Tune in for a couple hours of market mayhem, bullshitting, and perhaps some education. #AMC, broad market news, politician insider trading, & more coming right up babyyyy

Is this going? Are we live? Let's double check. This look like it's doing something. Look at that baby money. What is going on guys? It is your boy trey, coming back for another episode of the traders podcast, it has been a minute since i have uh since i've live streamed.

I got ta say i've missed you guys. I've missed you guys. I i don't have uh the bald britney look going on anymore and what i did. That's, okay, you just throw on the cowboy hat and you you buckle up because that's what we do! That's what we do out here in oklahoma.

We put on a cowboy hat and we get freaking cuckoo-looking but uh, my friends, my family, my fellow gorilla gang. It is nice to be back. I'm going to prove this by saying that i'm not a french advisor has never financial advice. We're just simply here to have a good time to enjoy some broad market news as uh the degenerates and psychopaths that we are that, like looking at freaking lines on a chart uh, let me tell you we're gon na start off here today by briefly talking about Nancy pelosi uh because she has nailed another uh, solid trade with google uh google announced that they are going to be doing a 20 to one stock split and that might sound goofy.

You might be thinking yourself well why the hell? Would anyone care that google is doing a stock split, but it does actually make a difference. So if you're thinking about the average person, maybe has a couple hundred bucks in their account, they wan na they wan na pick up some google uh three thousand dollars might be a little too pricey, so they're gon na be cutting the price significantly and nancy pelosi Was able to get on the front end of that uh? This article came out on january. Third, as you can see right here - and i marked that which brings the price out to about 28.81 - she caught that candle pretty damn well uh and it looked like she was maybe wrong. But, as we know, nancy pelosi is never wrong.

Uh, as she's hit google. She will also likely hit roblox. We are just simply biding time for roblox to do its thing, we'll wait and see how that ends up handing out, but nonetheless i thought that was an entertaining piece of information to start off with here uh today, before we get further into it. I would also like to say for everybody: that's currently watching right now that we are going to be bringing on tmi the masked investor later today, whenever he's free he's going to hit me up and we're just going to be shooting the talking about whatever, whatever eva Baby, you already know how this goes uh, but i thought nancy pelosi, man, that's something else.

I don't know i i i think if, if anybody had a crystal ball, let me tell you what i've got a magic, eight ball, and i asked this: i asked fear magic, hey paul. If there's any wizard on planet earth that can that can make uh make the stock do the dirty dancing thing where it uh, where it goes only up and never goes down it. The printer never runs out of ink. That's the person, that's the person you want to get in touch with holy crim jamer, it's trey, yeah man.
What comes after amc bro. We need new content. Amc can take years, so i actually took a poll on this and uh before we get further into uh. The stream i'll show you this and i got some uh some feedback and some comments on it and i get where you're coming from right.

I understand people's uh people's feelings towards uh the stock market. Right now there are those who are simply focused on on amc and that's cool, but i'm gon na read this off to you. I took a poll it ends in about five hours if you'd like to vote. This is up on my twitter page, but this is uh.

The current results, i'll roll with whatever twitter decides, and i mean that twitter decided. No. I would have not done it. Should i head back ta on mid slash big cat place to the video reservoir, and this is important to note? Is i'm not stepping away from amc content? In fact, i think i'm one of the few who still updates on a regular basis, while also trying to touch on broad market news, because i do think that applies right.

I try to focus on whatever i think is important for the current situation, and i said this focus around setups daily flips reviews. I will not do small caps and low flows because pump is not life, and that's that's kind of my my joking way of saying that i uh i'm not gon na i'm not gon na around with these other. These other penny stocks. These these squeeze plays these low floaters.

The stocks that that have crazy one two three day runs and then, and then they're done - i'm just not going to mess around with that, because i think it's irresponsible for a guy with 400 000 subscribers ish a little less than that to uh to be talking About a stock that has a 10 million share float that is inequitably inequitably uh. I could move that stock and i don't want to do that so it'd be focused around swinging day trading, uh flipping, whatever mid large cap place, that'd, be it so uh. I will be getting back into other stuff, that's 1 000 going to happen and i'm excited for it. You know unless in the next five hours this changes, so if you want to take a vote, feel free to do so, but uh amc is not going nowhere.

