Baby, that's what's up god! Dang i've been so pumped. I've been waiting for this moment because i've had so many people tell me trey mbs is a dead cat. You need to get out of this play. Oh, i love nbis.

I so believe in this company guys it has been a long time coming and it has finally broken the ten dollar mark as of a couple days ago, so excited to talk about this today. What is up, everybody welcome to trace trades, we're gon na technical analysis and different stocks in the stock market, as well as potential buy, hold or sell opinions on these given stocks, i like your premise by saying that i'm not a financial advisor nor experts, don't take What i say with a grain of salt, let's get into the video today we're gon na, be giving you guys an update on ticker symbol, mvis micro vision, incorporated uh, we're gon na get look at this on a one month chart as well as a one day. One minute chart give you both a macroscopic and microscopic perspective of the price action. I've got a couple.

Different indicators pulled up the rsi, which is a relative strength index. Anything over 70 is overbought anything under 30 oversold, the 200 ema, which is this purple line, and the 15 ma, which is this blue line. The 200 dma is the exponential moving average. This is a price action based valuation trend line over a 200-day moving period and the ma is the moving average.

Some brokerage accounts calls this the sma, the simple moving average, and this is a price action based valuation trend line over a 15 day moving period. We're gon na use these indicators to give us an idea of the price action over this last month, or so. I'm gon na give you some potential entry points exit points if you're looking to get into the stock. I do believe this is a long-term investment.

I think this the stock has a lot of potential by late april to be a 30 to 40 dollar company, and i know that sounds outrageous, but this this stock and frss fsrx foresight autonomous, are insane companies with a lot of crazy potential. Let's get into the video if you're not familiar with what microvision does. They are a developer of laser beam scanning technology, the company markets, its technology under the brand name picop. It has developed scanning technology that can be used in products for interactive projection, consumer light detection and ranging automotive, lidar and augmented and mixed reality pop scanning technology that can be adopted by its customers to create high resolution miniature projection and three-dimensional sensing and image capture solutions.

They use laser diodes as the light source. The company offers key components for inclusion in a scanning engine, including its micro electrical mechanical systems and application specific integrated circuits. This is known as mems. The company's plp scanning technology incorporates its expertise in two-dimensional, mems, lasers, optics and electronics to create a small form factor scanning engine with lower power needs than many other technologies that projects, video and still image to capture three-dimensional data man.

The way that i found microvision was actually from chris sane. He used this as a weekly penny play and i looked into the stock and i was like man. This looks like it could be a lot more than a penny play. I did a lot of research.

I looked into this for quite a while and i'll. Tell you what i am so glad that i did, because they have a lot of cool stuff. Let's check out their technology, guys they've got a lot of patents and intellectual property. Patents are great because it's a great uh guaranteed way to generate revenue over a given period of time right, so they have guaranteed revenue on an annual basis, and if they do need to sell these, they can they can liquidate essentially and and get a huge lump Cash some uh, but i don't anticipate that happening here in the future.

A lot of different source coding, silicon hardware systems, the mems, optomechanical advanced manufacturing capital equipment, essentially they're, a huge tech company, and they focus on a lot of different laser systems, uh virtual reality, augmented reality. There is a lot of money involved in that, and that is a moving forward: uh very big niche and market that i anticipate having a lot of money tied to. If you've got a projection engine and interactive projection engine one you can interact with one. You cannot, and it is a very sleek design about the size of a quarter incredibly, incredibly small and uh.

You can use this and actually play with it right on your desk. Let's say that you are you're baking cookies, make it a pizza. You want to scroll through a recipe right. You can do that without the extra mess without screwing up your ipad right.

The consumer 3d lidar sensor for smart home applications, great for security, low latency, elite 3d, lidar sensor right they've got the projection. Engine for head mounted displays. They also have ivas technology utilized by the aviation sector of the army, which is a way for them to navigate the skies more clearly they're in the works of developing goggles for uh infantry armor field artillery guys, so they can navigate the battleground more freely right and The contract that they signed way back in the day for this uh ibas tech for the aviation sector was worth two billion dollars. Now.

