Trch merged with mmat and they issued mmtlp. Out of nowhere mmtlp started trading in the otc market. The highest that thing went up was about 3 as soon as it started trading. By the time people realized what was going on it was under 1.5 and been shit ever since (shorted).

$APE will only get issued to those who are PRESENT shareholders of AMC, and unless there is a future offering, will likely not move around unless between those who were previous shareholders, without dilution
