For sure something is up with cost basis on ape, even between my 3 trading accounts. What document would be definitive to define this? If you also factor in the lack of accurate price action due to dark pools it is hard to argue this isn't just gambling. I have also noticed price discrepancies on a few ipo's between charting platforms.

Shouldn't you be questioning Adam Aron? Like how was this not dealt with ahead of time? He basically killed the value of AMC so that he could have the option of diluting half the float without a vote from the apes. I lost tens of thousands of $ in an hour by buying under 300 shares of AMC on June 3rd when the price was over $70. He killed the squeeze by doing an offering like all suit wearing bast@rds do.
