He says he says: spy stuck in the dryer must mean that the spy's stuck in the in the dryer and uh. We appear to be getting some form of reversal on the spy here, a little bit right on the day. Right about point, one: two percent we're gon na go over some of the happenings that have been taking place within the stock market. To sort of uh make this situation with the market into what it is, but, first and foremost we're gon na.

We're gon na give you the usual update here on ticker symbol, amy uh. We could call her amc, but that just feels disrespectful. So, let's go over sort of what we have rocking here on the day in order to understand, what's happening with amc. Well, first, we have to see what what uh, what is happening with the broad market.

If you look through recently viewed you can see, there is a crap ton of red blood in the streets uh. I don't know if there's any other color than red blood. Typically, that's that's typically uh. You know the color of blood.

Unless you're, you know an alien or something but uh that that is affecting you know a lot of different things. You look at the spy. You can see that it had a another, pretty decent knife down, trying to gap up this morning. Looked like it was a fake out breakout coming off of uh off of a lot of crazy stuff uh with ukraine, russia and now moscow uh seems to be having conversations, perhaps with the united states, and we will discuss that in greater detail as uh as we Go on throughout the day uh, but let's first start off with ta for amc right.

So what do we have for amc on the day? Well, we're going to go over here to the hour long chart. Yesterday i drew up the best case scenario. The bold case scenario was to trade back and forth within this channel to hopefully come back up and break over 20 dollars the bull. The bear case scenario was that it came down to this demand zone and if you come over here and you look sort of at uh, i think the 15 minute chart.

It did try very briefly, very very briefly, to hold on to this with this wick out. Right here, but just not enough strength in the markets at that particular time of the day, so it did end up coming down a little bit lower down about 17.69 cents. We're kind of hovering around this level of support about 17.90 uh and we're down about four and a half percent on the day for for our girl amy, as i'm just not rejected off the volume at average price, it does look like there's a little bit of Uh selling pressure there off the view up. This is likely gon na end up being a red day.

Let's just shoot, you straight right looks like it's going to be a red day for our girl amy. You look at this in the broad scope of things. You look at the daily candles to get an idea of what this looks like. This would be the second red day in a row yesterday, being at 3.7, today being read 4.65 percent uh and follows attracts a spy pretty much to a t right.

You see what the spy is doing red point. Two four red two point: four one, two point, one: four uh, that's that's kind of what you have you know holding back the broad market, as it sits right now, uh in regards to sort of uh what the outlook for our girl amy would be moving into. The future we're gon na come back here to the hourly chart and just lay out some uh levels for you to potentially be watching for right uh. What do we have right? Well, it broke this upside level of support, so it did uh look like it was going to perhaps sell off.

I was hoping more so for a bounce on the demand zone in the short term, but uh. It obviously did not get that which brings us to sort of where the next level of support is this one kind of weak, not a great level uh. The stronger one is down here. You've got a pretty strong level of support on this flat top at about 1664.

uh. So it's possible. We come down to test that, but first you are gon na have to check that hash mark at 17.39. If it does come to that this demand zone, however, still classifies as a demand zone and uh we're gon na have to crack back over this uh a supply zone.

Now, i should say we're gon na change. The color of this to red, it's gon na, have to crack over the supply zone. You can see it's actually rejecting off of that right. Now, two uh two one-hour candles on a road is rejected off of that red box.

So we got ta, wait and uh see if it is going to take a second stab at that and come back up to the top of it at about 18.44 or so so. Uh we're that's that's kind of where am amy is sitting for a bear. In a bowl case scenario, as it sits right now, doc breezy, thank god, couldn't miss this chicken outfit. You know what promises made promises kept.

We have seen this been talked about before and the uncertainty amidst that entire crisis is what has driven the selling pressure of the spy for the last two days. You got this massive move up coming off the pharmacy minutes and then it had a gap down off of that russia uh potentially planted news. Because of that you know the uncertainty has remained.

We don't really know. If there's going to be a war, is there going to be? Is it just a bunch of bullshitting? Is it uh? Is it just a couple guys enjoying a bucket of kc? We don't know right we're going to wait and see what this actually ends up. Looking like and that's obviously an exaggeration but uh until there's certainty amidst that situation, i think the choppiness and the potential for a bear market will continue, as we have seen uh, even with the positive fed news that has come. So that brings me into this article.

