All right to break up the craziness of what's happening in the market right now we got to talk about some actual valuable companies that i think have some high potential. It's fun to watch gme, amc, bb, just drool over this crazy anomaly, that's happening in the market, but vine is another great company that i think you should keep in your portfolio. Of course, i'm not a financial advisor we'll get into that later, but i'm going to be talking about this today and i'm very excited to get into the meat potatoes of this video. So what is up? Everybody welcome to trey's trade, three of technical analysis and different stocks in the stock market, as well as potential buy holder, sell opinions on these given stocks, i'd like to purpose by saying that i'm not a financial advisor nor expert so take what i say with a Grain of salt.

The reason i started this channel is because a couple years back, i was about 30 000 deep in some medical debt, and i was very fortunate to have some close family friends and mentors that pushed me to work hard and invest my money and i'm happy to Say that not only am i now financially free, but i'm doing pretty well for myself at the age of 23, so fighting past, along with the information resources or tools, are given to me here. The community make a couple people better off than they were before. That's all that i can ask for last. If you would not mind drop a like on the video, it really does help support the channel and consider subscribing if you'd like to see more content like this.

Now, today, we're going to give you an analysis on ticker symbol, v y and e vine therapeutics incorporated - and i think this stock has a lot of potential and there's actually a really really really really solid opportunity here to buy in. If you are interested in getting into vines, so we're gon na look at this, both macroscopically and microscopically i'll, give you the one month chart as well as a two day. One minute chart. I've got three different indicators pulled up, which are the rsi, the relative strength index, anything over 70's overbought.

Anything under 30 is oversold. I've got the 200 ema, which is the exponential moving average, and this is a price, action-based valuation trend line over a 200-day moving period and then the 15-day vomit, which is the volume-adjusted moving average, and this is a price, action-based valuation trend line over a 15-day moving Period, adjusted accordingly to the overall volume going into a stock. So we'll talk about what these all mean, give you uh give you some entry points exit points if you're interested in getting this as a swing, trade, a midterm opportunity, long term opportunity, uh, we'll look at both bullish and bearish patterns. I'll give you some different uh different indicators and signs on what we're seeing on the charts right now.

So let's just get right into the video, but first i wan na have a quick shout out to the guys over at the patreon. We are 600 members strong. Now, which is absolutely insane, i can't believe this guy's a little less than a month ago, we had like 10 people here, so the growth is phenomenal. I'm very very grateful for everybody here.

It means a lot to me. They'll have access to the private discord as well as real-time insight to my personal trading. We've got a lot of great stuff in here. We've got chatting questions, investing assistance, uh options, trading, stock, bot, short-term plays midterm, plays long-term, plays back, plays cold stocks industries and a bunch of different sectors, and there's some people in here that make a lot of money.

If we take a look at the weekly earners and learners, we've got uh. Brother gaines turned 80 in the last three months: crow 94. The past month. Thank you for the shout out.

My friend vike turned 200 uh. We've got one month up 6 500 and it looks like he was uh. He was sitting at zero or negative for a while. So that's insane absolutely crazy numbers here.

So, if you're interested in joining there's a link to the patreon description box down below now, what is vine? Let's take a look at the company on uh on marketwatch. Let's give you a quick little rundown. They are a 161 million share. Public float 443 million dollar market cap with 167 million shares outstanding, not a lot of demand here.

We're not seeing huge pushes of volatility because of the float by any means, but let's just take a look at what they are. So vine therapeutics engages in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products, it develops and commercializes solutions using its proprietary molecule stabilizing technology, its commercial products include amzek and zilk. The company is headquartered in bridgewater new jersey, and why do we see this push? Well, let's talk about it. Vine stock price increases over 70 percent pre-market why it happened so the stock of vine therapeutics increased by over 70 percent.

These are some of the reasons why the stock price of the company increased by over 13 percent in the past month and about a month ago. Vine passed the fda process for advancing a third product called fcd-105 for phase 3 development. Fcd 105 would be the first monocycline based combination product, which is used for treating moderate to severe acne vulgaris. The phase iii trials are expected to happen in the first half of this year.

