So before we get started right, we're gon na give you guys the vortex update in terms of what amc is looking like right now: uh short interest wise first off uh, i'd like to begin with the latest on the russia, ukraine crisis right. Eighty percent of russian forces at ukraine's border are in forward positions ready to go us defense official says so at this point in the game uh. This is based on some form of u.s news. There's sort of two options here: right: uh: either a could be possible right, i'm not there you're, not there.

We don't know with absolute certainty number one. Unless you know family you know is uh there. There could be some form of uh posturing uh or stretching the truth. That's taking place from this u.s official.

I find this to be the less uh likely of two situations, but it is possible. The second is that this is about the most reliable news source that we can get uh in terms of what is happening within russian ukraine and this stuff matters. Let me tell you why it matters, because this is why the market's melting down the way that it is rational, irrational, uh, complacent whatever you want to call it right uh. This is.

This is exactly what is affecting the u.s stock market, the way that it is right now, so this is from a us defense. Official second option is that this is just the situation right. This is the situation so with that being said, we come back to the article and uh. We continue to read on 80 of russian forces means that russia is not they're, not around right, they're, actually coming over here to ukraine with uh, with with some serious the posturing seems to, at the very least, be over, or if this is posturing.

This is uh. This is a heck of a show to say the least: 80 percent of russian forces amassed on ukraine's border are in what we would consider forward positions ready to go. A senior defense official told reporters during an off-camera briefing at the pentagon on wednesday. So essentially, what he's saying is hey at any given moment.

You could really see some uh some gunpowder start to open up. Uh rico, thanks for stopping in kisco, appreciate, uh, appreciate you stopping in market is is a headache right now. There's there's no line about that. Right uh, but this is this - is it sounds a lot less like posturing, a lot more like uh, hey we're ready to go if, if something does end up happening, where we feel the need uh to actually start attacking ukraine, russian military forces arrayed around ukraine and Belarus are as ready as they can be for an invasion.

The senior defense official added a raid around ukraine and belarus are as ready as they can be. Last week, u.s secretary of defense, lloyd austin, said russian troops were on coiling and today they're uncoiled yadda yadda yadda. The troops are pretty close to the ukrainian border. Some as little as five kilometers, the official said.

Five kilometers is roughly three miles. So the these guys uh they're they're squatted up right, there's, there's uh, there's a lot of russian forces alongside the ukraine border, uh and essentially the takeaway here right - is that we've transitioned from posturing to oh. This could happen right, big difference, the oh. This could happen.

I think, if there's any lack of uh uncertainty left within the u.s stock market, that is holding back the way that uh some investors, some institutions - banks, whatever you want to call it uh - are looking at this current broad situation. It's it's for the first rounds to really start flying and for the actual conflict to begin, but in my eyes you know this is uh. This is, this is pretty certain 80 of russian forces is a lot a lot, a lot of people now it doesn't specifically say how many soldiers that comes out to, but it's thousands at the very least right. You can see that right here, thousands of troops established ready to attack ukraine, so that is uh the the most up-to-date uh situation that i have found regarding the russia ukraine situation.

This was as of 1, 32 p.m, central standard time, which was basically basically right when we were about to uh start this live stream, so i mean this is this is about as soon as you can get it and it looks you know pretty pretty uh i'd, Say reliable to say that the market is in a situation where you really could see some form of a meltdown. Now, yesterday, on my live stream and in a video that i had put out uh yesterday, it was a clip from the live stream. I mentioned that. Oh line right that do or die line, and it broke that, and you can see that once it broke that it tried to bounce it tried pretty dang hard can't do it, there's not enough strength in the market right now to uh to really get that bounce.

That uh, that that that you're, looking for to get back up to that 420 high 430 low level, this is going to bleed off into everything. In fact, i'm actually genuinely impressed that amc is holding as well as it is considering the fact that you're literally watching the spy meltdown in real time right now. This is showing a lot of signs of weakness, uh coming into the clothes here today, and it wouldn't surprise me the least bit if you get another, two dollar drop off of uh that really really critical level here uh from some previous days. Thankfully, amc is not quite in that same situation right because it's bounced around this spot many many times over the past uh just about month now, right be a month tomorrow, uh rejection, rejection, rejection, rejection, rejection, rejection, uh now another rejection, both as support and resistance.

