Good morning, vietnam holy toledo. What is up, everybody welcome to racetrack we've, got technical analysis and different stocks in the stock market, as well as potential buy holders. Sell opinions on these. Given stocks, like your purpose, by saying that i'm not a financial, advisor and or expert so say what i say: the grain of salt, let's get into the video! So today, my friends, my family, my fellow gorilla gang we're gon na, be talking about amc, synthetics and before we get into this.

This is just kind of the overview that i want to go over, which is the naked shorting, the fcds and the fact that we likely hold most of the stocks that are floating around on amc right now. That should not exist, but before that i want to say something about this freaking meet and greet that we did yesterday going to buffalo wilderness down out to amc, because there was some really cool stuff. That happened. So thank you to everybody that popped out there and said hi and uh.

You know, show their support for amc, the community and the people. I think it's really important to recognize that there are real people's lives that are involved in this sort of thing. That everybody's got a story. Man and i learned a lot of people's stories yesterday that absolutely made my day, and i also got a couple of gifts which i absolutely appreciate so no more hounding on me for uh for not wearing glasses.

These came from ethan. These are some blue lens glasses. So thank you very much for that. It does look a heck of a lot nicer than my broken blue lens glasses that you see right here.

These things are absolutely annihilated, but that's all right and i also got some cool t-shirts. A pen and this freaking handmade picture of the amc movement. As you can see here, we've got an amc. Theaters that says knowledge is power.

This is the way hodl. You already know what it is. George w. You got a picture of me and adam aaron on the side of the building and it also says gorilla juice, now playing not a dead cat and tandy town.

So this is some really freaking cool stuff. I absolutely appreciate the fact that you guys showed up that you showed so much support and honestly from the bottom of my heart, i cannot show you how much that means to me like honestly, god. I stayed up for like an hour afterwards, just thinking to myself. Man, what a freaking, what a freaking cool life and how much support i'm so lucky to be able to have so without further ado, let's get into the video and talk about the real thing at hand here, and that is the amc synthetic.

So we're going to talk about the naked shorting, i want to talk about failure to delivers and the fact that we likely hold the majority of the stock, and this is a topic that i think a lot of people have not really talked about, because it's just Plainly associated that hey all of them on practice all the corruption, all the the fraudulence that's been taking place is in the hands of these hedge funds and institutions and market makers that are allowing it to happen. But the truth is that the majority of the synthetic shares are likely being held by us, the apes. So i want to walk you through, essentially this whole process how bad and how out of hand? This really is and then leave you with some party words in terms of why we should not be worried about this, why this can't go on forever. So with that being said, let's just rock into the video so we're starting off here today with naked shorts.
Now, according to ortex, the current information we have available to us right now is that there are about 74.97 million total short shares that are circulating on the market right and this is exchange reported shorts. Now it's important to say reported because we know there is a history of uh hedge funds, that who, who will short stock, that will be fraudulent and not really hold up true to the the short interest. That is that they are holding any given stock at any. Given time - and you can fact check this yourself by looking up finra reports, finra fines that are essentially sent out to different hedge funds, like citadel melvin capital, uh rk, goes a whole handful of batch of bad eggs, who are sure in the stock and don't even You know come out clean and say exactly how bad the damage is in their short reports, and why would they lie? Why is the history so bad? Why would they say: hey look! We're only gon na report this when we actually have this it's because they would much rather pay the fines than come clean on their bad shorty, because they make money on the fraudulent corruption malpractice.

It's just as simple as freaking that and what, at the end of the day, what happens is this reported data that reported shorts, which maybe this is what it is? Maybe it's higher? Maybe it's lower. I honestly think it is higher that could be anywhere from 50 to 150 higher, but anyways we buy this stock right. So these are normal shares. There's nothing absolutely weird about this.

It's just a heavily shorted stock, they're attacking the company. They don't want to succeed right. We buy those regular shares well. In the same way, we also buy naked shorts.

Now, what is a naked short? You might be asking yourself so think about it like this. There are currently 417 ish million ish shares that are circulating on the market. It could be a little bit higher right. In fact, i'd say it's about 43 million shares higher.