I am i'm sticking this out until uh until zero or until the day comes. That's it stv on two that'd be fun. Man he's a he's, a good kid he's a good kid. I, like short, the vix.

I also miss amc being above 40. I feel that man amc right now in case you're wondering what's happening on the chart, i'm showing you the daily candles, no more, no less uh it was a gap fill right. So you get this little gap right here. I'm going to draw this out very simply.

Typically, when you get a gap, you fill the gap and you did see that happen has not quite bounced yet. In the short term, there is the potential uh for a little more downside, and that depends broadly on what i would consider to be the broad market which is iwm in the case of amc iwm in case you do not know i've seen people say well. Why are we talking about this? It's just russell 2000 right. It's a mid cap by mid cap companies makes up 2 000 of the mid cap companies.
The united states, which you know the stock market, would consider to be the best and uh. You can see. Amc moves in tandem with iwm, pretty well even down to the one minute candles. In some cases we show you this here really quick, pretty similar moves, rejection off the v, wap rejection off the view off the volume average price, which is the average price anybody paid on the given day that uh that people buy or sell stock.

It's it's pretty similar moves, so i'm watching the broad market right now and the broad market is still trending downwards. Uh at least iwm is spy kind of tip tone a little bit. The only thing that's got me concerned about the spy is the fade and volume. So you can see that it's got this upward pressure and momentum, spy being s p, 500 top 500 large cap companies, united states uh.

The volume is fading as it's going up and that's a little bit of a divergence and typically you'd expect some form of retracement. I wouldn't try to time it don't try to time time the top they'll try to time the bottom uh, but i do think there is probably a little more downside, or at least the retracement on uh the spy as of uh right now, but nonetheless that's uh. That's just the basic rundown of what's happening and we are not going anywhere. You already know baby.

You already know. Nancy is a top 10 trader in congress, but she is not number one never has been. This is not uh a d issue. This is both a d and an r issue.

Yeah, i'm with you it's it's really just the whole system right nancy pelosi is uh is just one of the easy ones to talk about, simply because it's so blatantly obvious. I mean when nvidia has got to be the most infamous play uh, that i've seen come from nancy pelosi because she bought that. I remember it was pretty extended when she bought it. I was thinking to myself why the are you buying in video right now i mean this just went on a nasty nasty bull run.

I mean it's just been the last since 2020 went from 45 bucks up to 346 nasty bull run and she bought somewhere around here. If i remember correctly, uh it just absolutely rocketed, so pretty crazy stuff man pretty crazy uh. It was due for a correction, everything's kind of due for a correction. That's why you're seeing roblox nvidia google even was on a downtrend until this uh solid news that came paypal.

Maybe this brings me into uh the next piece that we should talk about huh. Should we talk about jim cramer, crim jamer paypal, it's a great great company, they uh they they've got they've got great great services. Cash is coming in interest going down, though it's gon na go up. Paypal absolutely did not do what it was supposed to do check this out.
This is some funny stuff. You'll get a kick out of this. If you search jim cramer paypal as of late, he says uh their their credibility is a disgrace and i tried to find the last the sort of some dates in which he talked about paypal. Here's october 13th, kramer, says paypal and so far buys october 13th.

You can check out the price. It was right for about five days about five days. It's uh the price is about 254.. However, if you bought off of jim cramer's advice, you are currently down uh, almost 50 percent.

That's pretty gnarly! That's a pretty gnarly gap down down 24. The puts on the day are, in some cases up five, six, seven thousand percent. So if you just do the opposite, i'm telling you you got to pay attention to what wales did here. He's got he's got the inverse kramer etf, you just do the opposite: you're, making money, boys you're, making money boys it's just simple stuff, just if he tells you to buy you short it.

He tells you to short it you buy it! It's just that simple! It really is it's some simple stuff i get a kick out of that. He also talk about ark. Arc is uh. He just gets the absolute wrong sides of these trades and you really should think about this too.

At least i do this, isn't even tinfoil hattie when you are so consistently, not even wrong, but just completely backwards on uh on stock picks. You have to wonder what the agenda is right. You think about cnbc and sort of their clientele. It's a lot of institutions.

I mean these guys are they're taking care of institution pockets and jim cramer. I don't know it makes you wonder whether or not he's trying to bag hold some retail so pay attention to that inverse cramer etf. That unusual whales is putting together. That is uh.