If we come back here and check out the company financials right their last annual income uh, their their gross profit was 322 000. So that tells you a lot right that tells you this. This company is likely pretty undervalued, i feel like they've got quite a bit of upside and then what we are the most excited about is this automotive, 3d lidar sensor. We are expecting a presentation on this.

Sometime in april, and as we do get closer to this date, i anticipate there's going to be a lot of hype, a lot of anticipation, a lot of people trying to get in on the action for the hopes that you will see a huge run-up in price Action here on this stock and there have been rumors of buyout talks with companies like apple microsoft, ford and tesla, i think most likely, as of now is probably apple and microsoft. Apple has been extremely looking into the av, the autonomous vehicle sector and they have been looking at different lidar companies. Now, as you know, microvision progresses with their their automotive 3d lighter sensor. We get that presentation in april.

If this does go well, they're going to be able to negotiate this situation very, very extremely, extremely well and uh. When this comes to fruition, they're gon na be able to choose so they want to be acquired by they're gon na be able to negotiate with these companies, and i find it very likely. You're gon na be looking at an eight to fifteen billion dollar acquisition. Deal per billion dollars in acquisition, shareholders take a profit.

So, hypothetically speaking, if they're bought out for 10 billion dollars, you are paid per billion dollars in acquisition about seven dollars a share. So if you're bought off for 10 billion dollars, you'll receive about 70 a share. Now that is an addition to a great company. That is not the reason we are getting into microvision, but it does explain a lot of the hype and why a lot of people may be looking into getting into this stock.

Now they've had a interesting couple of uh a month and a half two months right. They had a huge run up right here came from about a dollar, ninety, seven all the way up to uh about 973 and a huge selloff for a while right. We came all the way back down to four dollars and fifty cents. This looks a lot like what's happening right now, to uh to amc, not that is uh relevant whatsoever, but very heavily shorted stock.

There was a lot of short interest and i do anticipate that you're, seeing a little bit of a squeeze happen here right. A couple little bit of uh shorts, covering their positions in the company right in the in the stock, and that is adding to the overall price action. But we saw a harsh selloff for a while, followed by a little bit of consolidation. A little bit of a nice run up, we were moving in a nice, clean upward channel, and the reason that i have this fibonacci drawn up is, i want to show you uh how much we can expect for a pullback in relation to how much the stock Has run up to give you a potential entry point into the stock, so we did reach race pretty much picture perfectly 61.8 percent right.

We did drop a little bit below that down to about 450 for for a little bit, but that did not last. That did not last very long, people scooped up that opportunity to buy into the company, and it saw a nice run up after that. So, if you follow that same trend right, we follow that same trend and run up. We can anticipate that you will likely see about a 61.8 pullback which would be about nine dollars and 27 cents now that does not indicate a lot of strength in a stock or buying presence right so take that for what it is.

That is probably because it was a heavily shorted stock. We saw a lot of short interest in the company uh that does play into the overall price action, but if you are looking for an entry point into the stock, we do know that last time it retraced to the 61.8 percent, which would be about 927. What i find more likely is a retracement of about 38.2 to 988.. This stock has been on an absolute rampage right, but no stock in the market, except for tesla no stock in the market is uh is immune to a healthy pullback.

In fact, pullbacks are a good thing for a stock. Otherwise it can. It can scare some investors right uh to never get into the position, and i do anticipate you are likely to see that. So i am going to draw up uh, both a level uh at uh nine, i'm gon na i'm gon na.

Do it like this, we're gon na try to 927, and then i'm gon na fill a little box here and draw this out as such. I think anywhere between this price zone is going to treat you pretty well, that is going to be a pretty solid entry point into the stock. I know that is a wide range right, but this has been running very hard going up like 15 10. 15.

20. A day for a couple of days now, so that is what nvis is looking like, and it is in pretty overbought territory. Volume is really starting to pick up here on the three-month chart. We are in a dirty filthy, up upward, moving channel right, ascending level of support and right now.

