How we doing everybody - it is your boy trey from trade trades coming back again for another freaking amc live stream baby. This is number 85 of the live streams that i've done here and man.

It is a beautiful freaking morning, not too shabby up about 3.11 percent three placenta, as it is right now at 55 dollars and 74 cents. Nothing crazy right home about right, but it is a step in the right direction. It's a step in the right direction to getting us to where we want to go here for amc stock, baby. There's a couple things that you're watching for and i'm gon na show.

You this on the hourly candles just to give you a picture of uh. You know what could potentially happen. So i'm gon na leave this fibonacci trace real quick. I can always draw that back up and i've got this pendant formation drawn up right.

This is the huge consolidation zone that we've been in, since i would argue back on june 3rd and a break over this consolidation zone is going to bring you that retest of 63, or so just gon na bring you that retest of about 70 bucks. So if that were to happen today, what that looked like that'd be about 59.50 to 60 bucks, or so a clean break, hourly candle that opens and closes above that designated level of resistance over this descending level of resistance that downside of the pennant right supposed to Happen tomorrow that end up being about 58.80 to 59 bucks and the day after that would be about 40 or so 50, 58 and 5840 would be about that range, so we're in pretty solid territory here right now up about three point: one one percent that bounce Here in the pre market is looking pretty freaking sexy, i'm loving that that is not too bad stupid shorts. Oh man, that's japanese for uh, essentially you're stupid. I love that, but the last we're going to show you that i want to give you the ortex update.

As well so ortex actually updated their short interest. Percentage of free float estimate to about 18.72, which is up just the hair. That's up about, i don't know 0.05.1 or so from yesterday. So it does a small change.

You'll see that start to shift here in the pre-market as well. They usually start updating their numbers sometime between 7 and 8 a.m, central standard time, so we're gon na watch for that uh. That's looking pretty good and the discrepancy between that and the free float on the loan is very small compared to what we've seen. So all the available shares for lending that are currently out on loan are being almost sorted into the market, which is pretty significant utilization about 86.76.

If you don't know what the utilization is, this essentially tells you about all the available shares that there are for lending and how many of those are actually out on long. So 86.76 percent of these are out on low the closer you get to 100, the higher the cost to borrow on any given stocks, especially amc goes up right, so we want to see those shares on loan start to max out that utilization again get back up To that 95 to 100 percent utilization rate, because that's gon na raise that cost of bar put more pressure on these short positions, do the short sale, volume percent, it's still sort of consolidating and i'd say in a slight uptrend compared to where we have been in Weeks past saying about 44 on the last trading day, which would have been last friday, meaning that out of all the volume that went into amc stock on that given day it was 44 short volume right, that's pretty significant! That's a huge huge number of uh shorting! You know, especially considering the fact that it's an uptrend and the stock consolidated in a beautiful, beautiful, freaking pendant i mean this is just a stupid. Technical short does not make any sense at all and i'll tell you what if it doesn't make sense in your head. It's because it just doesn't freaking make sense available shares the bar.

You got about 100 000, as it is right now. This is not giving you the entire holistic picture, but it is a general rough estimate and you will notice that that number actually went down significantly from 1.9 million. Now we've only showed you the pre-market volume for weeble 270 000 in volume. So far on the pre-markets.

We've got right now, so this could be as simple as two things right. You could have had some sort of took place in the market today, or there are people who are previously lending out shares that are no longer wanting to take on that risk and simply recalled the availability for those shares to be shorted into the market. So, there's a couple different ways that that could have ended up working out but either way. This is a bullish.

Look i'll tell you that i'll tell you that right now, less available shares to borrow means that you've got freaking more uh, less availability, right, it's harder to borrow stock, which means they got to be more careful about the stock that they actually use. If they're not going to naked short sale, if there's not a lot of available insurers to borrow that's when you really run into the possibility of making short selling even taking place, so that's kind of what you got rocking up right here. I would like to start off every single video with a little bit of an update on what we got cooking up up three percent here in the pre market. Looking pretty freaking decent, we had a nice little rip here of some boom boom candles.

Baby 54 bucks up to 56 60. - that was a nice freaking, 15 minute rip right there. I was looking pretty solid, honest to god, not like not not too mad about that at all. Don't skip class baby, yes, sir! Yes, sir squishy chin! So that's kind of what we got cooking up here so far this morning appreciate everybody, that's tuning in right here, it's just another freaking day right.

This isn't a day. That's gon na make or break amc stock, but it's something to watch for, but it's going to be nice to see if we end up getting out of this consolidation phase, if it doesn't happen today, that's okay, right, we're just watching for whatever ends up coming to Fruition, it is officially 7 a.m in the morning, which means there are some new pre-markets that have opened up. That's why i always see this huge one-minute candle about seven a.m. You get those pre-markets for different brokerages to allow new volumes to come into the stock.

So don't be surprised by these huge wicks on the uh one-minute candle at 7am central standard time. That is a pretty normal thing to see, so we will have to wait and see it's a good morning. I'm glad i've been adopted as your son. That's hilarious, right now, amc stock here, the pre-market it got a nice push up to 56 dollars and 60 cents, or so i'm gon na drop a fibonacci retracement. We are trading over the volume average price, which is a good bullish thing. Typically, if you roll over the bottom average price into the actual regular market hours uh, you get a nice continuation of momentum.

