Moderna, a company that has had perhaps one of the most beautiful runs in the last two or three years has gone from a low of 17 to a high of nearly 500 just tickling, the nipple hair of 500. to ultimately come back down to what is now 161.32 cents, it has been a roller coaster of a ride and, if you believe in the company, you believe in what you're invested in right. You think that the outlook of vaccines is so great that you don't want to miss out on the opportunity. Well think again, because here is the ceo of moderna, stefan banchetta, who deleted his twitter, account fresh off the press from selling tons and tons of stock stocks so bountiful it could feed lots of maternal shareholders for for a good minute.
Look at this ten thousand shares of modern on february 11th, 9000 on the 10th 11 000 on the nineteen thousand. On the fourth eleven thousand shares on january 29th, this guy has sold lots and lots of stock, the last sale on the 11th 178 bucks. A share was for 1.8 million dollars, and that was just that sale alone. This guy has walked away, with presumably close to eight to ten million dollars of profit, which is a a significant amount.
It's a very significant amount now why all of a sudden? Now right, we can't necessarily conclude uh that he deleted his twitter account because he sold a bunch of stock. It's possible, but that's that's uh, that's sort of saying causation instead of correlation could be a coincidence, may not be a coincidence. But what comes to mind for me is the stock itself. Why has this seen such an incredible incredible squeeze up? Why did this go from 17 bucks all the way up to 500, and why didn't the ceo sell at 500? Something must have changed for the ceo to believe all of a sudden that he's not going to make much more than 160 bucks where it's trading right now versus selling it at 500 right well, what's changed to me: there's a huge obstacle that stepped into his path Desire for him he wants to make money.
He probably wants to help people. Maybe he does. Maybe he doesn't. I don't know who, who knows i mean this guy just deleted his twitter account and sold new 10 million dollars in stock, so maybe not to help people part, but nonetheless, all of a sudden.
He has this obstacle in his way, which i believe to be this golden goose right here: investigations into pfizer and moderna, oh investigating menstrual disorders after pfizer, bioentec moderna covered shots, blah blah blah blah blah. Oh modern advisor vaccine side effects. There were 48 788 adverse effects following spike facts: trade name moderna. As of 29th july 2021., the entire country, the united states, millions of people have been taking moderna and pfizer vaccines and there's been side effects and there's investigations going on regarding these side effects and regarding the companies and most likely the uh, the morality, the ethicalness, of What they have pumped into these vaccines - maybe maybe not again - this is correlation, not causation, but one can only wonder after the last six months what might have changed outside of the stock price right. You come back here to august 9th of 2021 when this thing hit 500. What changed between then and now right to me it's this! It's these investigations! You see this thing peek out august, 9th and then august 12th. Here comes that investigation into the side effects of modern advisor. You know, i don't know man, i'm not a tin, foil hatter, but i feel like there's some pretty big stakes on the line for this guy.
You look at the ceo. Stefan, you see how much stock he sold. You see him deleting us by the way anybody has an inkling of an idea of where this uh, the stefan bonsaru uh. If he has an alt account, i would love to see it because this man, i guarantee what he's doing right now.
He went over the beat ups, he decided to give himself a cheesecake, big, burger and a jack and coke, and he took that went back home. He got that another gold cup, one of the kids ones. You know those exist, he went home he's. Turning on the super bowl he's gon na watch, all the super bowl commercials, the football game he's gon na he's gon na be rooting for the rams you already know, and then, after that he's gon na come onto his off the count he's gon na laugh at All the people who are pissed off at him just disappearing from twitter.
If you have that account, it would be interesting to see his uh his interaction with uh everyday everyday society, but nonetheless we come back to the stakes and the stakes at hand. Here. My friends are, he can he can lose everything? You know to me, the ceo of a company who's whose sole purpose is to give people the the magic bullet to coven 19, whatever, if you're not giving people the magic bullet and instead you're giving people. You know side effects which, by the way, was kind of pushed by the government, which is why i think this this stock was a little bit of a government plant.
But what do i know? I think moderna, i think pfizer. A lot of these stocks were plants by the government, don't matter whatever, there's a lot of there's a lot of a lot of money on the line for this guy, so he wants to lock in what he can before. Maybe he ends up facing some legal repercussions. I don't know to me: there's really no uh, there's no happy ending to this story.
I think if you are playing mino, moderna, uh, you're, probably playing puts at this point coming off of him, deleting his twitter account and selling a whole ton of stock. I probably wouldn't touch it long. That's just me, you guys do you at the end of the day, but uh. Let me tell you: this is a hell of a meme.
