talk about the stocks in my youtube, and that is simply for the protection of you guys and for the protection of myself right. I think that's just a great area that i don't stand on right.

I don't really want to be in that situation where, where i'm taking advantage of the community and the people that are surrounded by me now you might be wondering well trey. You talk about amc on any given day right this stock uh this stock. You can move the price on this, but i extremely beg to differ because it's a 500 million share free float. The majority of i think the price action on this is just swinging up and down hedging up and down based on the derivatives market right, the calls the puts getting hedged and unhedged for right.

So i i paid very close attention to that sort of thing and i try and uh make it not not a great area so when amc has run its course, it's done what it's going to do. What am i going to do with my channel right? Well, if i think, there's a awesome, blue chip stock, or maybe an undervalued stock that could become a blue chip stock that i plan on holding for a long period of time, right i'll talk about it. If i think there's another company that is being shorted wrongfully and something needs to be done about it, i'll talk about it right, i'm going to say hey, i got to position this stock, but i'm going to be particular right. I'm not going to come out here and just talk about and pump different random stocks that people are dropping in the comments section and putting out on twitter, because that is something that i just cannot do.

It's just gon na put people in a worse position than uh. They were previously and this isn't a pump and dump channel right. I'm not here for that. I'm not here to uh to to pump up the stock that you maybe are maybe you're trying to get going up or maybe you're holding the bag on or whatever it may be right, i'll trade other stuff in my discord and yada yada yada, but that's it.

I i can't do that, i'm not gon na. I want to pretend that i'm just a regular person, like you guys when i'm trading right when i, when i'm making a buy and a sell on, for example, lucid on cei on any of these low float stocks. I know loose is not, but you get my point right. I i'm not trying to take advantage of the community, the people that are surrounded by me and uh use you to make me money.

That's not what i'm here for i'm here to spread wealth, spread knowledge, and i'm not just not going to do that. So i've kind of rambled long enough. I've just wanted to put this statement out there, because it's been asked a lot over the last few weeks. Since the small cap stocks are really starting to rip again and uh, it's just something.

I don't think i want to do and uh you know. I did that and i didn't take advantage per se, but i made you know: videos about small cap stocks back when i was under 100 000 subscribers and i think that's a different scenario that i'm in right now right. You have to kind of adjust as things change and things have changed a little bit, so i kind of have to change with it and that's kind of what i've got so uh, pretty straight simple to the point video, hopefully uh, you guys are understanding of my Reasoning and thesis behind that and i'll leave it at that, so guys you enjoy your weekend.