Just because we know amc did that that 43 million share at the market offering right so 75 million of these are allocated to short positions, as it sits right now, and you actually have quite a bit more that are on loan. You see there's about 124 million shares on loan right now, but i'm taking the lesser number right, we're just gon na. Take that lesser number, these are being shorted into the market. This creates selling pressure right well, this is the problem is that there are x amount of lendable shares that are allocated for stock like this, from lenders to short of stock and there's also something else taking place, which is this naked shorting.
Now, if you don't know naked shorting is think about it like this, you are creating something that does not exist so if x, equals 150 million they're just gon na say that's as many lendable shares as are possible, because that's about the value 155 ish million shares That are on loan when utilization was at 100 right, so we'll just say that as the maximum value and then instead of x, you've got y over here and y is actually in the realm of 300 million. Now i don't know what the actual number is, but this is for hypothetical purposes. Let's just say that it is 300 million total shares that are actually short on the market. So if you've got like we're just going to say, you know 150 million here scratch 75.

Take 150 right, 150 million shares that are on loan or short on the market and then you've got. Why? Which is this question mark right here? Naked short shares? We can say it's 300 million. We could say it's. 400.

500. We really don't know what the actual true value is. These are shorted into the market, and these are shares that should not exist right. Why is a variable that is not a piece of this equation, it's hidden in the equation right.

What you're looking at right now is x, equals 150 million, but instead of seeing 150 million you're seeing somewhere in the neighborhood of uh a freaking - i don't know 500 million right and what's happening here - is you're not getting the full equation. You all that you can see is the retail investor behind your brokerage. Firm is x when, in reality, you've got a y variable over here right. The y variable is the synthetic shares or the naked shorts that are being sent into the market.

This can be 300 million. This could be 350, it could be 400 500. The truth is that nobody knows, and nobody probably will know uh. We might find out a little bit more about with the share recount that's coming up on the first week of june.

However, you get the whole point here right is that this is a variable in an equation that we are not going to paint the picture on very easily. So what happens with this? This creates a inflated shear flow and i put up overstock.com, because this is an example of a company who was attacked in a very similar way to what amc is doing right now, i'm not going to walk you through this entire process, because this video will be Freaking 40 minutes long, but if you want to dig into this, just look up overstock.com and their whole story right. It's definitely worth reading into what does this do right? It inflates the overall float of the stock right. It decreases that supply which it, i should say, increases supply right, which decreases demand.

So it decreases that demand when you inflate the supply. You have lower demand for an overall stock. It creates synthetic selling pressure on a security. It's also intangible right.
We don't know the actual number of shares that are shorted into the market with naked shorting actually exists, and is this reported right? Is this data being sent over to ortex? Is it being sent to fintel? Is it being sent to all these different exchanges things? It's exchanged pools, essentially that gives you the short interest information. The answer to me is likely no and the reason being that if they were to port this sort of stuff, it raises some red flags right. You don't want to expose the fact that you're committing fraudulent corruption into malpractice, because it makes you a target right. Maybe some of these naked shorts are being reported on ortex, maybe right, but we know there's a history of improper reporting of short positions to these.

These. These different institutions and corporations that report short data, such as vortex right, so the truth is naked shorts. We likely don't know the actual real short interest that is circulating on a stock. If this hypothesis is true right next thing is ftds.

This could also create synthetic selling pressure on stock in two different ways. Now, let's just think about one perfect example, let's say that you have a bunch of call options that are expiring at 12 right. Currently, the stock price is at 11 bucks. Now, depending on the the price that you purchase, these options at this is gon na change, the overall break-even price, but these eventually get hedge form, we're just gon na say that that break even is somewhere in the realm of 13 right now.

This would be the hedging point for market makers who have to purchase this stock for any sort of options that are expiring in the money by the off chance that they want to exercise those call options right, it'd, be the idea of this you're expecting that 100 People are coming to buy cars, so you want to have at least 100 to i don't know 120 different cars. You don't want to expect 100 people and just assume that hey, maybe 50, these guys aren't actually going to show up, and then you only have 50 cars ready, because if all 100 dudes show up, you need to have those hundred cars ready or you're gon. Na look like a freaking silly chicken, you're gon na, be facing some problems right. So what happens here? This hedging point? Well true, they're supposed to buy actual stock.