We're gon na talk about this uh briefly, the prospect of talks between the u.s and russia over the ukraine crisis has stocks moving higher friday. What martin? What are you talking about six hours ago? What was the spy doing six hours ago? One two three, four five six i mean i guess you could consider that higher 437 bucks and 45 cents compared to 437 12.. This is such a crazy ass. What are you doing right? Why would you even put that, in the article this prospect of talks between the us and russia over the ukraine crisis has stocks moving higher friday, the that's some goofy stuff uh, but tensions in the region remain high in investors on the defensive, it's kind of goofy.

This article is kind of goofy, because the headline says the exact opposite thing: stocks turn lower amid russia, ukraine crisis - that doesn't really make much sense to me uh, but we're going to continue to move on right. U.S stocks extended declines friday, falling on from one of the biggest single day declines of the year for the dao, as investors. Look for a diplomatic resolution to the russian ukraine crisis that has rocked markets for much of the week to expand on this. This is what i touched on briefly before right.

The russian ukraine conflict that is presently at hand. Uh between the two countries obviously has created uncertainty within the markets. That has you know an uncertainty, breeds bears bears. You know, obviously push price down.

It's put stocks lower. There's no doubt about that, and until there is a resolution between those two countries, you're going to continue to see that uncertainty, which could create that volatility and that bearish pressure within the market and that's what this is disgusting right here, u.s secretary of state, anthony blinken, Is set to meet russia's foreign minister sergey lavrov. Next week the state department said late thursday, with president joe biden scheduled to speak with nato leaders later today. Both moves suggest the us has yet to exhaust its diplomatic efforts, while russia has insisted it's withdrawn troops and tanks from the ukraine border to me, a lot of hearsay right.

What you have here, that's probably the most interesting russia has insisted it's withdrawn troops and tanks from the ukraine border. I i think, until the united states, until there is a united states sourced uh piece of news that comes out stating look this this. This situation has defused itself. Nobody is going to take a lick of it worth anything.

I personally won't you know. Why would you why would you uh? Why would you for a second think that it's legit, when, when the news that came out may have not even been true anyways, that you had ukraine come out and say actually that doesn't really make any sense? It seems like russia's over here, basically just crying wolf to me. The u.s said. You know uh, and it's for obvious reasons, because i don't trust, mainstream media. You know meet kevin uh. Banning spouses and members from specific trading banning of derivatives, short sales or use of margin one year to sell impermissible assets. Now, let's just look up what impermissible means in case you're curious asking how to the purifying what does look up impermissible and what connect dots.

The prosecution made impermissible of too bad to be allowed. There we go there, we go two, oh that's a hell of a word to throw into this one year to sell too bad to be allowed assets. So basically, what this is saying is the federal reserve is now proposing rules to finally may i add, finally regulate the trading that takes place with uh, with with at least the federal reserve, not proposing sweeping new rules regarding trading and serving after an ethics review uh. Let's just dive into what each of these would mean so banning spouses and members from specific trading.

This will regard uh people, like perhaps nancy pelosi now as nancy pelosi as bad as every other person on planet earth, every other, congresswoman or congressman on on planet earth. No right, there's, there's worse out there, there's better out there, whatever it's an example. She gets by with her trading by utilizing her husband, her husband makes trades for which is her spouse right, a spouse, doing specific training for her with the information that she brings home from work every day, honey, i'm home, i'm not stuck in the dryer. I'm going to continue with this and i'm actually going to talk about that banning of derivatives, short sales or use of margin. You know these are pretty self-explanatory: short selling, a stock they're they're trying to ban that use of margin, so you won't be able to leverage money against your own settled cash.

So if you wanted to, if you had a million dollars and you had that all invested and you wanted to use a million dollars a margin, you would have a two million dollar position. They would ban that as well one year selling permissible assets, meaning if they are currently holding any assets, and this does end up getting passed uh. They will have one year to get rid of those unexcusable too bad to hold assets, uh that these different people uh within congress, uh, maybe not congress, but at least the federal reserve are holding - and that brings me back to the point that uh was just brought Up by realize right, uh penalties, so let's just do some quick basic math. Let's look up uh citadel finra fines.

Citadel securities has agreed to pay a 700 000 fine defender over allegations that have violated funeral rules, that protect customer orders, promote market transparency and encourage quote competition. I think this is as plain cut and dry as it possibly gets. I mean literally citadel uh has stated themselves in this by agreeing that they have committed to not protecting customer orders, not promoting market transparency and not encouraging quote competition seems pretty cut and dry. What are they going to find for right? Those are pretty egregious acts.

