What is up everybody good morning from minnesota in the united states? I was up at about 3 30 this morning, just so excited to get ready for the day in the market and uh. Here we are, we are, we are ready to lock and load and uh have some fun and uh. Let's just give you a quick update on zom, so welcome to straight trades, where you have a technical analysis. Different stocks in the stock market, as well as potential, buy, hold or sell opinions on these given stocks, i like the purpose by saying that i'm not a financial advisor nor expert so take what i say with a grain of salt.

The reason i started this channel is because a couple years back, i was about 30 000 deep in some medical debt, and i was very fortunate to have some close family friends and mentors that pushed me to work hard and invest my money, and i am happy To say that not only am i now financially free, but i'm doing pretty well for myself at the age of 23. That's that's something i i know that chris sainz got one of these guys, so i guess that means now we're going somewhere but we're giving you an update on zone. This is the stock that i decided to purchase for this week's penny play of the of the week. I will be swinging this trade, giving you all sorts of different details on what you need to know about this stock. My potential exit point a good entry point.

If you are not currently in your in a position in zone when i brought this to your attention, you know i did put this on everybody's radar when it was um. You know it would have been about five days ago, sitting around 40 cents or so and then i did post a video when it was trading at 50 cents, and i said guys this looks like it's got potential to be a runner just based on the chart. Setups and all that sort of stuff - and it is going absolutely insane right now in the pre-market - it is up a huge huge amount and i will disclose that i did purchase a position in the stock. I am in zone right now, with about 4 000 shares at an average price of 7.88.

This information is not correct. It will update once uh once the regular market hours begin, but i bought in for about seven uh, 78 cents, 78.8 cents, currently trading at 75. About um and i'm very excited to see what this does so we're gon na go over the rsi indicator. The overall volume that we're seeing we are seeing some stupid insane unusual trading volume right now in the pre-market, so that is beautiful to see we're gon na go over the different indicators.

I've got pulled up the 200 ema exponential moving average. This is a 200-day moving valuation trend line based on price action, we've seen over 200 days, as well as the vomit, the volume adjusted moving average and other brokerage accounts. This is called the v-wop and this is a 20-day average trend line based on overall volume. That's taken into a stock uh we're going to talk about a couple different um bullish and bearish signs that we're seeing on the charts we'll go over the one-day one-minute chart as well, but just a quick rundown of what the company is.

If you are new to the channel or you're not familiar zome operates as a developmental stage company. It creates products for companion animals by focusing on the unmet needs of clinical veterinarians. It plans to offer novel diagnostics and therapeutics that focuses on patient health and practice. Health and if we look at them on stock twists, the message volume is up an insane amount.

The amount of people that follow this stock is up a lot. The price is up a decent amount, looking very, very solid, and if you guys follow chris sand, you know that he did shout this out in his weekly penny stock uh his his quick money play uh last saturday, and i brought this to you guys attention uh, Probably four or five days before that, so i'm telling you guys right now. My biggest focus with penny plays swing, play opportunities is beating the hype and the hype is just hitting this thing. Man, i'm telling you this stock is going to go absolutely freaking nuts.

The only downside that i'm seeing is their upcoming news. Catalyst is in march right, which isn't a great thing to see for a swing trade. However, um the amount of hype and the amount of bullish signs that we're seeing on the stock the amount of volume that we're seeing on the stock is a very positive sign to me, and i am feeling very good about zome as a whole. And we will see how it performs upon market open.

So, just a quick rundown on a couple of different things, we're seeing here, we do have a crossover on the volume adjusted moving average over the 200 ema, which is an extremely bullish sign, and this is right around. I brought this to you guys attention the larger the gap between these two levels: the more bullish a stock is currently trading and uh, we're looking very, very, very nice right now on zom. So that's very exciting. I'm excited to see how this does pan out we'll level off a couple of levels of support and resistance currently have 35 cents.

You know just shy of 40 cents and then this previous level of resistance will be an acting level of support at 47 cents. Then we do have some candles right now touching at 63 cents or so so, if you can buy in anywhere around the 63 cent mark, i think you'll be doing very well, but as i did, this close i bought in at right around 78 cents or so Currently down on the stock, but i'm not sweating whatsoever. I do think this is gon na be a great swing trading opportunity. They are on a great bullish, run, they're, looking very, very positive and the amount of volume that's pumping into this guys is nuts um.

If you follow the channel for a while, you know that i pay very close attention to unusual trading volume, and yesterday we saw our first little bump in a little bit like we saw these two bumps right here. This small bump huge spike right. There's a lot of opportunity here guys and we're seeing that same bump in the pre market. A huge amount of unusual trading volume and i'll show you that on the one day one minute chart once we get to it.

