I don't even think it's gon na take that long. I just do not look at the strength of this chart, guys that is nuts it hit 60k and its correction was not even bad, and that was all the way up from 57. You've got an ascending level of support right here. One two, three four five six touch points: two freaking george w's on the bitcoin chart. I kind of like how these bars are pink, pink and green. That looks pretty interesting.

The 24 7 bitcoin train baby. That's what you're looking at right now, absolutely insane incredible stuff. I do own a little bit of bitcoin, not on weibull it's on a different platform but uh i bought into that. It cost me twelve thousand four hundred dollars and it was a quarter of a bitcoin.

So what does that come out to 12 24. 36. 48. Trying to do some math, i think it would have been around 49 000.

That's what i bought in 49, 49 and a half something like that. So i'm not mad, i'm not mad, not a dead cat foundation. What do these guys do? They have a system called the true forma system and it looks like it took off my freaking widget with uh the the history of the company and stuff. So i'm just going to google it we'll just google, it um come over here to zone stock, so they've got the true format system, that's commercializing in late march here and it's a big deal. Should you buy leviticus stock in march? We'll just read this article really quick time in the market is inadvisable, because it's very hard to do it correctly: yadda, yadda, yadda, so medica is launching its first product. Later this month, a diagnostic device called truforma, that's intended for use in veterinarians offices.

If you don't know what the true form of system does, it helps regulate the thyroid gland of dogs and cats. So it's a great colvin corn team play uh helps with health, health monitoring right so with coconut courts. You had an increase in the demand for pets and with that comes an increase in demand for pet health, which is huge because people aren't just going to get rid of their cats and dogs and pets and animals. Now that covenant and quartering is over, they got to keep them right.

At that point, it's it's their obligation to take care of those animals, and the true form of system is a way they can do that. That's an obvious potential catalyst for growth, but it also constitutes a concentrated risk that investors shouldn't discount. After all, if the company's only product launch is weaker than expected or major flaws revealed, once the device is being used in the real world, there won't be anything preventing a free fall in stock price. So if the true format system didn't get commercialized, which i don't anticipate happening, they've been they've announced this a long long time ago, um, even if it even if it does i'm assuming it'll, just be pushed delayed little push to the right right and that would just Affect the timeline, but not necessarily the fact that they will so, i think zom's gon na be a great play for march uh.

Absolutely absolutely! I i like zometico and if you look at the charts set up, they've got a crazy, crazy technical setup, so they bled off pretty bad for a little while here uh as we had the whole market correction situation right, the nasdaq taking a beat down. They've got a big fat disgusting george w right here, here's one, here's one and it's starting to really move. So it's hit two dollars and 30 cents. Three dollars is the high of this stock, so you're looking for a break over two dollars and 30 cents back up to that three dollar range.

This is insane: we've been going for uh 12 minutes and if we've already raised 785, as you guys know, for every thousand dollars that we raise we're going to be giving back 100 of my own personal dollars, which is gon na end up being eleven hundred dollars. For every thousand dollars, which is absolutely huge, helping out some some people - freaking sick, guys it's this is mind-blowing. I didn't expect this. I didn't expect this.

I'm gon na be real uh. Can you spell the stock volkswagen squeeze explanation? How are babies made? We want deaths by powerpoint, no trey started the moderation today uh giving amc attendees the boot. You know what it is. Man, people want a volkswagen squeeze: okay, hedgies versus tendy's volkswagen squeeze i've seen volkswagen squeeze up there a couple times so we'll walk you through a volkswagen squeeze, we'll draw it up.

So to begin with, what was the volkswagen squeeze right? We're gon na draw it up for you real, quick v, w squeeze not to be confused with george w. This is not the same thing, but it's vw, so we got the volkswagen squeeze. What is this, why is this important? What lessons can we learn from this? Well, if you look up the volkswagen squeeze right, the mother of all squeezes this sort of happened back in 2008 at the peak of the 2008 financial crisis. So let's read off a little piece of this quick and then i'll draw it up and how it happened.

