What's up, what's up, what's up, what's up youtube, what is up everybody welcome back to freaking trades, i'm not gon na hit my chest again: trey's trains baby! Some different ta technical analysis cover some more text numbers due diligence crunch some numbers whatever it may be, you know, and instead i just decided you know you know what screw it.

So you guys have me for a little bit of time here, which should be a little bit better than uh than the usual. So that's a pretty solid thing to have rocking up, but as it is right now, amc is down about 1.84. Here in the pre market we actually had a nice little push immediately at uh pre-market open up to about 49 or so so.
That's not uh. That's not too bad forty nine dollars in one cent pop back down to about 45.65. Is this lagging right? Now, let's see um, let me see what i can do hold on one sec guys it does look like it might be doing that right now. What in the heck? Oh, that's, frustrating! You know what i'm going to do.

Have any of you even thought about the shrinkwrap (clicked through terms you agreed to when you joined your brokerages)?! We need to make the following clear to the government: REINSTATE 12 CFR part 1040, STRIKE FINRA 2268(f) and 12204(d). As soon as the price rises above 100, AMC will conjure new shares out of thin air and dilute you guys even further (like they did recently and like GME did today). They can create as many shares as they want, sell them to the shorts, the money goes to AMC as a company and the shorties are off the hook even if every ape clings to their shares like to dear life.

How long are they delaying orders??? Everyone needs to be asking that!
Perfect scenario being set up for a settlement with the SEC. Can actually be a godsend to the HF. Instead of having to let the market forces work, the HF admit to the SEC that naked shorting was indeed going down. The sudden media willingness to talk about it is preparing the way for the settlement. SEC shows the appropriate level of outrage and gets DOJ involved. All of a sudden, you hear that the HF have cut a deal to pay $XXX per share and some punitive fine to get of covering all the shorts at market. SEC justifies this by noting that it has everted massive chaos in the stock market that would occur if HF went insolvent (and that's true). Settlement will be painful, but still manageable – somewhere in the GME-VW range.
Soooooooo. What does this mean? I say start buying the shit out of AMC. The only way you are going to make big money on this settlement is if you hold A LOT of shares. Lunch money/couch change shares aren't going to cut it.
