What is up, everybody welcome to trades trades, where we give technical analysis on different stocks in the stock market as well as buy hold or sell opinions on these. Given stocks. I'd like to preface by saying that i am not a financial advisor nor expert, i'm just some random dude on youtube, so take what i say with a grain of salt. With that being said, today we are going to be teaching you guys how to use the vma the volume moving average.

Some different platforms will call it a different thing, but the volume moving average can also be called the volume adjusted moving average. So infidelity that's what it's called, but most of the time you will see it as the vma, and it is a great tool for investors to see how a certain stock is doing for the bulls or for the bears it's a great tool to leverage for whatever Your trading strategy may be so the volume moving average to put it simply, is an indicator that shows exactly what it sounds like how the volume is moving along with a stock and what you can assume to keep it very simple is if a stock is trading. Above the volume moving average, it tends to mean that the bulls are in control of the stock. So you can see here for solo this, this uh part of the screen right here the bulls were in control.

We saw a lot of growth here. The bulls are in control. You see a lot of growth here, the bulls are in control. When a stock is trading below the vma, it means that the bears are in control of the stock.

It means you are likely to see more trend of downwards price movement. Here's an opportunity for you to see so right here. The bears are in control bears bearish territory here, bullish territory. The vma is a great opportunity for you to see how momentum may be swinging with a certain stock.

Now the vma also usually coincides with volume. Moving into the stock, so you can see here today that we have seen an abnormal amount of volume that is going into solo, and you can also see the trend beginning to set on the vma. So you can see that the stock is trading way above the vma, which means that we are in bullish territory. It means that we are likely to see continued upward momentum with the stock.

Another example for you here we see a little bit of red. The vma started to trend downwards: it's a great tool to leverage when you should enter or exit a trade if you're a swing trader or a day trader, especially for day traders. You really want to take advantage of momentum and volume, because volume drives volatility and volatility makes you money whether you are making calls whether you're buying whether you're shorting, whether you're doing options all that stuff is uh very dependent on the vma. So i will pull up another example for you, xpev and, let's see if you can identify i'll, let you pause the video here.

Let's see if you can identify an area where we are in bullish or bearish territory. So what would you consider this? You can pause the video you'd be correct if you said that it is bearish territory. The stock is trading underneath the volume moving average. We are trending downwards.
What would you consider this to be right here? You'd be correct in saying that is bullish territory. We see upwards momentum, upwards price action above the volley moving average. I hope that was a helpful video for you guys. I tried to keep it very simple, because trading is not as complicated as people think it is.

It is a great opportunity to make money if you know what you're doing and getting to know what you're doing just it takes a little bit of work every day. So if you'd like to see more videos like this, please let me know drop any sort of technical analysis characteristics that you'd like me to go into. I would love to do that for you. Otherwise that is all i have for the video please like.

If you enjoyed the video dislike it, if you did not either way, you were helping out the youtube algorithm and i would greatly appreciate it. I have a goal that gets you 100 subscribers by sunday and if you'd love to join the family and see more content like this, i would greatly appreciate if you would subscribe. Otherwise, that is all i have for you guys today, and i will see you next time: peace.
