All right, my friends, my friends, it is time for you to put this back on your radar. We are going to be talking about blackberry today. What is up, everybody welcome to straight trades, we're going to technical analysis on different stocks in the stock market, as well as potential buy holder cell opinions on these given stocks. I, like your purpose by saying that i'm not a financial advisor nor expert so take what i say with a grain of salt.

Let's get into the video today we're gon na be looking at ticker symbol, bb blackberry from the new york stock exchange and i'm excited to talk about this company. We're gon na lay out a couple different things on the line for you here, we're gon na look at what the fundamentals of the company are right. Why? Why should you care? Why is this gon na be a good company in the future? Why was it it's not just the wsb pump and dump right we're gon na look at that we're gon na look at the overall financial situation. We're gon na take a peek at their website, we'll look at the the most recent news articles and then the meat potatoes, which is the one month and one minute chart to give you both a macroscopic and microscopic perspective of the stock right.

I've got a couple: different indicators pulled up which are the rsi, the relative strength index, anything over 70's overbought. Anything under 30 is oversold, then the 200 ema, which is this purple line and the 15 day ma, which is this blue trend line 200 ema, is the exponential moving average. This is a price, action-based valuation trend line over a 200-day moving period and then the 15-day ma is the moving average. Some brokerage accounts call this the sma, which is a simple moving average.

This is a price action based valuation trendline over a 15-day moving period. We use both of these trend lines in a macroscopic and microscopic perspective of price action. That way, we can predict upcoming breakouts on a short-term scale. We are very, very closely enrapted the approaching one, which is why i'm so excited to talk to you about this guys.

Today, so we're gon na do that we're gon na we're gon na give you guys some potential entry points into the stock. I do have a position to be completely transparent. In my fidelity account right. I have about um a five thousand dollar stake in blackberry, which i will be transferring over to weeble here in the future, but let's just get right into the video.

What do they do? Let's check this out. Blackberry limited provides security, software and services to enterprises and governments. Company leverages artificial intelligence, ai, and this is what gets me going, i'm so pumped about this machine learning to deliver solutions in the areas of cyber security, safety and data privacy. It offers endpoint security management, encryption and embedded systems.

Its products and services are structured in three groups: blackberry spark, iot solutions and ip licensing. The blackberry spark platform includes a suite of security, software products and services, including blackberry, silence, uem dynamics and workspaces. The blackberry iot solutions group includes qnx, ad hoc, suites, certicom and radar. It offers a blackberry radar, family of asset tracking and telematics solutions for the transportation and logistics industry.

This is also big they're, going to be getting into the ev sector. Blackberry qnx is a provider of operating systems, middleware development tools and professional services. Look at their financial situation. Over the last year 2020.

They were finally profitable again, they they're looking actually in the last couple years they have been profitable but they've been growing, which is good. 2018, they grew about six percent 2019. They grew about 2 percent year after that 2020 9.71, and this is where we're seeing the most total growth they saw, one billion in total revenue right and a gross profit, 768 million dollars. That's not that's not a bad margin.

They're taking home about uh a little less than a little over 75 percent of the total revenue, which is pretty solid, i'm happy with that. That's a pretty good, clean, tight margin; okay, throughout their overall news. We do have uh four hours ago from benzinga amc, major stakeholder wanda converts stock to allow for sale amid uh wall street bets frenzy, not really interested in that right two days ago. Low quality stage is a comeback: how to trade blackberry, so we're gon na.

Take a quick peek at uh. I don't really want to show you that either this is a lot of these articles are gon na be influenced because of wsb. So i suppose i can pull it up just to show you, but take this with a grain of salt. Just because of you know all the wsb stuff right.

A lot of news articles out there, basically just putting hit pieces on there so take it for what it is uh. But we say we see how to trade blackberry, limited common stock bb with risk controls, price matters hosts to making money in the market celebrating 20 years. Stock traders daily provides the tools that help you develop investment strategies, and this is a good example. It's going to scroll down here, technical summary, uh, p1 straw they've got strong 517, p2, 998, 1039, 707, 1174, 178, 975., so long-term trading plans for bb.