So how volkswagen went from being on the brink of bankruptcy to the most valuable company in the world? In two days, at the peak of the 2008 financial crisis, volkswagen was considered a very likely candidate for bankruptcy, heavily indebted and already financially struggling before 2008. They they were in rough shoes, just kind of like amc. Amc was in rough shoes not doing too well with gm and chrysler filing for bankruptcy in 2009. Shortening the volkswagen stock would seem a safe bet if you are not familiar if you're not familiar with stock.

Uh shorts and short squeezes check the thread below we're not going to do that so. On october 26, 2008 porsche announced that it increased its stake at volkswagen from 30 to 74 percent. This is monumental. This is a surprise to many who are led to believe that porsche wasn't planning a takeover volkswagen based on the company's announcements before the announcement.

The short invest interest was approximately thirteen percent of this outstanding shares. A number considered relatively low porsche had a 30 stake. The lower saxony government fund held 20 of the shares and another 5 was held by index funds, so the lower saxony government held 20 5 by index funds due to volkswagen's high waiting in the german index dax. The volkswagen stock comprised 70 percent of the total index.

At the time, this left 45 percent of the available shares to cover for the 13 of short shares, uh, yadda, yadda porsche and their statement said they decided to make this announcement after it became clear that there are by far more short positions in the market than Expected and they added that the disclosure should give so-called short sellers, meaning financial institutions which have bedded or are still betting on the falling share price in volkswagen. The opportunity to settle their relevant positions without russian without face facing major risks, so essentially volkswagen's squeeze, was forced by porsche uh. This triggered a panic, among short sellers, trying to rush to the exits after porsche's announcement on sunday with markets closed due to the short squeeze volkswagen stock rose 66 on monday has skyrocketed some more than a thousand dollars on tuesday. So you see it.

It took a two: it was a two day process to get up to that thousand mark, which is absolutely insane now. What are the differences? Why is this important right? Well, there's there's a couple of fundamental differences versus amc's squeeze potential right, the biggest one being this number one single entity. I don't know if i was trying to draw an s there for some reason there was one entity right. You had the the porsche and german government having the heaviest stake in the company, so here's porsche right here.

They had that 70-ish percent stake. You had the german government with about a 20 stake right and then index funds making up about five percent or so and then the remaining percentage could have very well been held by uh insiders from volkswagen right. So you add just these two entities over here, the german government - the gg will call them that were working together simultaneously to save the awesome vehicle. That is a volkswagen buggy.

I mean guys. How can you not? How can you not want to hop in one of these bad boys? Look at this thing i'll tell you what i'll ride this thing to the freaking moon um. That's that's one of the big differences. Next big difference is, they did not have access to the internet.

Like we have now right, so if we were to come over here and just draw this up right, what is the difference that we actually have an edge on for amc? Amc has access to things such as reddit discord, youtube stock, twits and yahoo finance. All of these play factors, because it's a way for people to connect and spread ideas and share wealth of information in order to drive a price right, which is which is insane not so much collusion. That's not what we're talking about we're talking about availability to information right, which is massive. It's massive.

The only downside this is the downside, is there's less cohesion right, so with volkswagen squeeze, it was just two entities you had you had uh. You had the porsche side of things you had the german government. Amc you've got millions of freaking gorillas across the entire country, who have different ideas of what their exit is going to look like some people think the exit is going to be somewhere in the 20 range. Some people think their exit's going to be in the 50 range.

Some freaking gorillas think a thousand some gorillas think 10 000 right. Why does this matter? Why is this important? Well? Because if we don't have a set price in which we plan on exiting that brings up the issue of price stability right, it's going to be a bumpy bumpy bumpy bumpy ride. So if you've got, you know, let's say: 350 million shares total and all these years people are getting out of different price points versus right. However, many shares were floating with the poor situation when they got out pretty much at the exact same time right they decide when to get out that the volkswagen squeeze, where all those shares from porsche and uh in the german government, they could have very very easily Had conversations and made that happen at the exact same time, so um that's a downside and which is why i i'm trying so hard to spread information, a wealth of knowledge about what's going on with with amc and that whole situation, so that guys can realize that Hey, we actually control the price action here.

