All right, boys and girls - i've got the most blatant obvious, literally provable by data published by finra manipulation and corruption that i've ever seen in the stock market and all the time that i've spent studying manipulation and corruption within the stock market. It is ticker symbol, m-u-l-n mullet. This stock has literally been purposefully driven down to the ground, and if you are a shareholder in this company, you should be outraged. You should be very mad to be completely blunt, very straightforward, very honest with you.

I will not be taking a position in this stock uh. It's a 20 million share, float stock. I don't like the ability to be able to move prices of a company, so i will not be getting into this. This is not a video intended to get you to buy.

It's not intended to get you to sell it's intended to get you to ask questions and to make some noise, because this is very blatantly obvious, being manipulated down to the ground. Now, let's look into this the big thing about mullen ticker symbol. M-U-L-N is short exempt volume now to understand why this is so important. You first have to understand what short exempt volume is right.

So here's here's, investopedia short exempt volume, is described within this. You can check this out by googling short extent, volume it'll show up on investopedia. You can dig through it, but the two big things that i've found by looking at short exam exempt volume is this. You have an exception to the short sale restriction, which means that if a stock drops more than 10 percent in a single day, you cannot short it on the down tick, so you have to shred it on up ticks.

It's supposed to alleviate selling pressure, give a stock a little bit of room to breathe short exempt. Volume is exempt to that rule, meaning that they can still short on downticks, applying additional downside pressure selling pressure if the necessary conditions are met. Another thing about it is: they can create synthetic shares, naked short positions in a day-to-day short-term basis because of basically demand necessity right in a situation where they have to get under control as a market maker. The current conditions of a specific ticker, some rules right.

They have six days to locate these shares, so if they create a naked short position, uh in a stock such as mullen, which has a 22 million share, float uh they've got six days to basically find those shares and satisfy them, and the rules and regulations that They are governed to follow, but this is the kicker right, as i've mentioned a million times on my channel. In case you haven't seen my channel uh regulation enforcement is regularly comes down right. There are no sec audits for this sort of thing. You can find it in the actual investopedia uh website. So why does this matter right? Why do i think this is the most blatant and obvious manipulation? Corruption, naked shorting synthetic shares, insanely inflated, float that i've ever seen in my entire life. This document right here now complete transparency. I did not put this together.

I just want to get the word out there, because i think this is very blatantly obvious. Uh, a problem now check this out. What you want to pay attention to is this column right here short exempt volume. Now what i've just mentioned is short exempt volume.

You can short it on a down tick. You can create a naked share in replacement of an actual share if you're not able to locate that share because of quote unquote necessity. Now. What do you see here is on march 1st you have a huge uptick in short, exempt volume, labeled in red.

You can see this number right here. Uh is 22 million, total shares short exempted. Let me say that one more time, 22 million shares of volume that were short exempt, meaning that you can short them on a downtick and these could be naked or synthetic short shares. Think about what that means very very carefully.

What did i just say right mullen? Has a 22 million share float? A float of 22 million shares means that there are 22 million shares available to trade on a day-to-day basis right. Well, if that's the case, how is it possible for there to be short exempt volume of 22 million shares, which is literally 100 of the float, that was in a single day, 22 million shares that leaves a couple options. Two two scenarios here. We know that there are six days to locate these shares and we also know the sec does not go out of their way to audit these market makers, who utilize short exempt volume number one.

They created a synthetic supply. My personal belief, having looked at this spreadsheet right, if you want to check this out true demon, his youtube channel, he talks about this right. Go look at it. It's absolutely fine uh.

This has been happening for a while. You see the short exam volume right here. You can see 22 million shares of total volume and you add up some of these numbers. You do some some basic napkin math.

It is not outside of the realm of possibility and i'm gon na take a conservative estimate here. The conservative side is two times the float is potentially circulating because of synthetic volume. Does that mean that it's gon na circulate forever? No, i think that there will be a situation in which they they've basically killed. Investors.

You've got a bunch of bag holders and they're trying to get out of the stock, so they sell it. Market makers snoop up those shares, uh and they're able to satisfy the requirement of the short exempt volume. But in this situation two times the float means there is a lot of naked shorts circulating. Now this is the worst part of it right march.

1St is the date that that data was released right, 22 million shares. You can see that lines up uh perfectly with march 1st, what happened on march 1st, you had a negative 40 day, a negative 40 day coming off of a 145 day now true, there's some people out there, some retail, who certainly took profits, who certainly got out Of their way to take profits to get out of the stock whatever, but excluding that, even if you took half of the data you said, half of those short exempt shares are floating around on the market right now. This is exactly why the momentum got killed. If you think this is a pump and dump you're right, if you think it's a pump, it's not because of retail you're wrong.

This is market makers. Doing these are the people who regulate tickers, who are supposed to make a fair and transparent and price discovery fluent market available to you, and they crushed this stock, as they have from 15 and 90 cents, all the way down to 52 cents. What part of this looks natural to you? Did you know this company just recently was voted one of the most likely companies to to succeed in the ev space. Eevee manufacturer mullen automotive announced progress on solid state polymer battery pack development. These guys could even they could be something. Maybe they make it. Maybe they don't, but we're never gon na know if they get crushed at the end of the day.

This is what's happening. Two big things: right: they're, crushing retail investors, they're taking your money and second they're, crushing this company's opportunity to even make it in the space. They can't make it if they're shorted into oblivion - and that's literally, what's happening here. The other scenario which i find to be very unlikely is somehow they located the entire float that was short exempt.

Shorted 22 million shares were exempt, 22 million share float. Where do they get them, i'm certain that they haven't found them all. There are people who are certainly invested in this stock, i'm certain of it. This math doesn't add up, doesn't add up.

This is corruption. This is manipulation. This is the most blatant example of it that i've ever seen in my entire life. What's the solution right, the stakes here are high.

It's your money, it's real retail workers, three people that are gon na be lost to a market maker, that's greedy and they made their own decisions to correct mistakes by cheating. The way to fix these problems is to make noise and let people know you have a problem with this. In the first place, this is all public data. This is coming from the finra website.

You can check this out yourself, it's all organized in the spreadsheet, which makes it easier to read right, but this is public information and it's out there and they're doing it so blatantly with so much confidence that that they that they just let it happen - and this Is because let me tell you this is because they don't think anything is going to happen because of it right.
