Good morning you bunch of beautiful chickens, man. I almost sat through formation this morning. That was bad. I was going like 85 miles an hour down the freaking interstate, the speed limit's like 65, so that was probably bad.

But what do you do? What is up? Everybody welcome to trace trades. We freaking talk fast and slap that ask baby i like to present by saying that i'm not gon na find you advising our experts, don't take when you say the grain of salt, let's get into the video. So today, my friends, my fellow gorilla gang, i want to go over the dark pool trading and i kind of want to talk about technical analysis and what's actually happening here with amc stock, because i've seen this talked about a lot and i kind of want to Give you some reassurance in terms of what's actually happening here and what the actual purpose of technical analysis is. So with that being said, i kind of want to talk about.

You know to start off here with this dark pool trading. There's a lot of talk going on about dark pool trading. How does this actually affect the amc stock price? What is the actual purpose of dark pool, trading off exchange trading right, third pool trading first and foremost, sounds like something you write up in a freaking uh, a batman lair, i mean it's just the name itself is not ideal, but dark pool trading was designed for Institutional investors, if you're not familiar with the dark pool trading, is this is not even something that the actual retail investor the general public investor have access to. So i pulled up a little bit of a definition here.

I think this is something interesting to understand. Our pool training we need to know what it is dark pools are privately organized to manage financial exchanges for trade securities. Probably the most important piece of this is right here. In other words, dark pools, allow big institutional investors to sell and purchase large amounts of securities with complete secrecy and no disclosure until their trades have been executed.

This is also known as block trading, so what does this mean? What's the importance of dark pools? Why would this be used by institutional investors and the like right? Well, there's two big things that i think are important about: dark pool trading and it's literally what it was designed for and it's secrecy and block trades. Now? Why would you want to execute block trades off the actual normal exchange like the new york stock exchange or the nasdaq? You know in the first place right. What's the whole purpose of that right? Well, secrecy first and foremost, is something that we are not a fan of as retail investors and it's apes, because it's not transparent right. You don't know, what's happening, there's no 13 episode of me to come out.

You don't see it reflecting the price action which brings me to the block trades, the big transactions right. This is a space in which big institutional investors can trade blocks of stock, for instance, amc stock, maybe 10, 15 20 25, 30 000 shares buy and sell in one transaction without moving the stock price. Think about that think about how ridiculous that is. That's absurd.
This sort of stuff happens: it's what the dark pools are made for. Look at this right. Dark pools, allow big institutional investors to sell and purchase large amounts of securities with complete secrecy and no disclosure until their trades have been executed. This is also known as block trading.

It's in the freaking description right, so i've seen some talk floating around. Is there this 1500 price? That's actually happening in these dark pools? There's no way to actually confirm that. I'm not going to sit here and pretend that there is right, but is amc stocks price actually legitimate? Well, think about this in your head right. If there's dark, poo trading off exchange trading, the whole purpose of it is secrecy and to be able to fill large transactions without having to you know, essentially move the stock price, because if you were to go on a dark pool, you can sell them and buy 25 000 shares without having to worry about much.

You go on the new york stock exchange of the nasdaq you make a 25 000 share order, a 50 000 100 000, whatever it may be. You're gon na move the stock price a lot you're gon na you're gon na absolutely shift. I mean that's like a three four five freaking dollar bar of price action. That's a lot of movement right, so the entire purpose of that.

In my opinion, what that validates is that this sort of trading that you're seeing on amc stock is a little bit uh deflated. I really do think that the actual share price on amc is higher, and i think eventually, you know with all these huge findings coming out. All the new things are being talked about on the mainstream media financial media, whatever it may be right, you're starting to see some change. If this is one of the systemic problems that i see, that amc stock has kind of brought in light to is dark, portraying and off exchange trading.

