We have technical analysis and different stocks in the stock market, as well as potential buy, hold or sell opinions on these. Given stocks i'd like to preface by saying that i'm not a financial advisor nor expert so take what i say with a grain of salt, the reason i started this channel because a couple years back, i was about 30 000 deep in some medical debt, and i Was very fortunate to have some close family friends and mentors that pushed me to work hard and invest my money and i'm happy to say that not only am i now financially free, but i'm doing pretty well for myself at the age of 23.. So if i can pass along any of the information resources or tools that are given to me, making a couple people better off than they were before here in the community, that's all that i can ask for last. Now today we have a huge massive freaking unreal update on ticker symbol, z-o-m zometica corporation. I am so excited to show you guys this and i will be transparent and show you that i do have a position in zone. Currently, i am in zone with a dollar cost average of 0.782 4 450 shares, and i am holding this for quite some time and i will show you exactly why we've got some huge news on this stock today, so we're gon na be covering this on a Macroscopic point of view: we'll look at the one month chart the one day, one minute chart macroscopic and microscopic i've got three indicators pulled up the relative strength index, anything over 70s or a bot anything under 30, oversold, the 200 ema, the exponential moving average, which is Just a 200 day price action trend line based on the price action over those 200 moving days and then a 15 day vomit the volume adjusts to moving average and in some brokerage accounts you might have to use the v-wap or the m-a in its place. But they're about the same thing, and this is just a 15-day trend line based on overall price action that is adjusted accordingly to overall volume on a stock.

We'll talk about that, we'll talk about any bullish or bearish patterns. We're seeing here, give you a fundamental breakdown. What the company is their market cap size and then talk about the upcoming news catalyst so before we get into it, i just want to give a shout out to the guys over at the patreon. If you're not familiar with what zome is, they are operating as a developmental stage company.

It creates products for companion animals by focusing on the unmet needs of clinical veterinarians. It plans to offer novel diagnostics and therapeutics that focuses on patient health and practice health and their big thing that they're pushing right now is this true forma system. This true format system is going to be a method in which they can use to regulate, thyroids, uh on and the adrenal gland on dogs and cats, and they are expected to commercialize this in late march and there's a huge article that was put out today by The ceo put out by the ceo issues the shareholder letter as true foreign news commercialization. This was put out on january 18th, which is today, and it says, zometica a veterinary health company, creating point of care diagnostics, products for dogs and cats.

Today issued the following letter: uh: let's get right into the nuts and bolts as a result of the recent increase in the price of our common shares. Over the last several weeks, investors have been exercising their outstanding warrants, which has resulted in zometica receiving more than 40 million dollars of additional cash through january 15. 2021.. This additional infusion of cash further enhances our already very healthy balance sheet.

Our cash and cash equivalents are now in excess of 90 million dollars, net of all capital and operating expenditures from the fourth quarter. We expect this amount will be sufficient to fund operations, at least through the calendar year 2023. Our goal is to be cash flow. Positive at that point, oh man, that's huge.

That is so massive. This is going to be a huge huge push for uh the stock on tuesday and what we already anticipated to be a massive run-up. We now have a news catalyst, which is a perfect storm for an absolutely filthy day. I think it's going to be insane guys, i'm so so pumped so now that we have that we've got the confirmation with the news catalyst right.

Let's take a look at what the charts are saying. Is this a bleeder? Is this growing? What's the potential? Well, let me tell you right now: it has potential and hold on to a couple different things here. So the rsi indicator. We have been overbought territory twice now and both times when it was overbought pushing over 70.

The correction was down to 44 40.. The correction was not bad, and what that tells me is that this is not just a trader stock, it is an investor's stock. People are not panicking when the stock price drops, because they believe in the long-term future of the company, and i personally believe in the long-term future of the company. I have a due diligence video out on zometica i'll leave a link to that in the description box.

In case you'd like to check that out, but i think zoma is a huge hole. I'm gon na be holding this until at least late march, and possibly longer now that we've seen that that release from the ceo being able to run positive until 2023 to continue operations with their current 90 million dollars in cash and cash equivalents is phenomenal. And i think they're going to be a positive company very soon here, especially with a commercialization of true forma. If that all goes well in the way that it should um, there's there's a lot of upside here, there's risk as always right.

This is a penny stock. It's trading under a dollar right now, but the upside to me outweighs the risk and we have confirmation with the rsi. That is not. You know, super risky.