This is the most disgusting uh sending level of uh resistance and support upper moving channel that i've seen out of the stock since uh back here in this day right, but when a stock moves up too much too fast, which i do think we saw here, you Usually do see a pullback to come, uh macroscopically speaking, obviously extremely bullish. We're gon na look at this on the one month chart if you were able to get into microvision when we first saw the 15 ma cross over the 200 ema, you would have been able to get in right here, which would have been at about uh five Dollars and sixty cents - and if you got in at that point, you would be up over 100 on your investment over the last about two and a half weeks, which is absolutely filthy, and we do have this 15 ma gapping up over the 200 ema every single Day, i have an updating you guys on microvision on an almost daily basis, saying hey guys: the stock is getting ready to rip. It is gon na break ten dollars very soon here, and we did see that happen. It touched 12 40 today which is so cool because i've been waiting forever for this to happen.

Uh and it is looking beautiful so to double down on the entry points, you're looking somewhere between nine dollars and thirty one cents and about ten dollars and fifty cents. A healthy pullback is gon na, be somewhere between 10 and 10.50, as i personally believe right. But if you see a harsh pullback like we saw last time, it is most likely going to be more like what we saw previously now in order for this to happen. In order for us to actually see that entry point come to fruition, we're going to need to see the stock break out of this ascending level of support, which means you're likely going to see a bounce and then a push back up, followed by another bounce and A break beneath and if that does happen, it'll likely lose some momentum, but as it sits right now, this is extremely bullish territory.

So this might not come to fruition this right here. If you're looking for a more immediate entry point, this might take some time to develop right. If you want to get in, you might have to wait a couple days up to a week, even if you want to get in tomorrow. The entry point that you're going to be looking at is going to be right around here in the pre-market 10 57.

If you want to get in the regular i shouldn't say tomorrow monday. I forget today's friday uh somewhere around here about 10.57 cents to 10.77. That does seem like the most uh probable entry point that i am seeing at this given moment. It is likely going to respect this descending level of support.

We do have a couple different touch points here, right respecting that level, so i do find that is the most immediate uh entry point for you to get into nvis. So if you want to turn a quick profit, you know maybe a 10 15 day uh. You can get in at that ascending level of support around 10.50 to 10.70 ride it back up to the high, take some profits and then wait for it to have that nice, healthy pullback, get back into the stock you'll, be able to turn a nice profit on Microvision - and that is what the one month chart looks like as of now go look over here at the one day, one minute chart for any last minute confirmations regarding the price action and it was a heck of a day we saw. We saw a really really clean, ascending channel right here right.

This is a lot of heavy buying pressure. I'm going to quickly draw up a trend line for you to see this was just a freaking really clean ladder that is as good as it can possibly get. My friends uh a lot of buying pressure, rsi approaching uh overbought for quite some time, and the pullback really was not that unhealthy. You know we did see a pullback to about 30 on the daily chart for a while right, come back, came back up to overbought pulled back to about 30, but man.

This is this: is clean price action didn't end the day on the on the high of the day right, which is typically a pretty pretty good indicator of strength and a stock. But that is not to be uh concerned, because this has been on a rampage and i do anticipate microvision is going to continue uh in the near future. So i anticipate sometime in the next couple days. If you're looking for an entry point, you are going to see it pull back to that uh 10 to 10 50 cent range.

If you would like to get a long term position in the stock. If you're looking for a a quick swing, you know a couple day ride, you can still do it that way as well. I would just try to get in uh with this ascending level of support, which would be around 10 and uh 70 cents to about 10. 10, 70.

10. 50 to 10 70.. So that is what i have for the video today guys if you enjoyed it, please drop a like. It really does help support the channel and consider subscribing if you like, to see more content like this.

I looked at their balance sheet and the company has a lot of red flags. I'm trying to understand how the companies stock is high right now. Does anyone have any insight on how this happens? Why would this be a long term hold if their assets are down 3 years in a row and stockholder equity down 3 years in a row? I'm not coming after Trey, but I wanna know more and get better at doing this. Thank you all.