Is this a bad thing for amc stock right? Is this not going to squeeze? In my personal opinion, i don't think it's going to affect the squeeze, but it 100 is is delaying things and it is affecting in the short term, right eventually you're, going to run into a problem with these big institutional investors. The suits the the wigs, whatever you want to call them right. They they are going to not have any capital to play with they're, getting a margin, call they're going to get pissed on and the apes are going to pull off the win. In my personal opinion, just based on how bullish this is and the nice moves that we're making, but i think that's an important thing to know.

I really do if you're not familiar with the dark pool trading is take a couple minutes to just dig into dark pool trading. It's really freaking kind of scary stuff. I mean, like i said, the name itself dark pool trading. Goddamn heart rate, monitor is uh, it just tells the whole story.
So that's something i want to start off this video with and then i wanted to. You know kind of talk a little bit about technical analysis and what the true purpose of this is right. So if you're an ape you've been holding this stock buying the stock for the last six months, one month three months last week, whatever it may be right, you know ultimately what the end game is here for you right, the the average person from my understanding right. All they're looking to do is buy and hold the stock because i like the stock.

So where does technical analysis come into play, all you're simply doing is buying and holding it gives you the best opportunity to dollar cost average into your position? Don't get this twisted right when this is all said and done when the time comes, amc stock is going to make its move right and you're not really going to care too much about what your dollar cost averages, but you do want to make the most bang For your buck and that's where technical analysis comes into play, so i don't, you know, offer these predictions and i don't offer you know where i think it can go for the upside and for the downside. I don't offer these scenarios in some sort of way to put a date on anything. That's that's entirely, not the message. It's for two things: right: mental preparation, because this is a psychological warfare right when you get into this sort of stock and you're, holding it day and day and a day and a day and a day in the only ammunition that these big hedge funds and institutions Have is retail emotion, so if you can control your emotion, you're already halfway there, man, absolutely.

The second thing is getting the best bang for your buck and getting the cheapest stock that you possibly can. For instance, we may end up breaking beneath this ascending level of support, which means that we could test out a fibonacci retracement zone which could bring us down to that freaking 51 range and if it happens, guess what you are prepared for, that you can buy the Dip, if you have extra liquidity or capital laying around you can take advantage of that technical analysis breakdown to the 51 range. Knowing that there's a good chance, that 51 is probably about as low as it's going to bounce plus or minus 1.50 right. So that's where technical analysis comes into play if you're an ape you're holding this for a squeeze.

Ultimately, you don't care what the day-to-day price action is. The price is psychological, so the intraday technical analysis, maybe not super important, but it is important to get the grand scheme picture so that you have an idea of where trend is going. You have an idea of whether you're getting close or not to the next major move, and you have an idea where you can buy the best discounted price on amc stock. If that's something that you're interested in.
So that's kind of what i want to talk about this morning for amc stock. Is this dark pool training because i've seen this term getting you know tossed around a lot? I've actually talked about it on the national news over at uh. I think it would have been fox business and cnbc one of the two. It was one of those two i can't remember off the top of my head, but nonetheless, this sort of stuff is definitely happening and you're watching change happen before your very eyes.

Gary gensler from the sec really trying to improve transparency guys this is an absolute win. How far the apes have come in the last six months is absolutely monumental. You were seeing legitimate changes, you're seeing the sec slowly, but surely very slowly, very slowly but surely start to step into the equation and try to make systemic changes. Because that's the issue with what's happening here in the stock market is systemic problems built for the institutional investor to essentially steal from the retail investors.

So you guys should be proud. There's a lot of beautiful things that are starting to come to fruition, not just with amc stock but in the stock market as a whole. That's what i kind of got for this video, so you guys huddle down before baby. I'm gon na go into work today and uh freaking just lay some scanning some scunning and onion baby i'll catch you all later, so blah blah blah blah blah blah like and subscribe.

We're going through. My friends catch you on the next one light taps, light, taps baby, much love and peace.

