APE should not be the same as AMC. APE should always trade less than AMC, whether it's by 99% or 1%, or anything in between. The main reason why APE should always trade for less than AMC, is because there's always going to be the risk of dilution with APE. It has an uncertainty factor priced in, the same way TWTR didn't immediately go to 54.20 (or even touch that price for that matter) after Musk's offer was accepted. Under rational trading conditions, APE will always cost less. When the squeeze starts, all bets are off though.