This flat top is trying really hard to hold amc up, and i believe, that's personally, why uh it's trying to continue uh holding the levels that it is even with the broad market, melting down, uh the way that it is right so come over here to the One hour uh and in the short term, what you really are looking for is this channel. This channel has uh, has basically acted as sort of the the meltdown point for amc over the past four or five days, and i consider this to be a falling wedge. Now, there's a guy on twitter there's, he also has a youtube channel. His name is uh david moriano and uh.

He is a big fan of the falling wedge, and a falling wedge is typically a sign that at some point in the next couple days or minutes or five minutes or ten or whatever time frame you're using this is the hourly uh. You can expect some form of a reversal, so what i would expect tracking this uh this pattern is something along these lines. Let me uh stay in drawing mode really quick. I'm gon na pull this back down.

You'll likely get something along this line right. Maybe it bounced back up to the top of the line, bounce back down bounce up and then probably some form of a jig jag around for the bolt case scenario right. That's if you end up seeing a uh a a break out of this falling wedge in the way that you typically would see for uh for this sort of situation. This is a bullish reversal, sort of uh setup here right.

So that's that's personally. What i'm watching for is the best case scenario for uh for a girl. Amc is a break out of this falling wedge. What happened today, i have absolutely no idea right, i'm not a magician, i'm not going to pretend like i am.

There are some people who might, i might say they know with absolute certainty - i'm not one of those people, because i don't right. I can't tell you uh the bear case scenario. There's a lot of chop in this. This designated spot down here this level.

You've got lots and lots and lots of price action uh that took place between a four or five day period of time and that actually builds up a pretty strong level of support. Where you could expect the same amount of chop. If amc was trying to break down, which means to me uh 1471 up to 15.50, if it's to break down beneath this level is a spot where you can really see a lot of chap where the market uh and amc tries to hold itself up amidst sort Of this uh, this meltdown that uh that we've been subjected to because of this goofy situation tomorrow's the day, i think we break it'd, be cool it'd, be nice, definitely diamondback gorilla. We wouldn't wouldn't we all love to see the bleeding, stop the it really just comes down to the market right.

I can sit here and preach until i'm blue in the face about how this has absolutely nothing to do with apes being wrong right. Amc being red is not your fault, amc being down the past week comes down to this comes down to poor decisions, poor uh, i'm not going to get into the politics, because i'm not a political guy right, but i think there are leaders within our country who, Who uh have led us to some goofy situations, with inflation and and with printing money and with uh with global conflict and economics, and for us to sit back and get blamed, sometimes for being dumb like? I saw this tweet that unusual wales put out and what he had stated is uh there was. There was recently uh. I think it was an institution or a bank who came out and stated that they believe that most retail investors do not understand how the stock market works, and i just can't.

I can't fathom that. I can't that doesn't make any sense to me, because i look at what's happening with the government and if you were to look at them square away as a business, they don't even seem like they understand what they're doing so for them to sit over here and Blame retail, you guys just don't understand how the market works when, in reality, they're creating this own black hole. They made this black hole that the spy is getting sucked into right now with regarding inflation regarding tapering away from stocks, because the fed had to buy so many freaking stocks right. They had created that mess, you know and even the best of the best of the best institutions.

I've been getting absolutely freaking. Steamrolled i mean kathy, woods is getting absolutely steamrolled. Melvin capital, i wouldn't say, is one of the best, but obviously they've they've managed a fair amount of capital over the past couple of years and they're not doing well. At all, i mean they're getting absolutely smoke.

Melvin capital dumps, mastercard alphabet and portfolio overhaul. You can see article after article after article about how that's getting smoked quarter over quarter over quarter, what's so different huh, what's so different about the last couple months that these guys have been getting hit so bad, it's because the market is ridiculous right now, it's really Strange waters uh that we're navigating and it it really does come down to poor decisions that were made by the people. On top of this pyramid scheme. Short interest actually went up today, so here is uh.

The final hearsay for amc, 20.93 short interest, a marginal difference to the upside, really nothing worth looking into uh current shares, only 115 million current actual short interest, estimated 107 million, with a confidence interval between uh 20.91 and 22.04 percent uh. So about the same, no real changes here for our girl, amy uh down for the day, along with the broad market which closed at about 422.07 down 1.75 on the day, it was a tough one. It was a tough day for uh for the spy tough day for the broad market, and that is ultimately uh. What we have uh that we're dealing with right now, my friends, it's tough to watch, it's frustrating as hell.

Believe me, when i say it uh, but all we can do is is simply wait for uh the situation with russia and ukraine and see how that gets handled and when the conflict truly begins. It looks like it's about to take off and i think when it does uh that is the sign. You know. That's the idea of buy the news if you're short, you.