This is my personal plan right. The technical summary and trading plans for bb help you determine where to sell, buy, sell and uh set risk controls. The data is best used in conjunction with our market analysis and stock correlation filters, uh support plan. The technical summary data tells us to buy bb nurse 975, but there is no current upside target yeah.

So you can read this if you'd like it's, it seems like a bunch of crap to me. I i think this article is kind of silly, because back before the wsb stuff even happened, i thought that this stock had a 40 price target on his back and i still stand by that 100. So what i am more interested in showing you guys is their website. What is blackberry? Everyone is working at home, including cyber attackers.

The recent solarwinds security attack proves that remote workers and unsecured endpoints leave businesses exposed protection is not enough. Our ai driven security doesn't react to cyber threats. It prevents them. You believe, you've had a breach.

There's a lot of money tied in not just ai, because i think ai is gon na be really really big in 2021 and 22, but in data protection as more people are working at home with kovid right we've. Even when the country reopens a lot of businesses have realized that they can pay less money, there's thinner margins right to keep employees at home and take less space in the workspace right than uh than to have them in the office. And with that is going to come and need for increased security, that is where blackberry steps in with their ai focus technology they're going to really be able to capitalize on that really niche market now think about this as well.

What companies out there offer ai data security? Well, let's just take a quick peek, ai data security, and here we've got hewlett, packard, enterprise right otherwise, two star a lot of stuff pops up guys. That's all i'm saying blackberry seems like they could really step into a pretty uncapitalized market, their market leading platform for enabling iot, which i did talk about earlier. Endpoint management, security, secure communications alerts and crisis communications, secure documents, applications embedded systems which is going to be the autonomous vehicle sector, which is what i'm so pumped about both of these these sectors, guys, i absolutely love the ai sector and the autonomous vehicle sector. If they get into both of these, my friends, you are going to be looking at a triple digit stock, long term and i'm not playing i'm not playing at all.

So that's what i want to show you guys from their website. They have been profitable right. They have been growing their overall revenue, which is very exciting and the chart looks good. I am so excited about the chart guys because we are coming up on a very pivotal one or two days, and i think this is gon na, be a nice solid reversal for blackberry.

What i'm noticing we found a nice bottom. This was the bottom of this downward trend. So if we just draw this up really quick, we can see this downward trend right got a couple. Different touch points, one two, three break of that trend line, this descending level of resistance with a wide range candle bar.

That is always a confirmation. I look for wide range candle bar to break above a descending level of resistance. We get it right and from there, where we're off right. That signifies to me that this is the bottom, and now we have begun an upward moving trend line.

We have an ascending level of support with one two. Three different touch points we're starting to form a little bit of a gap here between these trends, which is a good indicator of an upcoming run, and the last thing i want to point out is that 15 ma is about to cross over the 200 ema. This is my perfect, my favorite kind of play, my friends, because this is getting ahead of the hype. Before the hype happens, everybody tries to chase stocks, it feels so good to hit those home runs right to get lucky and you get into a play when it's running real hard.

You make some cash and get out, but that doesn't always happen if you can get into the plays before they do that, which is what's happening right here, guys. Let me, let me show you for comparison. This is this is probably about where, where blackberry was in comparison to here just about to cross over, and if you were able to get into this five days before that run up, you had to be patient right. It didn't move a whole lot, but you saw a lot of explosive growth.

This is the same kind of setup, guys it's the same kind of setup, one two three. Maybe this is gon na, be four and five, where you're getting that nice setup, the 15 m8. Just starts crossing over the 200 ema right. That is beautiful.

I really do anticipate within this week. You're gon na see blackberry run a little bit now. What's it gon na run to well, we can look at the charts, real, quick and just see that we have a couple different levels of resistance. They're gon na be right around here and right around here.

So we've got resistance at eighteen dollars and five cents as well as twenty dollars and sixty-five cents, and why i'm? How i'm finding these my friends is by touching as many uh candle wicks as possible. So we see one two three: four: five: 6. 7. 8.

