#AMC #ChristmasEve #2021Rewind

Hello, fellow apes, welcome to a trace trades christmas time, fireside story, time baby. It is time to do a year in review today. My friends are going to be looking back and looking over all the freaking awesome things and hardships and stories and people that we've changed lives for and uh. For me, the story is very simple: where everything started was on january 25th.

That day was the first time i ever talked about amc stock, oh man, the stock. I was so sad. I was so sad about afc. I remember that i was pissed that i bought it four dollars.

I bought into this like not a great time. My dollar cost average on this is 476 1560 shares just under seven thousand dollars in value. After i'm down on the day about seven percent and uh, i thought that the stock would have a pretty nice squeeze. Who would have thought you know months later? They would run up to 72 dollars, but that was the groundworks and the foundation of what led me at least to where we are now, and the first thing that i want to talk about that.

Uh, spurred after that january 25th, video, the anger that came corruption, the most simple way that i can put it is the buy button being stolen. I remember having my account, liquidated and and thinking i don't know how the i can face any of these people ever again: embarrassment, anger, frustration, grieving that was my net worth at the time. Poof evaporated. We've learned about citadel virtue, the duopoly, the bad actors that run this entire freaking market.

That's the thing, there's nothing nefarious going on here. We've learned about naked short selling. We've learned about the games that they can play in the derivatives market. We've learned about short ladder attacks we've learned about mainstream media corruption and manipulation, and stock bashing and stock bots we've learned about payment for order flow, the the bad freaking conflicts of interest that exists with that we've learned about options pinning deriving from market makers so that People who are buying contracts have their expire, worthless, frustration, pissing off everyday average people working class people we're just trying to make their lives a little bit better off than they were before.

We've uncovered that you guys haven't covered that. That leads me into some good things. We learned about market structure, we learned about economics, we've learned about the way that the system works and education is a wealth of power. It's a it's, a currency worth more than almost money can buy you.

If you know things you can accomplish things, and that is the power that retail investors and apes have granted themselves. Let's look over a few from basic concepts such as how to read a chart right. What's a candlestick pattern, how does volume work what's obv? What are different indicators? What's the mac d, what's uh, what what's what's different three bar plays and what's what's the daily versus hourly versus blah blah blah? You can look at all the different time frames and see all the things we've learned about charting and then you can look at market structure and then dive further into micro market structure. You asked trey a year ago what the uh payment for overflows.
He would have. Never known, i didn't even know how to wipe my butt, and here we are now freaking wrinkly brain apes, getting the game together, we learned about order routing, lit exchanges versus off exchanges, otc versus ats ats, meaning dark pools. We've learned about reverse repurchase agreement markets. We've learned about the fed we've learned about basic economics: we've learned about inflation, you learn about market makers and, most importantly, we've learned the game and then it's rate and that those on the top were built to stay on the top.

It's a difference in asking certain questions right in the beginning. I asked myself this question i said trey. How can i make money right and that kind of changed it went from? How can i make money to? Why do some people not make money? Why is the system built in the way that it's difficult for others to make money and that has led us down the education path and all the things that we've accomplished and all things we've learned and that's phenomenal and you guys made some of that possible and With education comes basic understanding of what's at stake and for me and for many others, what's at stake was nostalgic. Historical companies amc, a company that's been around for over a century, was on the brink of bankruptcy.

Potentially you could have had millions and millions hundreds of millions of people across the world would never be able to enjoy their favorite movie theater franchise ever again gamestop. I remember my first video game as a kid was monster hunter and i bought that at a gamestop and that led me to thousands of hours of making friends and creating memories, things that i'll hold on to forever. Both those companies on the verge of bankruptcy and retail investors made it possible to save them. Adam aaron amc was able to raise enough money to build up, as he would say their war chest.

