We have technical analysis on different stocks in the stock market, as well as potential buy, hold or sell opinions on these given stocks, i like to preface by saying that i'm not a financial advisor nor expert so take what i say with a grain of salt. The reason that i started this challenge because a couple years back, i was about thirty thousand dollars deep into medical debt, and i was very fortunate to have some close family friends and mentors that pushed me to work hard and invest my money and i'm happy to Say that not only am i not financially free, but i'm doing pretty well for myself at the age of 23., so pass down any of the information resources or tools to a couple. People here in the community make it better out than you were before.

That's all that i can ask for. Now, today we're going to be giving an analysis and a prediction on ticker symbol: bg ac version acquisition corporation and guys. There is a huge catalyst that came out that i think, could potentially influence the stock price and we're going to talk about all that here today.

But uh we're gon na be looking at this macroscopically we're gon na look at a couple. Different indicators that i pulled up here don't be scared of why this is the relative strength index anything over 70's overbought, anything under 30 oversold. I have the 200 ema, which is the exponential moving average uh, and this is just a 200-day price valuation trend line based on price action over 200 day period and then the 15-day vomit. This is the volume adjusted moving average, and this is a price action trend line based over 15 days that adjusts according to overall volume that goes into a stock.

So we're going to talk about what these all mean. Look at this on the one month chart the one day, one minute chart you'll, have awesome levels of support and resistance potential entry and exit points, depending on how you'd like to swing this uh, as well as bullish and bearish patterns that i'm seeing on the charts. As well so before we get into the video, i am going to give a shout out to the guys over the patreon. Now we're gon na give you a quick rundown of what uh vjack is in case you're not uh familiar and i do have uh their website pulled up here right now and they are a special purpose acquisition company, a spac - and this is the year of this Pack, baby specs are hot formed for the purpose of affecting a merger stock exchange, acquisition, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Vjack will be able to call on the management, invest. Investment expertise of the virgin group merchant has a 50-year track record of success and is one of the world's most recognized and respected brands possessing reach scale and unique awareness, and i see a lot of potential here. They are rumored to be merging with a couple different companies breakthrough, energy and envision group.

I think envision group is the most likely they're a formula, one electric racing vehicles, company and uh. This could be pretty huge. This could be a very solid spec, and what i like about this back in particular, is typically, you will not see them dip underneath ten dollars. That is, that is like the golden rule of spax.

I think. Actually, you can get your money back if it does uh dip, underneath ten dollars they're willing to pay you whatever, whatever price you know you you entered in at as long as it is close to that ten dollar range. Correct me. If i'm wrong in the comments section down below, i will always i'll always there on the side of caution and say that i don't know for sure but uh.

I think it is an unwritten rule or a written rule that spak plays uh at ten dollars. They just they just don't go underneath that price range, so the risk here is not super high, but the upside is extremely high, especially since it's only trading at about twelve dollars and nine cents right now. But there is a news catalyst that recent game recently came out that could affect the stock price and i'm not 100 certain. But i do want to get this out there by the off chance that it's true i'm going to sneeze quick, oh drop, a bless you in the comments for me real, quick geez that was gnarly, um virgin orbit or uh uh.

I think that is. Let me take a double glance. Okay, i double checked so it's spce virgin galactic holdings incorporated they uh. They just recently had a successful space launch and i'm very excited about this.

For a couple of reasons, i think it's going to absolutely crush the stock price on spce, but this could directly impact v-jack. So if we take a look at this, richard branson's virgin orbit reached space on sunday, eight months after the first demonstration flight of its air launch rocket system failed the company's dead, a 70 foot long launcher. One rocket was released from beneath the wing of a boeing 747 carrier aircraft off the coast of southern california. Guys look at this.

That is insane, that's so cool. This is coming off of a boeing guys, that's filthy, that's so cool it ignited moments later and soared towards space. So i do think this has potential to influence the price of v jack, which is a spec uh company and regardless of the fact that it's a spat company, i mean it's back. Companies right off the bat you're expecting a run-up up until the merger date, in which case you take profits.

You come back, you rinse and repeat, but i think v-jack has a lot of potential and it does look like it's at a solid buying opportunity right now, we'll talk about all the things on the technical side of things, but i did want to bring that news. Release to your attention, i try to give you guys both a technical analysis and a catalyst perspective on things, and this does seem like a positive catalyst that could push the stock price up to some new highs. So we're gon na take a look at uh v. Jack real quick level, offs and levels of resistance and support very easy to do.

We've got resistance here at thirteen dollars. We see some pretty heavy price. Rejection comes back down uh to about that twelve dollar range, followed by another level of resistance right around here at 3. Candlewicks touching this at about 12.59 and just taking a quick peek at this right now, it does appear that we have a pretty nice bullish, flag formation happening.

This is the pole right here. You've got a long along candles running up the price, and then we do have this compressing of price action, and this is confirmation to buyers that the price action is consolidating, and that gives you promise that the stock is not going to just rip and dip and Automatically plummet right after it ran up because nobody wants to get into a stock. The last thing you want is to get into a stock where you buy in and then boom. You see a dip right back down to previous levels.