But what can happen? Is this as well, so let's say that they actually don't have there's not enough stock floating on the market right now, which i think is a very real possibility. There's not enough actual stock floating on the market. Right now, for this x, variable so x is supposed to equal. If we're we're supposed to have.

I know i don't know hundred thousand shares that are purchased. It says x equals a hundred thousand, but in reality you're looking at an equation. That is not complete right because they don't have the y variable right, the y variable or the shares that they create the synthetic shares. If they do not have enough available shares at the market to be able to purchase right.
Because if retail investors on 80 institutional investors own over 100 million shares, you've got short interest that makes up xyz amount total right, we don't know if they're actually purchasing this hundred thousand from market value or, if they're, creating synthetic stock. Here the only thing is the majority of the problem knows it's probably the smallest contributing factor to overall synthetic stock, but it is very possible for market makers who make this sort of stuff happen to create synthetic stock in its place. Uh to send out - or i should say to hedge and then send out to other people. This ties in directly with failure to delivers right, because this failure to deliver peace ties in with hedging the hedging point which they want to purchase this stock.

To be able to send out to the people who opt whose options expire in the money, failure to delivery essentially is instead of sending real stock, they send you iou, you can think of iou as a very politically correct way of synthetics stock right. So, instead of sending real stock, they send you these ious these synthetics and what happens with this? Is you they're supposed to essentially make up the stock, come up with a stock in some sort of way, shape or fashion and get you that and destroy the ious? That are circulating in the market right now. What happens with these ious essentially is. It, creates a higher supply and lower demand right now, if you tie both of these different things together, the ious that come from failure to delivers and naked shorting.

What you have is this: the majority of all transactions that take place all the irus, all the synthetics that come into the stock market. All this short interest right. The majority of the stock that should not exist, is circulating in our hands us. It is 100 in our hands because they are selling this stuff to us right.

We buy it and they sell it. So if ftds come in we're expecting you the actual stock from a call off and expire in the money, because we decided to exercise and they send us - i don't know, let's just say a thousand shares, but it shows up as a thousand shares to you. What is this? Actually it's likely synthetic. It's really not it's! It's very probable that you hold stock that doesn't actually exist, and what do you do with it? You hold it right, you hold it.

This doesn't ever you know, because the majority of apes are holding. You know the ratio is like 99 buys in 5 sales on any given day, so this likely isn't getting back in the hands of the market makers and hedge funds, who created this. So, a lot of that synthetic selling pressure will not go away because it continually increases with all the more failure delivers all the naked shorts that continue to flow into the market naked shorts. What happens right? They sell it into the market and we buy it right.
That's the whole process of naked short selling boom into the market. Let's just say that they showed 10. 000 shares 10 000 total shares and you decide to huddle on you're, not doing anything with it right. They haven't really purchased any of this back there.

Maybe maybe they're getting some people who are paper handing out right, but the majority of this synthetic shares for they circulate in the market right they get sent to our hands right, favorites are delivers and naked short selling are the two ways that you get an inflated Amount of supply and honestly, the overall freaking catastrophe that has been that they are trying to demise, essentially amc's business as a whole. Now it sounds kind of doom and gloom like there's. No there's no good answer here and i want to close it off with a couple different things. I want to talk about the real short interest and why this is not going to be the end of the world.

In fact, riot is going to be their downfall. So the real short interest truth be told who knows right or text gives you the information that is reported to them. Is it the whole picture? I don't think so. I think it is a highly real you're.

Looking at the overall trend versus the full game, right, you're, looking at a 60 second replay, instead of watching the 60 minute, all four quarters of the football game right, this gives you an idea of what the overall trend is, because truth be told. We don't know what the actual short interest is taking into consideration the non-reported shares that are actually being stored in the market or the fearless deliveries which create synthetics or the naked shorts which create synthetics that are likely being held by all of us now. This does not mean that the data is not useful because it entirely 100 is - and i'm not even saying this. I've said this a million times over all my livestreams and videos that we're likely looking at this whole picture and that we're holding the synthetic shares.