Pretty egregious, it steals money from you in the in the grand scheme of things i don't know 700 000 wow. That seems like a pretty big number. Doesn't it well actually interesting if the ceo of citadel ken griffin is worth nearly 30 billion dollars? Oh wait. Wait! Wait: the 51 year old billionaire is the founder and ceo of citadel, a hedge fund that manages 30 billion dollars of assets and has he has a net worth of 12 billion dollars? 700.

000. Nada. Let's just take. Let's just take ken griffin, the smaller number 12 billion dollars, we'll take a calculator we'll just compute.

No one has been accused of wrongdoing. Yet what this is basically saying is: they are they're investigating uh, morgan, stanley's ties at the very least, a form of market manipulation, corruption, which would be block trading, we'll go on to explain that here in just a second, the equity capital trading universe is one of The last realms of the super high end, whining and dining worlds and finance to james blah, blah blah blah blah pass.

These frequent phone contacts and some of morgan stanley's key clients are among a roster of more than a dozen executives at other investment firms and banks whose communications are being scooped up by the doj communications. It's interesting to see - and why is this important is because, if there's a tie right, if let's say that, let's say that blackrock and citadel were conspiring together to have some form of a relationship in order to commit to block trading, and they did this together.

What makes that sort of happen? You know what happens at the end of all that. Well, very obviously, you see citadel could have added to the market, manipulation that took place. It's a big deal, that's a huge deal. Does it mean necessarily that we're going to catch we're going to catch citadel red-handed? No, if we do catch them red-handed, will they feast will they face absolute damning repercussions? You'd hope.

So i mean the department of justice is probably about as close as you're gon na get to getting the repercussions that you desire out of uh manipulation, corruption and fraudulence, but we're gon na have to wait and see what that actually ends up. What's the point of a yacht, that's it! Ah, all right block trading, let's dive into this block trading, is uh an interesting topic and it's sort of a big reason why uh morgan stanley is being investigated. So, let's just start off here by reading the basic definition of block trading and then we're going to expand upon that definition. So this is by the books from investopedia. A block trade is a large, privately negotiated.

Securities transaction block trades are arranged away from public markets, so you can see already where this is kind of goofy stuff. If you're away from public markets where's the other spots, where you can sort of organize these trades well, it could be internally uh, it could be between two friends could be two different institutions. It could be, it could be wholesaled, it could be through a dark pool. If you're trying to work with uh very large black trades, that does kind of happen within uh, you know dark pools.

That's where large institutions will fill huge huge transactions so that it's it's less transparent, whatever these typically happen within dark pools, they're, usually carried out by hedge funds and institutional investors via investment banks and other intermediaries through high net worth accredited investors. Although they uh, though high net worth accredited, investors may also be eligible to participate. The new york stock exchange, the nasdaq divided block trade as one involving at least 10 000 shares of stock, or one more than 200 000 most block trades far exceed these minimums. So we come back to uh sort of that morgan stanley, uh issue right the morgan, stanley problem they're being investigated for block trading, so where could they have gone wrong right? Well, if morgan stanley is executing a a black trade and some, let me just double check to make sure that i'm stating this correctly, i don't want to uh misspeak in any way, shape or form.

Regarding the details of this, was it the one above that there it is yup yup, yup, yup, yup yup, so now that we understand black trading, i just wanted to make sure i wasn't miss speaking in any way shape or form. So i just double checked. That's all it was so now we understand black trades right if it's not filled on a dark pool and you execute an order. For example, that is worth i don't know: five million dollars, it's a it's a block of trades, let's just say it's 10 trades.

Each of them is five hundred thousand dollars that comes out to a big fat, whopping, five million dollars and they're all executed as such. Well, what do you think's gon na happen, the price of a stock? If all of a sudden, you execute five million dollars of trades, it's gon na do this. It's gon na do this, and then it would kind of do this number it'll bounce around do whatever blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. It's gon na go like this bounce around uh, since that is the case, and they know it's gon na move the price if it's not executed in a dark pool.

What morgan stanley's being accused of is tipping off investors that they're going to be executing these large black trades, which could move specific stocks that inherently in and of itself, especially if they have ties with other companies that those were the people they were tipping off. Whoa. That's pretty goofy stuff man, i don't know, i don't know man, it's pretty. It's pretty obvious.

What the the inherent conflict of interest is here like if, let's just say that this is the timeline right here bam. This is when they started executing those block trades and sometime back here, they call up on the phone uh. I don't know how to draw a phone. Maybe something like this.

You got that little circle. You got this little circle and you kind of connect them like that. That kind of looks more like a macaroni noodle, but maybe if we had the little dots and then one of those little spiral, yeah beautiful. So, let's just say right here that morgan stanley decided to phone up uh, big c, big c over here and say: hey yo, yo, yo, yo! Guess what uh this stock over here xyz we're about to fill us a 5 million block trade.