Investors also appear to be responding to a recent video published by market gains, which discussed the institutional investors that bought heavy stakes into the company recently. And if we take a quick look here, we'll come over to stockbot great tool over here at the discord, we can look at statistics and then type in vine and institutional ownership, and what this will do is tell us how many big institutions are holding a position And 51 is astronomical. That is extremely extremely high anytime. You see that much ownership on the inside that uh.

That tells you a lot about uh, what's happening with the stock. Now, let's take a look at insider ownership on vine, see what pops up for us here. So the overall insider ownership is 1.6. We would like that number to be a little bit higher uh, because, typically, if insiders aren't buying into a stock, it's because they don't, they don't think, there's something going on well with the ownership, the management, the financials, the growth et cetera, et cetera, but this institutional Ownership of 51 percent greatly outweighs that in my mind, i think that is a very, very good thing to see so um a lot of good green flags here to see with vine.

We also did have a news. Article come out yesterday january 26th, announcing a 50 million dollar deregistered direct, offering of common stock price at the market under nasdaq rules, and we are seeing a pullback. Consequently, so, basically, what this is going to do and if we just click on this article, quick and just take a quick read. Well, we can read the beginning here today an announcement has entered into definitive agreements with institutional and accredited investors for the sale of an aggregate of 21 million shares of its common stock at a purchase price of 237 per share, and you will see a pullback on This stock likely either below or just at that 237 mark um until you know that maybe this is this direct offering is filled in the long term.

This is great for the company. This is going to generate revenue and uh give them some money to continue their management continue operations for a couple of years. In the short term, this is a buying opportunity. If you have a position on the stock, it's an opportunity to improve your position.

A dollar cost average up, and i know some people don't like dollar cost averaging up, because your margins won't be as nice, but you're gon na make more money. You're gon na make more money. It's worth it in my mind to override that psychology of having a big fat filthy margin for the extra cash - and this is gon na - be an opportunity for you. So let's draw up a fibonacci retracement on vine, so we can get an idea of what we might be looking at for a potential entry point and as we mentioned, 237 was the direct offering.

So we did see a pullback below the 61.8 retracement. It was a pretty harsh pullback, but if we adjust it to this peak right here, we do see a bounce off of two dollars and 26 cents, which is the 61.8 percent retracement, keep in mind that the direct offering was filled at 2.37 per share. So i think, if you get into this anywhere between 226 and 238, you're gon na do extremely well here uh. I i think that vine has a lot of opportunity and a lot of hot stocks right now.

Are these they're, these biopharmaceuticals, these these therapeutic companies, anything that has pending fda approval? A lot of people are getting into this. This is a hot sector right now. This is where a lot of money is going. So, if you're looking for an opportunity to get into this for a midterm, maybe a swing opportunity.

I do think this is going to be a good stock, at least until they announce fda approval on that that phase three um phase three drug to work with uh acne vulgaris, so it was called fcd-105. The phase three development. As soon as you see an fd approval on that you're gon na see this thing absolutely rocket and basically what they're saying is: we've been approved to work towards this fda approval. So i anticipate a very slow and steady growth as this begins to uh grow and and and build an anticipation for that date.

So good entry point between 226 and 238 volatility of the stock. If we look at the rsi typically, you know this is uncharted territory. We haven't seen a lot of volume here in the past right, so this is kind of an asterisk. This last two days is new territory, and we have seen some pretty harsh pullbacks.

We came all the way down to 30 on the rsi. Of course, we did have a direct offering so there's an asterisk by that as well. If we take that out of the equation, we do see a bottom out here bottom out here. This is a big fat george w.

This is a double bottom, which is a bullish indicator, of course, that news catalyst did kind of outweigh the overall technical analysis, as is usually the case. News will always trump um overall chart and price action. So it can be hard to predict that i mean we could have obviously seen this coming with a direct offering when a stock price shoots up this much this fast. Typically, companies that need the money are going to capitalize on that.

So direct offering on vine did end up happening, and that is a buying opportunity for you here today. So that's how we're looking right now good gap between the 15 vomit 200dma. Even though we did have a pullback, i would not be overly concerned with this. That's not that's, that's pretty healthy for the charts, and this is a buying opportunity for you as well.