So the longer this consolidates the more that favors bulls and buying territory, and i do think this is a great buying opportunity, so that bullish flag has great confirmation that this is in bullish territory. We do have the crossover on the 15 day vomit over the 200 ema. That is how i predicted the run up on jagx and vngo as well as pte, and i will show you my closed positions and these and those were absolutely killer. Stocks for us um and it's it's looking absolutely phenomenal.

I don't currently have a position in b jack just to be transparent. I'm just telling you how i see it. These are my current stocks. Vjack is not one of them and it looks like a good buying.

Opportunity is looking at this unbiased based on the news catalyst based on the chart setup. The rsi indicator is trading under neutral right now, which is a huge buying opportunity for looking to hold this. For a mid-term period or a long-term period, you always want to buy as low on the rsi indicator as you can and sell as high on the isi indicator, as you can, when you are holding a stock for a long time, and this looks like a perfect Buying opportunity, if you can get into the pre-market on tuesday - and i know some brokerage accounts are different - i know weeble offers uh. You know free market selling, starting at 4am, there's a link that we bought in the description box if you're interested but um that that should treat you very well.

If you can get into this early, i do think it is going to have a pretty solid run up now. One thing i want to do really quick is drop. A fibonacci retracement - and this is very easy to do - don't be scared. You take the base of the fibonacci at the the level before the run up and you draw it up to the top of the run-up here at 13, and we can see here that there's a pretty nice retracement to that 61.8 percent level uh.

It is currently trading underneath that, but we do have a couple different contact points where this holds up uh. Of course you do see this dip down below to the support level currently sitting at about 12 and four cents. This is probably a stronger level of support, but i do anticipate that this 12 20 level is going to be an acting level of support, and this 1270 level at the 23.6 retracement is going to be a nice level of support in the future. It will be an acting level of resistance at first, but i do anticipate that it's gon na be a level to watch for so um make sure you keep those numbers in the back of your mind, just to keep on your radar.

I do anticipate there's going to be a wall on both sides of trading here, just based on what we're seeing on the charts right now with the fibonacci uh super easy to do. You can do this at home too, and i think all brokerage accounts offer the fibonacci, so you can definitely drive it up for yourself as well. The volume is looking very consistent, so the volatility should not be anything crazy. Uh.

It's looking like it's a pretty smooth moving stock. If we do look at the overall growth of v-jack, they've been a company for quite some time and and the growth has uh has been pretty steady, nothing out of the ordinary, the growth they're they're at 983. On the 23rd of november, currently trading at 12 31, i think that the stock price is going to move up more when we have a hard set date for the merger. I did not find one right.

I was not familiar with this company until now, but there is one drop in the comment section so that people are aware, but typically when you've got a hard date for a merger. You anticipate a run-up up until that date and then a pretty massive sell-off. The day of the merger, so once that happens, we should see some pretty solid price action. I do anticipate that news.

Catalyst will be an acting catalyst for the company and should push the pro the stock price up a little bit. So, if you're looking at a midterm opportunity, it's there if you're looking at a swing trading opportunity, it's there if you can buy in anywhere between, i think 12 dollars and 20 cents and 1204. I think you're going to do pretty well in the stock and lock in some pretty solid profits exit strategies if you're looking at this is a swing trade, if you, if you see re-test at 1259 and it pushed through up to 13 - and you see a bounce, Take profits get out be very happy with that swing. Trade uh.

If you see it push through 13, keep letting it ride right. Just watch the momentum of the stock. The candlesticks are very indicative guys on buyer and seller sentiment right. So we see this huge freaking green candle right here with a wick underneath right, and that indicates that we opened at 13 and sellers brought this all the way back down to 1240..

That indicates a lot of selling presence and you can see from there. We have seen some consolidation. The buyers have came back a little bit, so this is pretty neutral trading right now, maybe slightly favoring the bulls slightly, just because of how long it's consolidated over two days, but just pay attention to the price action on the candles. The candles will tell you the whole story, they're going to tell you whether or not to buy, to sell to hold you're going to know what it's based on.

Usually your gut's, pretty good. If you see a stock tanking, that's huge an indicator that sellers are stepping in so take profits when the stock starts to rip down and you're going to do just fine with vjack. So that's how it looks on the one-month jar. Let's take a look at the two-day one-minute chart to see if we can have any extra confirmations on the stock.

We do have a quadruple bottom right. There we got the w the george w two times, the big fat famous george w, and this is a bullish indicator uh, and i love to see that, because that indicates to me very strong buying pressure. The sellers are not able to push the price down below this 1204 and then in the after hours. We did see another retest of 1204 with another failed attempt currently trading at 12.09.

So this does look like great uh. Buying pressure is here. This is consolidating which does slightly favor the bulls um and it's it's looking super nice, i'm not i'm not gon na front to you guys. That's why i'm presenting it to you, because i think it is a solid opportunity.

I try to present you guys. The best plays that i have presented to me and v-jack definitely looks like one of them, so that news catalyst should be good. The rsi is pretty low right now. So it's a good buying opportunity.

We have a lot of bullish confirmation which should push the stock price up. As far as i can see, v-jack looks phenomenal and i would highly consider getting a position in this stock. So that's what i have for the video today guys if you enjoyed it. Please drop a like.