Uh the volume average price is gold. Trendline in case you don't know what that is, it's just the average price that anybody has paid on that given day and it just wants to go into the regular market hours. So the pre-market here, the average price that anybody has bought stock at is 55 and 30 cents, which means that the majority of people who bought on the day are green right, which is a good thing, because that inclines more people to want to buy the stock. You typically see more momentum that way and also you're holding this 38.2 retracement level.

Pretty dang well right now, which is a solid thing to see. That's a nice retracement shows a lot of strength shows that people are just holding onto their buys they're, not trying to take profits. None of that sort of garbage which is beautiful to see so waiting for a bounce off that uh 38.2 retracement off at 55.62. To give us a nice continuation and a read test of about 56.60, or so that's kind of what you got rocking up right here.

This one minute, one minute by one minute by one minute sort of chart. Does that matter in the grand scheme of things? No not really, obviously right, but it does help you make financial decisions if you want to get the best bang for your buck, buy at a certain time, uh buy call options at a certain time right, whatever it may be. This sort of stuff does help you out it's nice to just know, what's happening on any given day to help you kind of keep that panic button in your mind, calm down right, so that's kind of what you got cooking up right here, the lines the lines You probably do i appreciate that barbara north carolina holding right. I can't wait to freaking, get out to north carolina.

That means that uh 18.72 percent of those are currently being held. As a short position, estimated that's out of 85 of the exchange reported data, so it could be higher. Really could that's 85 of the data, which is 95.75 million, total shares. So that's what you got cooking up right now.

Does it average down, or does it just a third call option at the cheaper price? If you have the same strike price, it averages you down, it's a sign. It's the same as averaging you down on a stock position for sure, hey shout out to your husband, uh, kj cj, i can't read.

This was an idea that was tossed to me by uh. I work underneath her essentially and uh we were talking. Where was i going? Oh light taps yeah, we were talking what she said i should do is just cut out a hole in one of my shirts and draw in like a freaking arc reactor.

What we're doing is we're testing out that volume average price you're. Looking for a hopeful bounce off that volume average price, if not, what do you got, that you're, cooking up and looking at is just fibonacci retracement zones right so that v-wap, the volume average price lines up pretty picture perfect for that 50 retracement and if it was To fall back off of that, what you're looking at next is a small zone around that 61.8 retracement. But this sort of stuff happens right.

You get small little rips, you get pullbacks you get rips! You get pullbacks right. Ultimately, what you're looking for is consolidation between those rips and consolidation doesn't mean that it just stays at that exact level where it ripped up to 56 dollars and 60 cents stocks go up right. They also have to pull back a little bit. So essentially, you should be looking for some of this.

This sort of nonsense right the up and down up and down up and down that's consolidation zones, and that's, ultimately, where strength lies, you're, just waiting for that bounce to ultimately find where that bottom is. After that rip of 56 dollars and 60 cents to get us that retest of 5660 and ultimately back up to retest that that descending level of resistance on this uh large scale pendant formation, because that is a very freaking bullish. Looking pendant man, that's a nasty nasty amount of consolidation for sure the way the pre-market's. Looking, though man, the volumes, i mean not not crazy high, but it's not terrible compared to what we've seen here in the past last name, trading volume was about 77 million.

Something i've seen asked quite a few times is trey. How are we going to know that we're done with this consolidation zone right not only to break out of this descending level of resistance in this penny formation, but you'll see a break out of this descending uh amount of volume right that d, that downtrend in volume You want to get that break out of that. So what would that look like right, 100 million to 120 million. Maybe today would be something that's pretty freaking decent.

I wouldn't be mad about that, but you're ultimately looking for essentially an uptrend right. You want to say something like this: maybe 111 million volume, 206 million volume - 375 million volume right this sort of trend right here - is indicative of people getting back into the momentum of the stock. Typically, consolidation phases: you just won't see the same amount of volume because you've got volume exhaustion right, so you want to get that volume to start clicking back up getting back in that uptrend and ultimately, a break over this with some sort of follow-through continuation trend. Continuation for a couple days is going to bring that it just will right.

Volume will come back with a technical breakout. So that's what you're looking for love you, man, let's go emc thanks, probably do sincerely barry mick uh mcconnell. I mean - let's just compare this to where it was back when ripped up to 72 bucks and we ripped up the 72 bucks. It was sitting at 17.47 percent short interest of free flow, which is uh.

This is higher, i mean that's a higher amount of short interest, which is a pretty nasty thing to see. I'm jacked about that the ceiling every time. Every time that short interest goes up ceiling goes up. Man, it just gives you more potential upside for a squeeze which is beautiful.

If you're curious, mmat essentially was a stock that ended up merging. Well, it was a merger between torchlight and meta materials, and they did a two to one split right. So remember that whatever the price was the previous day, we'll just say that it was 4.95, it doubles up right. So that means that that makes it uh yeah.