That is important, stuff important to know for sure. Josh is a greg uh who's josh! Oh you talking about josh from uh twitter. Why don't you admit to your viewers, the truth? The squeeze got killed when wanda and aa dumped their shares on the 72 run up. So they stopped losing fortunes.

Let's talk about 72 run up huh. I would shy away from this i'll talk about it. Gladly the 72 run up when shares got dumped. Everybody was pissed, including myself, right.

It absolutely killed momentum. I'm not here to pretend if you're pretending that dumping shares didn't kill momentum, i don't know what you're talking about. You know it's very obvious. When this went up to 72 bucks, they released the news bam.

You see this thing drop down to the next day, a low of 30 and some change right. It obviously killed momentum, but that doesn't mean the play is done? That's what i'm telling you right. Has it gone through a very long string of bearish price action? Absolutely, but you also have to come back to the facts, and the facts of the matter are this: first and foremost, you take care of yourself. You got to pay your bills, you got to put food on your table.
You got to take care of your family. You got to do what's best for you. That is ultimately the most important thing. Secondly, shorts haven't covered positions.

It's really that simple, 20.64 current short interest of free float and i've got a video that i talked about this in pretty good detail on and which i would uh. I would suggest you check out if you, if you have an opinion about uh the current situation with amc and the dumping and the this, and then that right check out squeeze 2.0 this one right here. This goes in pretty good detail on uh sort of my thesis in terms of what 2022 has in store and this one right here, if you don't believe in market corruption, this will convince you and i'll give you the rundown right, if you're, to check out ortex Data which gives you about 85 percent of exchange reported data. This is reported by finra, who is the regulating uh body that watches over the stock market.

You will find that small and mid-cap companies which are comprised of market caps between a couple hundred million dollars up to ten billion dollars, so they're small in comparison to apple nvidia, tesla, google, right they're, just they're growth stocks, they're, not value stocks, they're more of a Growth stock, you look at this and you can see that across the board you have uh short interest, ranging from 15 to 35 40 percent. You look at the way that all stocks have traded, regardless of shares getting dumped on amc right. Regardless of that, you see the exact same sort of patterns taking place. You look at amc.

You can see this pattern, you look at game. Stop right. You can see not as weak of a pattern, but it is still a pattern right. You look at ader, it's the same pattern.

Bbig same pattern right, it's very obvious, what's happening here and it's the fact that small mid-cap companies, growth stocks that retail investors typically come to enjoy, are targeted by institutions. They're targeted by market makers, they're targeted by people who are allowed to uh buy the books. Pin down stock price by using derivatives naked short selling in some cases, especially in the case of ader, and i think very obviously, an amc, gamestop right uh - you can see what's happening, the the shares the selling of shares made indifference without a doubt. Without a doubt, it did, but that's not who your enemy is: who's your enemy right, who's, the bad guy.

Here it's the it's. The people who short sell growth stocks to the point of being undervalued and and push dollars into it that ultimately, retail can't combat. In the short term, that's it that's the most important thing, my friends, so that's my piece on it. I won't run away from it.

You know, i'm not gon na run away from the fact that uh that adam aaron dumped a lot of shares. Nobody liked that nobody wanted him to sell that many shares. I mean it's, it's tough! It's a tough situation. So uh! That's what i got to say about that man.
It's uh! It's! It's all that i have. I got one last thing. I always rant. Welcome back to the trace, trace trades rant of the day baby, it's uh! It's that all stocks across the board.

If you see small, mid caps, all doing the exact same thing, you should ask a question: the question's simple. Why are all small and mid-cap companies doing the exact same thing? You ask yourself that question. I think you're gon na start asking other ones. You know jim cramer, naked sharks in bed - oh well, yeah.

That makes sense. I can see it, i can see it. You know sometimes you're in bed and you're you uh you're naked, and you got a short man. My man's doing what my man's got to do, who knows who knows baby microvision, so microvision is going through a hard time right now, i'll briefly touch on this uh big nuts play.

I love that it's going through a hard time because they haven't had any buyers right. So microvision is a stock that i used to talk about quite a bit back in the day and i'll touch on this briefly and we'll move on, because i have some other things i would like to discuss, especially the amc, uh debt refinancing. Uh. That's been popping around here today: uh microvisions, lidar tech is what got me the most excited.

