APE cant do anything for AMC until they dump the remaining shares that werent allocated for the special dividend. When AMC dumps those remaining 484 mill equit units is when they will be able to make money off of this.
Questions is: when will they drop those shares, in part or in full?
Other question: how long after AMC hands those over to the primes will it be before retail can get their hands on them?
Why is the channel seemingly more focused on AMC rather than GME? Gamestop has ALOT more going on and is the ultimate hedge against the market collapse.
Don't get me wrong, alot of heavily shorted stocks will see huge price increases but gamestop will dominate the space.

So when they gave everyone shares for owning shares did that create two different stocks. Preferred and normal? Are they traded the same. If not then that's like splitting the vote. Will not help at all ? ?
OK, here is what I've come up with. The difference in price between AMC and APE shares is based on the current data being read by the SEC and their affiliates. Right now I see that the number of APE shares is about 1.57% higher than the AMC total issued and authorized. This causes the APE shares to trade .57 % lower in value. The charts are off because the number of FDT's in APE are changing as the number of FTD's for delivering the APE Dividend are growing and the discovery process is still active. My feeling is that AMC shares will trade according to the Market and News and APE Shares will trend according to 1 to 1 with AMC less the current FTD dilution, until the FTD's are fully reported and the Margin Calls begin. I won't take this any further except to say: If this is true then you all can extrapolate the ways this might play out. Also think why the Short AMC ETF is coming into being.

If you had 10,000 shares which one would you own for the squeeze…10K in AMC or 10K in APE? I’m guessing most will say I need to own $5K of each instead of $10K in one. I hate decisions. I rather have the most shares in the stock that squeezes. Urrrhhh so frustrated when I hear APE is more shorted. Help! Lord!