So that make it 4.95 double that would be about 9.90. So that's where it opened up uh, that's a huge part of where all these gains came from, but some of it is definitely some people that are getting excited about it. Running up um there you go yeah, that's that's just the merger between metamaterials and torchlight. So that's what you got! Ta cook it up right there.

I i've just been playing leap, calls right, leap calls, or at least decent expiration calls so giving yourself a lot of runway. So you're not fighting theta and that's not gon na hurt. You know the buying pressure, in fact, as long as you are setting a decent amount of runway on them, to give yourself the time for those to run in the money. If you're buying out the money calls right to help contribute to the game of squeezing essentially you're sitting, okay, the big thing is that you're, not just only buying calls that's risky, that's extremely extremely risky, and if you don't have the underlying buying pressure coming from stock, You won't get the run up to get those in the money right.

So that's currently what you you know, that's really my opinion on how to play options if you're going to just you know it's entirely up to you. That's your financial decision! That's your responsibility! If you want to play, you know short expiration calls feel free to do so right. It's entirely up to you. That's just uh, it's risky, it's extremely risky and if you don't get those in the money you just piss that liquidity into the shadow realm and i hate to see that for people you know um, you got ta manage risk, at least to some extent.

You know i'll. Just look at these 69 strikes.

Really quick for july 21, um july 21. Well, there's 23 july: i'm assuming that's what you mean um, but the 69 strikes the theta is 23 cents uh per share, which is 23.70 a day. And overall i mean it's a 815 contract, so you're not losing a ton of value a little bit every day. But it's not near as bad as you know the shorter expirations, so i give it some time i think it'd be okay.

These knees, i i know that the discord link is invalid for the time being, we're just not bringing any new members in and that's because i actually halted the payments for the discord right. I stopped charging people, that's not something i even announced because i didn't. I didn't want uh, you know, i didn't think it was a big deal or whatever, but i halted payments and i stopped you know allowing new people in because i don't want to charge people for the discord right now. I want people to focus on their investments.

If they are invested in amc, which is primarily what my discord talks about, we talk about other stuff too right um, but i i just i cut that off for now. Second reason being infiltration right: i got a lot of people who are joining the discord because it was cheap right. It was five dollars a month um and we we shut that off, because people are coming in and spreading misinformation and fun and a bunch of - and i just didn't want that right. I think this is a pretty pivotal time and i'm trying to keep everybody.

You know kind of mentally clear, so they can make their own decisions without outside influence. That's not meant to be there, so that's that's kind of why that that discord is, is uh, shut down right now and that's okay, like it'll open back up. Eventually, it's just not now that's the time's not now so um, eventually it'll come back. So far here in the pre-market at 652, 000 shares uh. I don't expect any sort of crazy moves in the pre-market, while i'm, you know, live streaming with you guys. This is just more to connect based and be able to answer questions and talk and - and you know, shoot the whatever, because uh the majority of price action. The volatility is going to happen in the regular market hours when the volume is ripping.

You also aren't. You know, i'm really not expecting a whole lot of volatility when the volume is lower, primarily just because volume drives volatility and volatility drives higher price valuations right. So you need that volume to really have the crazy swings up and down unless you're, just getting pure freaking buying pressure for the upside, which we know with amc stock. Unfortunately, there's a lot of high frequency trading, so you're really banking.

On that high volume to be able to drive price action right once we get back into that 200 300 400 million share volume per day range you're. Looking pretty solid, i mean that's ultimately what we're waiting for so be patient right. This is the boring in the middle. It's the fluff, that's okay, i'm not stressing about it as long as you recognize that's the stage you're in until we break out of this consolidation zone, we're freaking, chilling man, i'm chilling! You just kick your feet back! You pop up you drink yourself, a mac, coors where's, light mcqueen's light and you're chilling man, that's as simple as it gets minnesota.

Here too, let's go high, caliber, that's where i'm from i grew up in minnesota. I lived there from five years old until i was uh 22 or 23. One of the two, i think, probably 20. 23..

All the level twos you've got the largest level of resistance level twos by the way, or just a way that you can get a prediction of where you might see resistance and support lines, because it has, you know, essentially the bid in the ask the bit being Where people want to buy the ass being where people want to sell, and that's where you see some some marks essentially uh for resistance and support, so you've got a small one here about 35 69, with about 4 900 share size which isn't anything crazy. That's pretty easy to push through on each given minute you're. Seeing about, i don't know, a couple thousand shares so here the pre market it'd be a little bit tougher to push through, but that's that's ultimately, where we see a little bit of resistance is right at that essentially flatline mark before it popped down to that volume. Average price people are saying: 1.7 million nasdaq volume yeah, so weebly shows you the pre-market volume for weeble.

I thought this was interesting. It's that dark pool trading and off exchange trading. If you want no transparency, you want to commit to large block trades without the market. Knowing then, if the hedge funds could do that, retail investors should also be able to do that right.

Think about that it's absolute crap! It makes no sense right. So what can we do about that not a whole lot as a retail investor? All that you can control is what you can control when you buy. When you sell your research, how much you know about the hypothesis behind the long position, the squeeze you know theory and amc stock.