They have a bunch of other different technology. They've got augmented reality, they've got virtual reality. They've got a lot of uh they're scientists right. Their ceo is a scientist, more than i'd, say, he's a ceo and where he's really let down the company - and i would say, shareholders is the fact that he hasn't been marketing the lidar tech and he hasn't got bought out.

That's a problem right, eevee space is is very, very hot right now. So when you look at the rest of the ev sector, uh you see tesla, you see rivian, you see lucid. They all went through massive massive rips over the last couple months, but microvision is doing the exact opposite. You have to ask the question of uh: why? Why isn't it moving with the rest of these names and it's likely because they haven't got bought out? So what i would what i would say with microvision is: if you're looking for momentum as of right now, uh there is potential.

I mean this is a heavily shorted stock. I could show you that or text that, if you'd like just ask um but nonetheless uh i'd, say momentum makes more sense until there's there's more information on whether or not these guys are actually gon na get bought out, because all this movement was rumors of buyout, Which never came to fruition, so uh there was opportunity to make money. I remember i remember playing microvision back here from uh 28. I remember i think i was on a live stream.

Actually it might have been one of these few days somewhere around 11 or 10. I said i'm gon na buy some calls on this and uh. A lot of people did pretty decent on that, but you got to take profits when it's there. I suppose you know if you're up uh on microvision, you know especially down here from a buck 50.
You go through this run up to 28. That's some solid cash. You know uh microvision or text i'll, pull it up real, quick and then i want to discuss some other things. I don't want to spend too much time on that.

Twenty one point: four one percent. So very heavily shorter. You can see the overall trend here estimated to range for free float. Definitely on a slow, uptrend uh.

You can see utilization about 78, there's still more uh a little more room for shorts to to pile under this. If they'd like to but uh volume on this, if i recall starting to pick up a little bit as it doesn't have quite enough momentum, it's got to break this downtrend, but that's what we got. Damn live streaming baby, of course all right. So let's talk about amc's, uh amc's news that came out here today: uh.

Let me pull up the article so that we can discuss this briefly, because i was reading twitter a little bit and i think there's a pretty easy way to be able to describe this uh. This sort of interaction right, so amc entertainment holdings to raise 500 million dollars for refinancing debt. A lot of people are talking about uh, perhaps dilution, and this is a a much different piece than dilution uh. If you, if you dig into sort of what this really means, so, let's just read the beginning of the article amc, entertainment holdings to issue 500 million dollars of first lean senior secured notes due 2029 in a private, offering that proceeds and cash on hand will be Used to fund the redemption of 10.5 percent senior secured personally new notes due 2025 and to pay related fees, cost premiums and expenses.

The most important thing that i can talk about with this is the refinancing word. So, even if it's a marginal difference, what amc is trying to do here is essentially extend these notes. You can see these seniors secured first lean notes due 2025 with a 10.5 percent interest rate right. They are going to extend that to 2029 uh and likely right either a save money b, extend the date uh or see both.

So we already see that the the the date is extended here and you could even see a lower overall uh percentage than 10.5. So that's something that's something to keep in the back of your mind, this isn't really bad news. In fact, it's good news. It gives the opportunity for amc to allow themselves more time to to build a nice war chest, as adam aaron would say, uh to build cash on hand and to continue to grow the company without having to worry about uh long-term debt.

So it's cash flow cash flow is good right. We we enjoy cash flow. We did get great news about uh amc cash flow with that uh that early q4 news that came out - i discussed in a video not too long ago, but you see that amc moved pretty positively off of that today, down five point: two five percent uh gap Fills right here about 16 10 cents doesn't look like it'll, probably get a bounce today, looking a little bit weak today, uh, but that's that's kind of the the bee's knees in terms of what happened there screw the banks, i'm moving my money to my local credit Union, that's not a bad thing to do. You know: yeah, like refinancing your car sean exactly like refinancing your car refinancing, a mortgage people just try to find a cheaper way to keep money in their pockets.
Ah, man have you ever had yourself a diet. These things are: are water, they're, they're, decent they're, real nice? They hit the spot all right, where's titan. I can grab him quick hold on tight, we're good buddy. Come here, hey he was looking out the window say: hi buddy, hey, you are so big.

Titan has gotten huge. He is a big boy. I should rename him to uh to hulk because he is a strong cat. He is, he is just a beast.