But that's why i pulled the trigger on this stock. Is the amount of volume in this in this company right volume drives volatility and volatility drives higher price valuations and with azrx acst zone in check? I think all those have great potential to be big runners and in the pre-market right they're all up as i predicted they would be so we're four for four on our penny play calls as of right now. These are all gon na make money, but zome is the one that i pulled the trigger on, and i do have a very, very good feeling about where this is headed. So we've got great confirmation with the crossover on the 200 ema uh, the the bomb over the 200 ema.

The rsi indicator is currently overbought. Looking at the corrections we're typically looking at 47, pretty neutral right, it doesn't tend to correct too strongly, which is something that i like about this. So when we do see a pullback, it shouldn't be too harsh. It gives you an opportunity to lock in your profits if you are looking to swing trade, this of course, as a mid to long-term investment, you're, not really sweating about these day-to-day.

You know price action variations, but i am playing this as a swing trade. I do not plan on holding this until march uh. We may reevaluate and come back to it in march right, but as of right now, this is going to be my weekly swing trade and i will give daily updates on um how it's sitting, whether i'm going to keep holding whether i'm going to sell whether i'm Going to accumulate shares right, but as of right now i am i'm sitting pretty decent with uh 4 000 share stake in zone and i feel very good about where it's going to go so rsi indicator overbought. That means there's a lot of buying pressure.

Great volume crossover on the lava over the 200 ema loving that a lot now, if we change it to the two day, one minute chart, we have another confirmation of extreme extreme bullish territory, and this is another reason why i pulled the trigger on zone guys. We have another crossover on the one day, one minute chart with the vama the 20 day vomit over the 200 ema, and that is extremely bullish. Territory now um at 7 00 am we did see a pretty sharp selling pressure. This is because pre-market opens for different brokerage accounts and typically we do see that amount of buying pressure and a sell-off once people get in.

They want to lock in their profits, but i do anticipate this will continue to run. I would not present this to you guys if i didn't think it was still going to continue to run it's looking, absolutely great, so um. Currently, we have a support level sitting right there, where we've seen two pretty large candle wicks, followed by some pretty decent price action right here at 66 cents or so, and then the overlying theme of resistance - and i think, if we can push through this, we're looking At probably just about a dollar is going to be right around here at 81 cents and i'm liking. How that's looking right now, if we look at some some different uh, you know trend lines here we are trending extremely well.

If we look at yesterday into today, currently we're sitting very very nice, you know we were at 41 cents yesterday and or not yesterday. This would have been friday but uh on the last training day we're at 41 cents - and i did present this to you guys. Um yesterday and prior to this right, i brought this to you guys, probably four five six days ago, saying hey keep this on your radar. I think it's gon na do good things and uh.

It's doing good things, and this huge spike in volume really really attracts. My attention, because, as unusual look at yesterday, not looking at that kind of volume in a one minute window, we saw 264 372 232 000. We saw a freaking 4.2 million shares traded at the market open or the pre-market open on. You know: different brokerage accounts here.

Um there is a large amount of attention, that's being attracted to zome right now, and while this might be a hype play right, there might be some fomo underlying um that we are getting in, or at least i got in and if you guys got in when I brought this to your attention, we're looking at a lot of upside a lot of momentum, a lot of volatility, a lot of volume, it's looking absolutely filthy right now, i'm loving the potential here and if i show you guys, pte, really quick, i'm going to show You, when i bought into pte and you guys, might be a little worried because i bought it and i'm currently down five cents a share right. I bought into pte, if you look at the five day, chart at a dollar and three cents right right here at market open down a little bit. I was down, it did, come down to 98 cents, down about five cents, skyrocketed right and if we zoom in here look at some of the patterns. We do have a very nice consolidation happening here.

If we zoom out look at this, you can see that it's a nice wedge formation, tightening a price action. If we come to zone really quick, look at the charts currently, where we're looking, we have potential to form that same exact, wedge formation. So if we draw a trend line - and this does come to fruition - it's tough to say yet - we're there's no confirmation. But we have a solid start of a trend line here, start of a trend line here and if this comes to fruition - and we see it bust through this trend line, i think a dollar is very safe to assume that we could see by the end of The day or the next couple of days, um - and i'm i'm very excited - i mean we gapped up from 48 cents, all the way up to 80 cents.

That's 100 run up right off the bat and i think this is going to attract a lot of day or swing. Traders like there are going to be people that are scanning. You know finviz or different uh different stock scanning websites, they're gon na, say oh crap. This thing has unusual volume: it's spiked up 100, there's opportunity here and uh it's.

It looks good guys. I feel really really good about zone. I think this is going to be a solid upside stock, so um. This is what i decided to get into for the day.