That's a big big big deal right and we need to find some sort of common ground and understanding of what the potential for this stock is so basic rundown of the volkswagen squeeze. That's why? Whenever people bring it up, they're, like you can't you can't compare this to the volkswagen squeeze, it's not the same thing, it's not the same thing, but what we can do. I know it's not the same thing, i'm not a i'm, not a super stupid chicken. What we can do, though, let's take it as a learning point and uh show people that hey this is what is what is possible? This is what we can be capable of, which is massive, so absolutely uh great lesson to be learned there and what that shows.

You as well is when, when volkswagen squeezed, that was a two day, freaking squeeze it lasted for two days straight. I don't even think that i don't even think that amc will be. That short, i think it's gon na be longer than that 100, which is nuts man. You guys are going nuts.

What do you think the low will be on amc next week, looking to buy more shares, great question, so somehow i uh, i predicted pretty close to what the price action would be on friday. I don't know if i'm gon na get that lucky again, but we'll take a shot at it. So what are we seeing right now in terms of amc's price action on a large-scale basis? Look at this. You do not have to have a big brain to be able to see this kind of nasty nasty setup that we're in right now.

This is a dirty setup. Look at this you've got this insane ascending wedge formation going on right here. This is like the craziest bounce back and forth between support and resistance, support and resistance support resistance. I would imagine sometime - and this would lie up pretty dang perfect with that 19 day - that the 19th of uh of march, that witching day where you could possibly see a push over that 1168 mark.

Hopefully it doesn't take that long. Hopefully it doesn't, but if it does it'll come with a violent move, because that next level of resistance is up here in that 16 buck range, which is nuts, i think it's gon na end up respecting this ascending level of support. I don't think you're gon na see it drop below 950. 950 that day 10, this day, 10 20.

That day, if you can get this under 10 bucks, i think that's a pretty solid freaking entry point, but if you can't get 110 bucks just keep rocking and rolling. If you see it break over 1168 and it moves hard hard hard like it just keeps on running keeps on running, then that's an opportunity to buy, because i don't see it dropping back below 1168 at that point, at least in the short term. In the short term, so that's that's my two cents, brother, that is uh. That is my thoughts and my thought process.

Maybe i'd start on twitch and then transfer over to just youtube, but that i've thought about it. I thought about it: hey trey, high school business teacher here i've been following for a while.

I was absolutely lost. I just had no idea um. I thought i was going to be a nurse. I thought i was going to be a nurse i applied to st cloud state university in minnesota to go to nursing school.

I went to nursing school for a whole year and i ran track and cross country over there on a small scholarship and ended up. They ended up cutting the program, so i transferred over to st john's university, did a semester of nursing school over there uh. I was way too busy with a bunch of different things that i was doing so i decided to move into um nutrition and dietetics, and i got a nice uh nice little extra study up in uh, japanese, so very fun, but i i i really wish there Was more of that i wish there was more business business background in high school. It's absolutely awesome as far as zometica goes, i'm bullish on it. If i had to give you a price target - and i don't typically like doing so i'll - give you a conservative one conservative one five dollars uh a liberal price target, i would say - is seven dollars.

I think seven dollars is very, very possible which sounds insane. It sounds crazy, but if they can commercialize that true format system and do it well, um they're gon na be cooking with crisco guys insane. It's it's it can only. It can actually go up.

Stacks only complain, but guys it's got the most disgusting setup ever i mean what i'm seeing on the technical setup is huge. Look at this. If you want to look at this, i mean it doesn't take a genius to see this in the least bit. I guarantee you guys can see this.

It's got a neckline right here. You've got this insane insane neckline this level of resistance right around two dollars and 32 cents, and if it breaks over that, there's a huge gap in price action until that three dollar mark huge, huge gap. So i think you're gon na see a test. Three bucks.

