Hey so question here dunno if this makes sense but curious on your logic around what I am thinking…. so it’s been aware that the float is roughly 450 million based of morning star and yahoo and so on and with approximately 100 million short shares could you see AA doing a share recall to the original 250 million float? That would be roughly 300 million shares the Market makers and hedge funds would need to buy back the recall setting the squeeze in motion then as the squeeze is happening AA can grant the banks the right to offer the 43 million shares there for making the float 300 million roughly which would be almost equal to the share recall number and short shares needing to be bought back therefore giving all the apes the ability to sell there shares during the squeeze and AMC the ability to generate some revenue being a win win for shareholders and company management just curious if that would work in theory?

AMC is doing nothing but begging for money, not improving the company at all. Norwegan Cruises are far more important to him. Don't believe the hype. 43M shares is going to have an impact.

What the people in this comment section talking about? The latest filing doesn't say that they won't be issuing 500 million shares. It states that they've decided they don't need to the votes to make their decision. Access to 500 million shares are solely up to them and not the shareholders. They knew that the votes would end up being a NO by the majority. They took that right to vote against it away from the people. Yet, it seems like people are celebrating this decision thinking it means no more dilution.