We will always want to buy as close to 30 on the rsi indicator as we can, and this is trough territory. We don't like. We don't like buying the rips, we sell the rips and we buy the dips guys so don't buy it highs, don't sell lows: do it the opposite way? I know that fomo is real. It's really easy to try and just ride ride waves up, but your risk is much lower and your upside is much higher if you can get in on these.

These dips and vine is that situation right now it might be a boring day right. You might buy into this today. You might see it bleed a little bit. You might not see it climb, but i'm telling you you buy into this and a week two weeks, three weeks from now, you're, probably gon na be up a lot more money than you put into this.

So i feel very good about how the charts and the price action look here. We do have a little bit of selling pressure. We did push all the way up to four dollars and five cents. It did come all the way back down a lot of long topping tails on these uh candles, which is typically indication of selling pressure weak buying, presents.

So that's how that looks right now. As far as indicators go and bullish patterns, we did have this. This double bottom, the george w, as i like to call it. I don't know why it just looks like a w.

You know. You've got one bottom, two bottoms forming that w formation, and i think this would have likely played out without the direct offering. But it's not the end of the world um, it is a buying opportunity and this will come back up. In fact, it does look like there's some people already stepping back in since we have this wide range, candle and uh trying to take advantage of this situation.

So that's what we're seeing on the one month chart volume is up, i'm actually interested in the overall short interest on vine, just based on what we're seeing with the volume. Let's take a quick peek just to see what we might find out and stockpot is great, because what it does is it pulls up all this information for you and we do have a 7.49 short float. So there are people shorting the stock and what can happen with a short float, and this is why the reason i brought this up is because looking at the volume, this doesn't make sense. We don't have a lot of volume here, there's nothing much happening and we opened up with extreme red bars, so people are shorting the stock right now and i don't know if there's anybody still holding this short, i'm guessing.

So if there's a seven percent short float, but there's potential here for a squeeze with vine, and you can see it push up pretty high. What a squeeze does is shorts, sell their shares, hoping to buy back at a lower price, making educated decisions and uh watching for bounces off of significant levels right. So if the opposite happens and shorts don't end up covering with a trailing stop loss uh, you can see vine go past, their selling point and push up and they eventually have to buy their shares back. You don't have a choice in that, so they they do.

Have to cover eventually and when they do cover that the lost potential is infinite, so they can hold this for as long as they want, but eventually they they have to buy back. So when they cover no matter what what the, what the circumstances are with buying, whether you're buying long or you're, buying back to cover short uh, it pushes the price up and that can cause a squeeze. So i don't think we're there quite yet. I do think people are likely to short this still with uh, with everything going on with the stock.

The direct offering is a perfect storm for uh, scaring some investors and uh. I i could see potential for this in a week or two weeks to have a little bit of a squeeze action. So that's how that looks right now, and i do think that is very overall interesting. So, let's change over to the two day.

One minute chart real, quick and a little bit of pr choppy price action here in the pre-market. Nothing much happening a bit of a consolidation day in the last day up and down with the 15 valve, underneath the 200 ema and over the 200 ema. So just consolidation-esque day, nothing crazy whatsoever, and if we do take a peek here, it does look like we had a tightening of price action. This uh this did not end up panning out, as we do have that news catalyst of the direct offering that does trump.

Overall data analytics, but we did end up breaking below this bottom trend line and when that happens, you do see a pretty harsh harsh push and selling pressure. So that's how that looks right now can't say much about the pre-market very choppy price action, not a lot of volume coming in, but it does look like there are some buyers stepping in at least a little bit to help push the price up on buying. So i do think this is a great buying opportunity. I can see this with fda approval.

We have seen some some companies that have gotten fda approval that have seen some significant jumps. Ocgn comes to mind. They gapped up from 1.76 all the way up to 465, and i think vine has potential to do that as well, hopefully, with a little cleaner price action right. We don't want to see something like this, where you rip and you just give it all back right away, really harsh retracement right um.

So as we go further down the road i do think vine is gon na be a good company. Now is a good buying opportunity, and that is what i have for the video today.