Next week alone, next week alone, i think you're gon na see a three dollar price target on this um and i kind of use the same sort of process with predicting ctrm, hitting a buck 50 way back in the day. Of course, ctrm has been kind of getting uh kind of pissed pounded, but i i did predict that ctrm would hit that same uh price as well with a similar technical setup. So they had this wind down right. This insane insane bullish flag sort of setup with the squeeze down in price action, which is a great technical setup, and it broke that decent level of resistance and pushed all the way up to two dollars.

So, just by using technical setups guys you can predict when stocks are going to run it corrected really really hard, but the time will come see. Tara will do what it does. I know that people uh people on stock twits on reddit always give me some some flack for for promoting ctrm, but you got ta. Look big picture guys.

You cannot. You can't pay attention to a day by day basis, unless you play this as a swing trade. If you're swinging trading, this that's a different game, but if you're long-term playing that it's uh you're gon na be fine, you're gon na be absolutely a-okay baby for sure all right come back here to the full screen. I am mostly healthy outside of my eye situation in my heart. By the way i haven't really given an update on that. Yet so you can probably see right here that my left eye is is still pretty messed up. My eyes are super dilated right now, so i do still have the bilateral anterior uv is going on and i went in for a stress test and an ultrasound yesterday um and they ran some tests on me.

So they did a stress test on ultrasound and they found that i have irregular heartbeats, um, they'll, speed up and slow down without any sort of explanation. They think that it's some sort of electric misfiring within the the neurological system in my heart i'll know more in a couple days, but i'm waiting to hear back on some different stuff, and once i hear i'll, let you guys all know i'll. Let you guys all know, what's going on with uh with my health, so appreciate it love that you are doing this afc diamond hands baby. So yesterday's short volume was actually pretty low: 18 19.6 million in total out of 110 million of total market volume, so they actually uh backed off what the guys you see this. What where the numbers go? No data available, nope nope, that's a no for me. That's a big note for me: haas no way no way. What is this junk? What is that, let's see what i borrow desk has yeah.

So i borrow desk is saying it's two percent 4.9 million total shares available, which is mind-blowing because that doesn't reflect on the price action at all. That doesn't make any sense. I mean you look at amc's price action, we're just going to pull this up for you. You haven't seen that many is this.

This is what pops into my mind right. Let's check this out the day that we saw amc have a crap ton of shares covered would have been right here right. This is it only about two days ago, and you can't see the volume even there, like i remember, seeing it go from a hundred thousand total short shares available up to like five million and in the pre-market. We didn't even have five million in volume that doesn't make sense that doesn't make any sense at all.

So what could be the cause of that right? What could be the cause of all that total short share availability going up? All of a sudden, my thought process is this, that you could very easily have um more lenders that are that are giving out shares. So if you increase the overall support, oh, this is an opportunity. This is an opportunity. I don't know who it was.

What are you guys? One of you guys loves when i get on the whiteboard and we're gon na come back over here to the whiteboard do a little more drawing up, so this is uh. This is an opportunity for us lenders regarding short shares right, so lenders and short shares. How are these tied so think about it like this? If this is the guideline right, one lender can give out, and this i'm just making up a number. I don't know what the number is off the top my head, but this is an example.

One lender can give out 1.5 million total short shares. Let's just say that right now it's a goofy. Looking five, i got ta fix that up fix that up. 1.5 million total short shares and before there was six lenders, which would mean that you can have nine million total and short volume now i think it's a lot higher than this, but we're using this just, for example, sake right.

Well now, let's say that you have 11 lenders right well, what happens is instead of having 9 million you almost double it and you're looking at uh, what would be 16.5 million of total share availability uh before you start lending right that changes the numbers a little Bit and i actually think like i said that it's a little bit higher than this 16.5 million, because you see so much freaking short volume coming on the stock, i mean we come back here to i borrow desk uh 4.9 million total uh short share available right Now and then fintel says that we've had days where there's like short volume and insane insane amount of short volumes, so we're just going to take a peek at at uh. What this would look like amc, short interest, and it shows us all the days of uh short vlog that came in on this. Well now, it's updating, so we got 19 million short volume, 25 million 78 million uh on this day alone, 78 million. That's nuts! Guys! That's freaking insane, so where are you coming up with these shares? Where are they coming from? I can't see you it's either a these are being uh created synthetic phantom shares or b there's more lenders, giving out short shares.