He was able to create the opportunity to rebrand regrow dive into nfts dive into cryptocurrency, create a a space in which investors can feel like they can be proud to have ownership in the company he's connected and led the way and paid the path for other ceos Down the road to come: they're, innovators, ryan, cohen, gamestop, diving into the nft space and retail, made that possible without you and you and every person watching this video these companies might have died. I had my first kiss in antsy movie, theater man. I can't i can't imagine not sharing more kisses in a movie theater down the road and i'm sure many others feel the exact same way. Now it's obvious that saving companies worth billions of dollars comes with hardships and for amc, specifically, you guys have dealt with a lot of stuff.
You've dealt with hardships deriving from their own community. You've dealt with infiltration, you've dealt with dilution of the company in the vast. The quantity of hundreds of millions of shares and you pushed through it and it was hard there were days that i wanted to give up. There were days, i'm sure you wanted to give up, but you did you're here and you're fighting for your neighbor and you're fighting for change, you're, fighting for life, changing money, baby and that's what it's all about.

At the end of the day. Those are hardships that you should be proud of, overcoming i know i am, but we don't want to be all doom and gloom right at the end of the day, the noise that we're trying to affect and make happen, we've flown airplanes, cat strikers flown literal airplanes Over big cities over citadel over over large populations of people, we've had billboards, put up, putting up awareness to amc and to ken griffin into citadel into the market, manipulation and corruption that takes place on a day-to-day basis. We've had apes, in costumes in front of a citadel building eating freaking bananas with a with a stand-up we've seen an actual statue of a gorilla plastered by the infamous bull on wall street. Think about that for a second think about how impactful that is what that stands for the symbology behind being noticed and recognized, and outside of that you have your own sub-communities within the ecosystem of retail ambassadors and apes.

That already currently exists. That's beautiful and i think about that every single day: that's what gets me up excited to keep moving and keep working is the real lives and people that are being changed and affected, because at the end of the day, it's millions of people that live individual lives. Doing their own thing enjoying life that all decided that they agree on something despite race, political agenda, uh opinions, gender, anything, any differences, we all come together. And how can we forget the memes cue memes here here? There bow kapow lots of memes.

It's a beautiful thing to behold is the humor that we can make out of something so difficult. I live for this and i'm sure many others do too we're not satisfied. Yet how can we be satisfied when the story is not over there's more to come? Who knows what we'll do in the future, but here's a couple of things that i'm watching for personally, i would like to see payment for order flow die. I would like to see competition within markets.

We have to take down the duopoly of citadel and virtue and make these guys share the economy. We are capitalists, we live in america. This is the chance for people to build futures and when you build the system in a way that only the one percent have the actual opportunity to succeed without extreme help, extreme knowledge and hours upon hours upon hours, you've got a problem. These guys have to go down.
Probably most importantly, we want to put those who stole the buy button away in january in jail. People have to pay. We don't want a repeat of 2008, where real people got mocked by people on wall, street people, drinking champagne, glasses, cheers and toasting and laughing. That's you laughing at us laughing at us.

Dude people like that should be in jail and that's what happened to january. Real people lost because they up we want to enjoy some filthy, lemon, pepper, tendees. That's what we're all here for! Isn't it a squeeze life changing money, an opportunity to be free because money doesn't buy happiness, but it buys you freedom which can allow you to be happy all together right. What do we have here? We have a mess, people getting screwed, losing hundreds of thousands and millions and tens of millions of dollars being confused lost, not knowing what's happening to this 12 months.

Evolution, darwinism, evolve and adapt or die, and apes made a choice. Retail investors made a choice and they came together individually, to educate, to learn, to adapt and to fight for change in a market behind a single name, a single company together, united, i will tell you this people will mock you, people will say this is a meme. This is a fad. This is gon na die, the music will stop playing, but it will not stop playing.

Unless you stop playing the music yourself, we have the power to make whatever change we want in the world, that's what it comes down to, and i don't see that fire going out anytime soon, with a flip of a calendar with any dumb stain of a mainstream Media analyst saying this thing's going to a penny and you guys have no idea what you're talking about. We hold that power from a bunch of smooth brand apes 12 months ago, who didn't understand why the buy button was stolen to a bunch of wrinkly brain that are trying to grab the market by the balls. I'm proud, i'm proud of you guys. I am, and i can't wait to see what else is to come.

Let me tell you right now: when the date comes and the music continues playing and the apes accomplish everything in life, they set out to do i'll, cheers to you. Here's to this 2022. Being a year, full of twists turns change, changing money and financial freedom, baby.