There are people holding the stock, we have green volume, not matched with red volume, so people are buying and not selling the 15 day. Vomit is crossed over the 200 ema and this is a bullish indicator and it signifies that there's a large spike in price action. Over this 15 day period, compared to the last 200 days, so microscopically and microscop macroscopically we're looking extremely bullish right now and we've been consolidating for two days three days even and that is a confirmation of buyers that hey this stock is not going to just rip And dip, i'm not risking my money by getting into the stock now that i've seen it settle down for a little while now that it's cooled off, i have no problem getting into this for the next leg up and that's what's happening right now and guys tuesday Looks like the next leg up and you can put this out a couple different ways right. You can play this off as a swing trade.

I know a couple people in the discord that have been doing that and you can just keep ripping this up and down up and down up until that late march date. Right or you can add to your position when we see these dips back down to 97 cents and dollar cost average up and ride it until late march, when true formula is commercialized, i do think this is going to be a four or five bagger at that Time period, i think you're gon na see huge returns on the stock, i'm talking like four or five hundred percent margins. If you got in under 80 cents, which is absolutely phenomenal, you're, absolutely destroying what your roth guy would do for your guy or gal uh. If you, if you just put your money into a roth ira and zome, looks fantastic, we've got, we've got great volume.

We've got the indicators here, pointing towards bullish movement. The rsi is not correcting a lot. You can buy it at this point without a lot of risk. Of course, i would encourage that you wake up early and get into the pre-market.

If you can. I know that some brokerage accounts have some different regulations, but i can get into the pre-market at 6am with fidelity. I know that weeble lets you get into the pre-market at 4am. There is a link to weeble if you're interested in that in the description box uh, but i do anticipate that this is going to see a pretty amount of heavy buying pressure leading into that day.

So that's all it looks right now we are currently in an ascending wedge, which is a pressing of price action confirming to buyers that this is going to continue running up. We have not we've hit the bottom, we have not, you know ripped and dipped uh and it looks phenomenal in that way. We do have a little bit of a head and shoulders pattern here. Here's the head! Here's the two shoulders, but it does look like we push past that so there's a bearish indicator.

This will be transparent. That is a bearish indicator. However, the overall theme, the macroscopic theme - is bullish right, so we went up from 23 cents to a high of a dollar 48 right. So if we draw retracement from the base here with the fibonacci - and this is super easy to use - you just take the bottom from the base and bring it up to the top, and it does look like we've retraced very well and we're holding above this 88 Cent mark at a 50 range right there, and i do think if you want to get in you know anywhere under a dollar, is going to treat you well, but if you can get in at 90 cents or 88 cents as you catch it slipping you're going To absolutely crush this stock, i think you're going to make a lot of money and zome does look like a huge breadwinner, a millionaire maker uh, as as i would say it looks filthy.

This thing looks so disgusting right now. I i think that that press release is going to be absolutely huge, so food changes over the two day, one minute we're looking for extra confirmations potential for day or swing traders. We do have that compressing a price action right here, so another confirmation of uh consolidation, which looks really nice rsi indicator is up and down which does also confirm consolidation, slightly favoring bullish territory, slightly favoring buyers, uh, and i really don't think i think as soon as 4Am hits and people can trade this. It is gon na go absolutely insane.

Oh i'm so excited guys. I love zone. This is such a killer stock. This is gon na, be the next grand slam hit guys, i'm telling you we did it with jagex.

We did it with uh bngo, we did it with ocgn, i didn't do it with ocg, but you guys did uh and we hit it pretty well with pte. This is gon na, be the next huge runner like jagex, like bngo. People are just starting to get into this they're just starting to get into this and they are a very niche market. So i really like what zom's doing i like the fundamentals of the company.

I love seeing that they've got enough money to operate until 2023. I love seeing that they're expecting to be net positive revenue by 2023. If you hold this, i think you're gon na get paid a lot of money and it looks absolutely beautiful. So i want to give you guys an update on that uh press release from the ceo to shareholders, as that is a huge article.

I think that is going to heavily influence the market along with multiple youtubers saying, especially chris sane right, saying, hey. This is a huge swing play opportunity next week get into this, and i'm doubling down on that right now, uh chris saying saying that alone is going to drive that stock to drive up. So i think it's a great opportunity i think zone is going to treat you very well, and i hope that you are able to make some money on this place.
