What is up everybody? This is trey's trades coming back again for another youtube, video and today we're going to be looking at solo, electro, mechanica vehicles corporation. We start off by looking a little bit at the company. What i think of the company and then we're gon na, do some technical analysis on the charts and where i see this stock going in the future, will give you a little bit of a price prediction. In the short term and a price prediction in the long term, so let's get started so solo.

Mechanica is a one-seater vehicle electric vehicle company that is based in china. You read here: every day, 119 million north americans commute using personal vehicles and 105 million of them commute alone. So their big thing that they're trying to preach here with the solo vehicle is that there's only one seat and while this may seem pretty inconvenient um for commuters, especially in in china, where you know, there's not a whole lot of driving. That's happening anyways compared to the states.

This is a great option for people to choose from compared to other standard vehicles. Turn your commute into the highlight of your day. I think this is a pretty sleek. Looking car um, the only thing that might throw some people off is it that three-wheeled vehicle.

So it's not technically a car. This might make your tax right off season. Look a little bit different performance. It's 100 miles per charge gets up to 80 miles an hour.

Two and a half hours is how long it takes to charge and it goes zero to 60 in 10 seconds. That seems like a pretty decent performing vehicle to me. If you look right here, the msrp is 18 500, which is a little bit pricey for a vehicle that only sits one person, but if this is something that you're looking for it's a very niche vehicle um, i could see people paying this price and people have Been shown to pay the price already, so let's look at the technical analysis on these charts, real quick in the last five days. Well, actually, let's back it up, even a little more! So if you look back 10 days ago, we were coming off of a pretty decent, higher high and higher low look back a month ago.

You see this huge spike right here, all the way up to just shy of 14. I think 1360 is the highest point in solo reach. Ever since this high, this all-time high solo has been doing the opposite of stair. Stepping they've been they've, been creating lower highs and lower lows.

So you can see here. The new resistance line was sitting somewhere around 11 35 for a little while, and then it was sitting around 10 75 and then it tanked again, and then we have a new resistance level here. Sitting at about 9 14 dropped off a little bit again new resistance level about here failure, rejection, new resistance level. At this point, we are seeing the first bit of progress towards maybe reaching newer highs.

This resistance level was broken. However, a new resistance level was met. Right about here - and you can see this candle wick, stick poked up rejected, came back up again and since then, we've just had a couple days of steady downward trend. However, what i'm most interested in right now with solo is two things in particular.

The last couple days we have seen a pretty steady increase in stock price and volume. So if we look here, we can see that the high for the day was sitting right around 690 during the normal market hours and the low for the day was sitting around 650. However, the volume you can see there's a couple of pretty huge spikes in here, which typically doesn't happen for your average investor like off the street. Like you or me, this is usually some insiders.

This is usually large businesses that are either pulling or putting their money into the company, and you can see 82 000 in volume here: 94 000 in volume, here, 64 000 in volume here and then after hours, a huge spike which tests this new level of resistance. At 7.07 hanging around a little bit of consolidation, there is a slight drop off. There was a short-term drop below the support line rejected and it's been going back up since now. Where do i think this stock is going to go? Well, i think that is going to go up, and that is for two main reasons: we have a newer higher low here.

So if you look back three days ago, you saw the level of support was sitting right around 6.15 and a day ago yesterday, the lowest point that this stock reached and it held it very well. It was a very good consolidation day, not a whole lot of upward movement. We had the slight sell-off at market open, which is very standard. We had a really high solid consolidation day and it never dropped below 6.60 and in the after hours there was a pretty significant spike and i would be really surprised if we're not testing the 707 level throughout the normal market hours today.

So that should be a number that you're looking for in in the market today. If we can see solo reach, past 707 you're probably going to see a little bit of a run which is uh very possible. So where do i see this going in the short term, i think within a week we could see solo testing that eight dollar range again. This is a number that has been reached prior if we look back ten days or so they were sitting at about eight dollars at the high right here, just shy of it 746.

I think it's very realistic that this could happen again. You see that eight dollar range about here eight dollars about here, so i think in the short term i think, within a week to 10 days, you could be seeing solo electric mechanica in an eight dollar price target um. Of course, i don't think it's going to automatically go back up to that 13 price range. This is a very volatile stock.

Um, there's not a whole lot of shares outstanding, so that does make the volatility quite a bit higher than you would normally see in a stock, so be careful with this trade i think the best option and i'm not a financial advisor nor a financial expert. So please don't listen to my advice, but i think the best way to take this trade in the short term is to swing traded. If you were able to buy in anywhere between six dollars and ten cents and six dollars and 50 cents. I think you selling out somewhere between seven seventy and eight dollars, is going to make you a lot of money.