Look how big? He is you big boy? Oh ow, no ow come on, be nice all right i'll. Let you go, don't bite me, don't bite me! Oh! Thank you good boy. I suppose i haven't. I haven't said this either.

Yet i announced this on twitter uh, but in case there are those on the live stream. Who who were tracking uh franklin franklin was uh. Was my second cat he unfortunately passed away. He he contracted something called fip.

If you were to look this up, fip cats, it's uh, it's a very rare viral disease. It's called feline infectious peritonitis, a viral disease of cats caused by certain strains of a virus called the feline coronavirus. Most strains of feline coronavirus are found in the gastrointestinal tract. They do not cause significant disease.

These are referred to as feline enteric coronavirus. Unfortunately, franklin uh caught fip and uh. You can't really cure it, so he he passed away last saturday uh. So that's that's sort of what happened there in case you're curious.

We won't talk about it too much, but i know people have been asking about him in case you didn't hear the news. That's that's kind of what went down so life's got to go on right. Life has got to go on. Lamp is over here.

Lamp is over here. You can't see her right now, but she's on my desk. We don't. We would never we'd, never betray lamp get in touch with lou.

That's his luna uh. I think lulac's doing his own thing. I i'd leave lou to do his own thing. You know i'm not gon na i'm not gon na bug the guy he he enjoys his his solidarity and i'll leave that to him, hey don't worry about it.

I appreciate chad. Thank you guys. Thank you guys. We're chilling, though, we're chilling we're big chilling life's got to go on.

We uh we had our day of grieving and i uh i tossed a few back for uh for franklin, because i feel like that's the thing to do, and we just got to keep going on with our day. Trey. Are we going to war? Oh hot topic, not like the store either, which i actually spent a lot of money on when i was a kid i'll, tell you what i got: some good posters, uh and outfits from hot topic. This is actually interesting to say, videos of uh, the russia and ukraine news.
Let's touch on this very briefly here. I actually think this is important to talk about uh, so check this out. This was as of 21 minutes ago pentagon to deploy 3 000 troops to europe as tensions spike with russia over ukraine, i'll i'll touch on this briefly, i think that there is important things to say about this: russia, ukraine, sort of situation. So i spoke with somebody who i think has more experience than this.

I've been in the military for a short period of time. Almost a year and a half i've never deployed right. I've never been in a situation where i've had to deal with actual conflict. However, my biological dad was in the military for 24 years and he went on a lot of deployments, so i asked him about this because i was curious.

I had some theories in terms of what i thought uh would happen and he was uh he's been overseas. Many times over over i'd say eight probably close to ten uh, and he thought that this current situation is pretty similar to basically just showing your teeth right. Uh, the united states in this situation is not going with the intention of uh of creating conflict. It's more of a more of a call to thank you appreciate it bro it's more of a call to arms, so basically, what they're doing is they're bringing these 3 000 troops to europe with the tension spike between russia and ukraine uh by the off chance that It's necessary what it's really going to depend on is whether russia wants to create some conflict with ukraine or, if they're, just talking, because i think that putin uh is, is a 4d chess kind of guy.

This guy and russia's ideology for a very long time has been of the mindset of uh, i'm going to pass along my ideology to likely whoever the next political leader is, so that we can continue to uh to expand the way that we'd like to, and i Think this is probably some form. This is my opinion. This is theory. This is like uh, like a b tier sort of take right.

I can't back up other than what i've read and my opinions on what i've read uh, but i think russia's probably got eyes on on china down the road. That's probably the really major conflict that i'd be watching for is russia and china and how somehow, perhaps the united states getting tied into uh into that when we go to war historically speaking every hundred years, there typically is some form of a pretty decent sized war, But uh more than anything man, i think it's really it's important to say uh that we. I appreciate the troops over all those 3 000 people who went over to europe, whether you agree with what the military does or does not do. Uh these people sacrifice time with their families uh and sometimes they sacrifice their lives and we have to recognize those who who feel they're fighting for a greater good.
So i appreciate all those all those people who are overseas: yeah posturing, that's a good way to put a ranger. I see i'm too stupid to think of that word for sure posturing yeah. I think he said that too yeah. That's my take on that.

Though. It's something i'm keeping my eye on, i'm keeping my eye on it. I i don't think right now: it's posturing, it's showing your teeth, we'll see what happens. Bojangs i've been here.