What is the upper limit AMC can go realistically?
    I have $2000 shares @40.22
I am thinking to buy $2600 worth more on Monday

I invested in Tesla back in 2013, I was very much a bear. My reasoning was simple: Tesla was trying to do what no American automaker had done so far: Develop and sell a mass-market electric vehicle. It was trying to do what no American company had done in nearly a century: Start up a successful new auto manufacturing business. To take it a step further, I bought 40 shares from Tesla miners, investing about $1,800 in total with part of the proceeds from a 401(k) rollover. At the $908 per share price I sold at, that's a realized profit of almost $35,000! It's may not be life-changing money, but it's an incredible return nonetheless ,Now i am working with 3 asset Gold silver and crypto all are good , but Crypto Investment is the mother of them all , Crypto has followed this pattern for sometime now; It dips and gets everyone scared then after retesting an old resistance several times, we wake up one day to see it is bullish. This period is the perfect time to buy the dip and accumulate irrespective of the bulls being under pressure. Bitcoin moving up is inevitable and would see the price of bitcoin surpass it's all-time highs. The reversal was imminent because obviously, the bitcoin market needed a correction to gather the right momentum to give the bulls more steam and this just makes it the perfect time to invest and accumulate as much as possible. I'd strongly advise any newbie/traders to buy the dip for traders who are still wondering whether to enter the market or old time traders who are Holders to seek help from not just any trader but an established trading expert with at least 89% trade accuracy. I underwent a series of trading losses I'd best not talk about before I was introduced to trading analyst Ms Laura Garrison. My contact with her has been the Hallmark of this year for me, under her careful guide and her signal service I've been able to recover my losses and even grow my trading portfolio massively from 1.2 btc to 4.6 btc in just 5 weeks. I will advise traders esp newbies to have an orientation of trading before they get involved in it. Ms Garrison makes you learn daily while you make profit with her signals. He can be contacted ??? whatsapp (+1 318 717 8776) ?? ???????? @LauraGarryCS for inquiries into profitable trading strategy.

Can someone, who 100% understands what Trey is saying, please verify my understanding. Let's say a major institution puts an order in some dark pool to buy 10,000 shares of AMC at $51, and the price of AMC falls to $51. The hedgies order starts to fill at $51, but these filled orders will not be made public nor affect AMC's price nor volume (indicators) until the last 10,000th share is filled? Then and only then if there have been more buys at $51 than sells the price skyrockets to a price that should have originally slowly gone up during the buys?

So pretty much when the 10,000 share buy order is slowly being filled, the price and volume etc info are not available to us. While the order is getting filled, the price/volatility etc should move up but it doesn't until the last share is bought.

I love your video at large but i will advice everybody who is into cryptos to Stick with ETH and BTC as much as you can guys. If everyone sells when it starts to fall, which at one point it will, the dream may be lost because of it being too volatile for companies to get behind.

Having googled 'trading Wallter Bulls' you can find a interesting guy. He made a fortune for himself some years ago. In recent times, such services have appeared that allow copying the results of qualified players. This persona shows how to copy him in automatic mode using such a service. We got to try while the market is on the rise

How about Janet Yellen giving those 1/2 million speaking engagements at Citadel. Easy to see whose side she’s on. We know naked shorting is illegal. Make 5 million & then pay a million dollar ( just an example kinda) fine after the SEC finishes dragging its heels & enforces the rules.
That’s a profitable move isn’t it I had the impression the SEC was going to do what Trey is talking about but now I think the SEC is corrupt & not on the side of transparency & doesn’t have any intention of levaling the playing field. I think it’s the damn opposite. I’m just a little 🦍 & I hold of course but if Citidel controls the dark pool as well. It’s corruption piled on top of more corruption. That’s all I see.

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Caster Troy says:

They buy on the dark pool and sell their shares on our heads. Not to mention they probably route our buys through the dark pool and route our sells to the NYSE. IF YOU WATCH THE DAILY MOVERS AND SEE THEIR PUMP AND DUMPS…..We have more volume but less upward price action. WTF kinda dumb money do they think we are?

I think the dark pools move way more than 25,000 shares. I have traded 10-20,000 shares many times using limit orders with no issues or price movement. I think the dark pools are responsible for most of the synthetics and naked shorts.
