You know in life, sometimes people uh are representative of good things. Right. You've got jennifer anderson right here, 2004 2013 aged, like a fine wine right. You've also got jlo jaylo.

You could say, as as aged, like a good, a good piece of cheese, but, on the other hand, ken griffin, 52, 52 and a half and 53 years old has aged like uh like like two rats. That's not that's not some good agent that you got rocking right there. Oh lee toledo, guys. I want to talk about why i think citadel is talking now and it's a very obvious reason to me, but i don't see anybody really talking about it and i think the most important thing that we can do in this current situation.

We're in right now is the apes and, as retail investors is talk about these things to spur conversation, so i want to talk about why citadel broke the silence, so the last time that these guys had put us. We was back january 26, coincidentally, one day before the mishaps that took place with the taking away of the buy button with the robin hood debacle, with the halting of stocks right with a plummet, the stall, the stealing of billions of dollars right that all took place And then they broke uh broke off. They stopped talking for a long time until september 27th. Now what happened in the meantime between this very long hiatus that citadel had taken right? Well, he had apes out there that were digging.

They were doing the research they're doing their their tree, dipple d's right. They were digging into the mean potatoes of amc and what they think is important and what a catalyst could be to drive the stock price up. So everyone makes some freaking stupid, big fat, lemon pepper, attendees right, but in the meantime citadel did nothing and what did we all go over? In the meantime right we talked about naked shorts selling. We talked about ladder attacks, we talked about infiltration.

We talked about a lot of different things that can contribute to price action that is negative for upside right for amc to continue its upward pressure. They didn't say anything now think about that realistically for a second. Why, in all this time, when we were talking about naked short selling, we were talking about ladder attacks. We were talking about failure to deliveries, we're gon na talk about all these different things that are bad for price action.

Why they stay silent? Well, because, if you think about this as sad as it is to say naked short selling to practice in and of itself, if it is not used, quote unquote which they can defend, i can almost guarantee it in court of law in a malicious way is legal. They can do that they can naked short sale if they put the right sort of icing. On top of the cake and say: look no, we naked short sold this stock because we didn't have any supply right. We had we had demand, but we didn't have any supply.

What do you want us to do right? You can't tie our hands like that. We have to do it, they can do it as unethical, as that is so. They have no reason to defend themselves if they are doing that practice if they're naked short selling a stock. If they're, if they're committing to failure, delivers right, unethical but can be backed up in of law, can they back it up absolutely can because there's always some sort of scenario in which it's legal to do so, but all of a sudden september 27th.

What do you have starting to pop up? People are coming back to the allegations against robin hood and citadel being in bed together and kissing each other on the lips. I mean that's all about it comes down to, and now you get the squeal. The pig starts. Squealing a little bit, you have this tweet that comes out on september 27th.

Citadel securities did not ask gravenhood or any other firm to restrict or limit his trading activity. On january 27th, ken griffin, vlad tenet have never met or spoken. When asked whether cereal securities requested that their opponent restrict trading ken griffin, truthfully told congress, let me be perfectly clear: absolutely not now why. After all, these allegations about naked short selling, about failure to delivers about infiltration about coinciding with a lot of the malpractice that takes place in the stock market.

Have they decided to talk it's because they had nothing to defend? That was illegal between that space of time and all of a sudden, you have the speech the talk, starting to come out of citadel they're, starting to back themselves up trying to paint you guys as conspiracy, theorists and trying to paint off lawyers as plaintiff. Lawyers, in this case to be a bunch of freaking stupid nonsense. They even went out of their way. This has been debunked by lots of people on the internet.

You can check this out to put together a photoshopped image of a conversation that supposedly happened, allegedly happened between citadel and robin hood securities, but i'll tell you this right now, right and my short-lived 24 year old life. The only time that you go out of your way to try to defend something is when you have something to defend. If citadel truly believed they had nothing to hide, they had nothing to protect, they would have just looked over it like they have everything else. For nine months guys, you cannot overlook the fact that these guys went out of their way to stay quiet between january 26 and september 27th.

Why do you think that's the case? Their lawyers probably said: hey look. If this comes to court of law, you have to defend yourself, you have a write-off. You have a way to get out of this, just like every other big mega corporation, that can just say off to anyone who tries to bring in the court right. But in this situation you have something to hide which i would like to bet my money on right.

I'm a man, that's like to play. Blackjack. In the past, i've played money on sports bets. I've put a sports bet down on on this interaction of some sort.

Now they did come out publicly and say they have never met or spoken right, they're, using very exact words, and i am certain that lawyers have given them advice in certain ways to word this conversation the way they put out these tweets. But that's the point they put out this exact wording detail to try to make it seem as if they've covered their bases when in reality, i do not think that they have now what is actually going to come of all this. Why even make this video right? Because i think where we, as the apes, really need to put our focus - it's not necessarily on the day-to-day price action, it's not on how many naked shorts are out there it's. Why are these naked shorts happening in the first place? What is causing this whole freaking dilemma? Who is the party behind all the damage because naked short selling, like i said in and of itself, you can back it up, there's reasons to to think one way or the other that it's okay to do, and these guys right could be a party behind that.

So we have to have conversations not necessarily about numbers, but who why, where, when how? How are these things happening? Is it malicious? Is it nefarious? These are the details that i personally want to see come from all these allegations that are coming towards citadel securities and robin hood, and all these big politicians and feds, because i really do think this is so much more interconnected than anybody has even talked about this Conversation had to have been had between multiple, multiple people to get to a point where you see billions, of dollars, stolen from retail investors and from apes. My friends - and this is what i am really watching for closely - is the outcome and the truth behind what truly happened between citadel securities and robin hood between january 26th and the week to follow, and that's ultimately what i am interested in seeing and i think that's Why they broke the silence and they finally started to squeal like the silly chicken pigs? That is an animal that they are and that's what i've got for you guys so blah blah blah. You know drop like consider. Subscribing thanks.

Everyone tune back in to all the new people, appreciate you taking it easy much lovely taps, peace.

Taking away the “BUY” button and only allowing people to close their position was absolutely disgustingly manipulative and wrong. What an embarrassing and complicated financial system by design.

I'm confused. I knew short selling was illegal, but when did naked shorts (yeah) become legal and defensible in court? Not saying they aren't, I'm just confused because all this time they've been discussed as the big bad thing that they sweep under the rug so they don't get caught. It was a huge deal for Melissa Lee to say it outloud on CNBC. But now they're just unethical? Somebody help me understand.

My question lately is, would a crypto etf allow naked shorting against crypto because you'd be shorting the etf rather than the crypto directly?

They (Citadel) said they did not “ask” or “request” Robinhood to “remove the buy button”, however the question should have been or included, did they “advise” Robinhood to remove the buy button.