So you know if you want to get in on this with a small chunk before we execute our order. Uh we're probably going to move the stock up, we're probably going to move the order up a little bit and cereal goes: oh yeah, bro, that's sick, yeah! We're going to slap in a quick mill as well. You know they execute somewhere around here kind of bad kind of shitty kind of not ideal man trey, you recall the today or something says corey, that's a that's! A nice compliment thanks for sharing bro. That is what it is.

It feels like the market makers and short sellers have all the power antics, the legend uh. This is what i have to say regarding this entire situation right. What can i tell you uh in a very large way? Let's not get it twisted, let's not pretend anything over the last couple months, this period of time from here to here, all that short sellers were dominating. There's no doubt about it.

That's why short interest is as high as it is right now without a doubt, but let's not get this twisted what's happening right now is the beginning of what could potentially be a new uptrend? Is it going to keep that i can't guarantee anything, but we have to. We have to zoom out, especially the last two days in terms of the broad market situation, to truly understand that what's happening right now, isn't really necessarily tight, isn't necessarily uh, something that is solely an amc problem.

It's a world economy uh affecting situation. It's a u.s economy, affecting situation at the very least between this russia and ukraine. Conflict uh, that's truly what's happening here today. Is there some form of market maker goofiness, that's happening without a shadow of a doubt.

Max payne theory. Remember we remember us talking about this. Yesterday max payne theory: well, if you come back over here to calls on amc, what did you see right, 19 and a half dollars being max payne, it's kind of goofy, how he rejected off 19 and a half dollars as many times as we did, because it's Max payne, because options, market makers don't want to pay the premiums that would have to to go out if we broke over 20 bucks. That's the truth of the matter.

That's the way that it is. You know, uh, that's one facet of it without a doubt. That's a market maker up, but the really big deal today. The reason that amc is read today is because of this: it's because of the s p.

500: it's because of iwm it's because of russia and ukraine's conflict. It's because there's a lot of uncertainty in terms of what's going to be happening in terms of a world uh firepower, uh military perspective and stuff amc, gme, moon, baby, trey charts me nothing when it is manipulated uh. So here's here's a here's, a good counter for you right. I want to ask you this question when you, when you factor in manipulation on a chart, what do you think you you watch right? Let's look at this on a one hour time frame.

What are you paying attention to with uh with a stock that is manipulated? Let's just say that that everything uh from here to here has all been manipulated. But what are you seeing you're seeing the pattern of manipulation, the chart doesn't lie. Right. Manipulation can can can push stocks down in a way, that's not supposed to happen, but the number on the chart is the number on the chart, regardless of the manipulation.

So what it's doing is you get to see the manipulation play out in a candle? It's it's. Just being drawn out for you as if it was as if it was mona lisa, this isn't mona lisa, drawing of manipulation and corruption. If that's the case, if i i, i can't believe for a second that ta is not useful with this stock, because to be frank, you know, when amc broke 1450 i used ta to predict that move. Do you think that was an accident? You know? I don't think so.

I think that it was ta does, does ta sometimes fail. Do i. This is probably the better way to put it right. Ta is not useless.

I get things wrong. People get things wrong. Sometimes people read charts wrong. That doesn't discredit technical analysis.

There are people out there who make crap tons of money across the market and trust me when i say amc and gamestop are not the only two manipulated stocks across the market without a shadow of a doubt. Those are not the only two manipulated stocks across the market, and i always come back to this reference point because it is the most useful most easy to prove reference point possible. Ader. This stock has been manipulated to the ground 48.99, all the way down to three dollars and 32 cents, and the ceo came out and publicly stated that their company was naked, short sale to the to the magnitude of over half their float right.

It's useful despite manipulation. You can still see what the what price the stock has been. Uh jake tilton says that that's true right, but what you're, using with ta, is studying patterns on the chart right, that's what it comes down to you're studying patterns on the chart. Now, here's the downfall! It's when you hyper fixate on the wrong time frames for specific charts for amc.

What that would mean is if you're staring at the one minute candles all day long - and this is all we're doing - is watching the line so to speak as lou would say. Right watch the line watch the line watch the line watch the line, bad bad - that doesn't do anything for us right. That's why that's why i've changed my direction. The way that i pitch information on these live streams, because, that's that's a whole different ball game right.

I do think it's important, however, to zoom out and to be able to look at what's happening in the grand scale of things of the grand scheme of things, because it can give you an idea of what could potentially come in the future.