But i say this now because i think there's some doubt in terms of hey is this still squeezable stock? Is this still live cat? Is this still a live ball? It's not a net cat baby. It's not gon na be until this picture changes the apes own. The synthetics i 150 thousand percent believe it chakuman pasento, believe that we own this freaking synthetic problem and why this is going to take care of itself is because synthetic shares must be destroyed. They cannot exist on the market forever and i think that adam aaron's got the right idea.

I think this is why it wants to share recount, but i want to offer you this regarding that share, recount right, he's going to offer us what they can definitively prove on that first week of june right, it doesn't mean that doesn't give us all the answers And even if it doesn't give us all the answers, it's not going to change the overall picture, because just because you don't know that y variable right, x, plus y and this y right here being hidden. Just because we don't know that y variable right. Adding up to this, whatever equation the the the end number is just because we don't know it doesn't mean that it's still not a problem right. It's still a problem that needs to be addressed.
It's still a problem that will get taken care of, they cannot continuously create synthetic shares, fail to deliver and they can short the stock malpractice corrupt and try to destroy amc's company forever, because it will inevitably get cracked down on eventually, there's going to be a red Flag that raises right, there's no infants or butts what it comes down to. Is this if enough eyes get on this if they make it so freaking blatant that adam america decides to step over the sec and say: hey man, look, i think, there's something goofy going on here. We need to get this taken care of, or or for example, like the sec themselves, just step in, and they do an investigation on amc stock and they try to figure out what the heck is happening right. This will get cracked down on there's no advance or butts.

This sort of thing cannot go on forever, and this is the beauty of the ape community, the gorilla gang and all the freaking, the 3.2 plus million people who are paying attention to this is there we're not shutting up. We talk about this every day right. This is not a problem. That's going to go away as long as the retail investor gives a about what is going on with amc stock, so this is the overall picture.

This is the problem with the real short interest is the likeliness of that. We just don't know right the reported data, the naked shorts, the favorites or delivers create all these synthetic shares that create this false selling pressure on amc stock, and this is why it's not a dead cat guys. This is exactly the malpractice and corruption fraudulence that has led them to their ultimate grave, and that is what i've got for the video, so blah blah blah blah blah drop a like consider, subscribing the whole nine yards. That's what i've got for you guys i'm wearing some freaking shark shorts today, because it is shark week every week, baby and the sharks are coming to feast on some edgy blood and i'll catch you on the next one, so much love peace and positivity catch.

You later peace.

This will never work with AMC yall keep trying to roll up the stock saying that they have over shorted AMC but the difference between AMC and GME is about 390 million available stock options the only reason y’all were able to run up GME is because of the small amount of available stocks. This was a once in a lifetime situation

Real life says they lost money in 2019, before the pandemic. So what changes the trajectory of their cash flow to be positive? On top of that they have significantly more debt than they did in 2019 as well.
Wonder why the management is selling another 43M shares ATM now? Ever consider it's because they are burning cash rapidly?
The movie business itself is a good business but AMC has a balance sheet that's upside down and going to get worse as interest rates rise. The stock price is disconnected from the value of the company. Right now, after the last 43M shares get sold, the company is essentially cut off from raising new capital or debt. The will incinerate all the cash on hand, currently $800M over the next 12 to 18 months along with the roughly $400M they raise at the ATM. As for your new friend, Adam Aron aka Silverback, he's happy to have all the sheep on board as he pays himself a $20M bonus with your money. Think about why Dalian Wanda and Murdick Capital and Silverlake all exited their positions when the money was good. There's always a bag holder so welcome to the party. I'll sit back with my in the money long term cash backed puts and we can see where this ends up in two years. This isn't GameStop it looks a lot more like Sears.Disclosure: These comments are my personal opinions and should not be used for investment purposes, do your own research. I am short AMC via long dated puts.

I believe the one of the contributing factors we didn’t see price action north of $14 the past week was because of Wanda’s 30 million share dump of AMC stock!