9. 10. 11.. You guys get the point and you want to use the most recent price action.

So we start from here and then we scan left start right to left. Then we do the same thing here. We can see that there's quite a few touch points. One two: three: four: five: six, seven, eight nine ten, eleven twelve try to get as many touch points as you can so that you can get the best indicator of what is a significant level of resistance, and we can see that eighteen dollars and five cents and Twenty forty four are two very significant levels of resistance.

Now, that's what we're gon na have to cross through in order to retest these these previous highs. But to me this is gon na be a mid to long term stock. I'm gon na be holding blackberry for quite a while. I think they're gon na be a triple digit company.

I personally have a lot of conviction and their ai and their technology that they can offer to the autonomous vehicle sector. But if you're looking for a quick swing, my friends, what is a good entry point? Well, right now on the rsi they're trading at about 67, and i think a good entry point for you is going to be either a a re-test of this ascending level of support, which would be right around 12 and 53 cents or b. If it doesn't come down to that, you're going to be looking at right around here, which is this level of support at about 13, got one two three different touch points here in the previous day, the previous trading day on february 5th. That signifies that as a significant level, so somewhere between, i would say, 12.50 and 13 is gon na, be a good entry point in the blackberry.

If you do not currently have a position in this company and guys my dog cost average on this is absolute dog. Poop, it is not good at all, but i am not stressing the least bit because i know 100 that i hold some absolute gold with blackberry. I really do firmly believe they're going to be a solid, solid company, and that is what you are looking at right now. So we're about to get that crossover with the 15 ma over the 200 ema signifier of an upcoming run, which i 100 believe will happen within the next five days, the volume overall pretty consistent, it's lower than usual.

But you need to keep in mind. This is pumped with wall street bets, so i did see some unusual trading volume, which is very possible to come back in with any sort of news, release or catalyst that may come in the future. That is what the chart setup looks like right now. These are some price points that you can watch for.

If you want to swing this stock guys watch for a push over 20 44. If you see a bounce, you can take some small profits, that'd be a profit of about you know. If you get into 13 bucks seven dollars a share, you're, looking pretty solid you're, looking pretty freaking solid, that's a 50 margin and honestly, i would continue to hold for a push over 25 69. If you're willing to hold this for anywhere between five to ten days.

As a swing position, you could be looking at over a 100 run up on blackberry. That is my two cents there coming into the one day, one minute chart for any last minute confirmations we're going to look at the overall price action here, i'm going to delete this box, so we saw a nice little gap up here. Typically, when you gap up in a stock, you will see a fill of that gap right some price action. So that is why i pretty firmly believe we may come back down to some of these previous levels and give you a good entry point into the stock right.

That's why i think you might see again 1293. You might not might not see that point. We do see right now that there is an ascending level of support that we are establishing got a couple. Different touch points right, so this is obviously a significant level.

We've got one two three touch points here, so this may be the level that you need to watch for as well, which is why we look at this, both macroscopically and microscopically right. So, if you look at more of a swing trading, you know perspective somewhere around. I would say 1377 14 1401 if it continues to respect this descending level of support. That is what you're going to be looking at as an entry point for a swing term position.

You're. Looking at more of a long-term perspective, i do think you're going to get you're going to get an opportunity to buy this around 13, but if not, you could always buy in you know on this descending level of support. If it drops below that dollar cost average down, if you see a bounce on this on this other level of support right here, but macroscopically speaking guys, you do need to keep in perspective. What the stock is doing.

Don't get scared, don't don't don't uh don't give in to fomo because of uh. You know one day of crazy run-up. Look at things macroscopically. You can see right this.

This day ran up and it pulled back. Stocks go up and they go down and this stock will come back down. That is the best potential way to buy into. This guys is as close to 30 on the rsi, as you can, and for as cheap as you possibly can.

We want to buy things when they're when they're, undervalued and sell things when they're overvalued. So that's what i have for the video today guys, i hope you enjoyed it. Please drop a like.