I i just this. This makes no sense to me, i mean, if you add this, all up, it's got ta be so freaking close to like half or two thirds of the total uh float on amc. None of these numbers make sense guys. None of these numbers make sense.

I'm gon na make it a video uh pretty soon here talking about what i think is going on with uh with amc's price action with with the shares and i'm gon na be talking with somebody from reddit. I'm not gon na disclose his name yet, but you guys just watch for it. Its ceo recounts, when the company was an underdog in new york, so a similar situation.

Data dog was a very, very heavily shorted stock and the ceo didn't trust. The numbers that he was he was seeing so he did a recount and when the recount happened they busted down on some numbers and they went up that day alone, 39, freaking percent. So, in the short term, that's going gon na be a catalyst that could really really drive the price action of amc into the freaking stars that could be money monumental, absolutely nuts, so i'm all for it, man all all for it. 100, all right x.

Hindenburg research has issued a blistering short report on lordstown motors, accusing the company of fraud going short on the ohio-based electric truck maker.

What happened? The report cited: the lordstown motors mirage, fake orders, unexposed production hurdles and a prototype inferno. Hindenburg stated an investigation into the company revealed a significant disconnect between how it's promoting itself and the real world lloydstown is an ev spec with no revenue and no sellable products which we believe has grossly mislead investors on both its demand and production capabilities. Hindenburg tweeted wright has consistently pointed to its book of 100 000 pre-orders as proof of demand for its proposed ev truck. Hmm i'd have to take a deeper, a deeper dig into this, but what i would tell you as advice, if you want to figure out this, is the jit or not is find out, because their hit is on the fact that they're they're, basically uh creating synthetic Orders in their order book and if that's legitimate, then they have an actual base there. However, i feel like that's a pretty hard call to make.

I mean the same kind of thing happened with sos, so sos got dinged for being kind of a fake company, and i could see that being legitimate. So i would just take the time to dig into that article because sometimes hit pieces come out because the institutions just want to make uh want to destroy stock. They want to go short on it and scare people and make money off of their fear, but also sometimes that they're legit right. So it's up to you and how much due diligence you've done, how much research you've done on the company if you've done dd on the company - and you know it's a good company.

This is just an opportunity for you to buy for super freaking cheap because it'll be a blip if it's if it's legit, but i don't know, i don't know i've never invested in ride i've. I don't think i've maybe covered it once on the channel, but it would have been about two months ago so um i i couldn't tell you for sure. That's what i look into, though man, that's what i would look into thanks for i've learned so much from the past few weeks as a vet that went through a dark time. I i xxii right here: they've got a really really dirty setup right here i mean crazy bad retracement, not what you're looking for at all that was over 100 retracement, which is obviously not ideal, but if you were able to buy on this dip down here, that Would have been the time to buy that would have been.

You couldn't have gotten a better situation there. So uh we're just gon na maximize this, so that you can get the best view that you possibly can and uh just take a quick peek at this and you've got an ascending level of support. Nonetheless, right, so we're just going to adjust this line right here. As such as any level of support, so it didn't give back quite everything from previous run-ups from here.

It gave more than 100 right, but i don't mind that it's a good setup. What are you looking at in terms of resistance and support? Well, there's not a lot of resistance up here, because that price action moved so freaking quick. I mean the most resistance that you really have is right here and i think it's below that right now. It had a false break above that level of resistance, but if it pushes above that i mean the most consolidation that you have on the chart is right here.

You know at about four bucks, so that's a huge gap in price action, so you get that push over 315. It's going to come with a hard move, really really freaking hard move. I i like that setup a lot. That's not bad at all, not bad at all guys.
