One caveat Trey: "Options" doesnt just mean calls, but puts a well. Puts can drive price all day, MM's are looking at the options chain and include this data in price prediction algorithms, ie: if there is a recent flux of the purchase of put options on a specific security then this is a bearish indicator and can drive price down as such as that in itself is driving sentiment in one direction or another.