I've been out here, uh, i'm on leave right now. So that's that's uh! That's why i'm live streaming. I was out in florida last weekend looking for a place to live once i get out of uh out of the military and uh. I think i'm gon na end up moving out to tampa for the first year, so i can rent and then uh i'll figure it out from there.

I've been looking around tampa, perhaps brandonton, maybe sarasota, but tampa probably makes the most sense uh. I, like their taxes out there, i think tampa is a very a very fast growing city. There's a lot of things that i would enjoy doing out there. I don't like being cold uh, it's not too cold out there and you also don't really have the risk of of hurricanes.

Historically speaking in tampa, they typically don't get hit too bad a little bit of rain. Sometimes some wind uh, but they don't really get the uh, the the the brunt of it, which is good to see all right. Mr diet, coke has been sick more times over the last year of me watching his channel than i have been in my whole. Life fact shape up trade.

Life is short, you know. What's funny, buddy fox is uh. I actually got my degree in nutrition in college. Doctors make the worst patients that's what it is: yeah yeah baby tray for president nah.

I don't want to do that. I don't want to do that. No thank you i'll leave that uh. I i think, if, if you're gon na have people run for president outside of the the typical clientele that we see, there's got ta, be some changes in regulation and rules.

I think uh, like here's an example uh in terms of just the way that that politicians are kind of you know seated right now in society in the united states, and this is just like something i've witnessed within my own life experience. You feel free to have your own opinion, but within my life uh it's sort of it's sort of a given that senior citizens. You know people who approach the age of 65 to 70 start to settle down because their cognitive function and their physical functions start to decline. That's just basic human physiology right.

Your brain starts to lose uh function. Your body starts to deteriorate you're, not as strong as you once, where your bones aren't: uh aren't as nimble right and you just kind of settle down. You retire. You do your thing right.
You hang out with a family. Some people go to retirement homes. Some people go move in with their kids whatever. However, you look at the united states and most politicians uh outside of obviously the president, but you look at some people who have been in seed for decades really uh.

A lot of these people are approaching. 65. 70. 75 years old - and you just have to wonder yourself like how is this an exception to the rule, you know - i don't know if i really understand that i know it makes sense to me, but that's just my take whatever it is, what it is uh other Than that there's one last thing i wanted to touch on and then i'm probably gon na reach out to tmi and see if he wants to stop on yeah hold up.

Let me actually send this link to him. What do you guys think of uh of tom brady retiring huh? There's uh, there's a video of my little brother, his name's colt and uh? It's it's him, him being really pissed off that that tom brady is retiring. It's it's funny because he was saying i won't get out of the car. I won't get out of the car until uh until until tom brady comes back, he was very sad.

He's uh, six years old, he's a good kid he's, a good kid. Uh, live with dmi save i'll, send this over all right tmi. If you're watching right now, i'm sending this over to twitter. For you real, quick, come on now there we go beautiful all right! Let me just get this set up so that it's uh it's good to go for when the time comes, i'm gon na get my obs uh desktop audio shut off just until he pops in and when i see him pop in we'll get a rocking there.

We go sick all right back to it. Huh tom brady knows there is no. I in team, absolutely man, you know he's uh, there's there's some there's some things he's done in the past right that are obviously bad deflate gate. No, no one likes talking about that, especially tom brady fans, but what you, what you really can't argue is is uh some of the legacy left in football.

You know it's important to write to to look at the way that people make you feel and tom brady. I think inspired: what's the upcoming uh future of football, it's pretty cool to see honestly, i i'm uh, i'm excited for it. Oh echo, thanks dude, i i i muted it i muted the mic. On the other end, my bad, my bad, my bad.

My bed appreciate you guys i would not have known. I need to borrow confidence from you, trey and fellow apes. This is coming from guillemot uh villa villegas, i'm probably saying that absolutely wrong and i apologize but here's here's what i can say uh about that confidence comes from uh repetition and being right about what you're doing, and that doesn't mean that necessarily i've been right. A million times, but what i, what i do mean by that is confidence, comes from uh, mastering a skill.

So here's an example when i started running back in high school, i you're thinking about 12 year old trey. I sounded the same as i am now. It's still 5 foot 11. I was about 150 pounds about the same as i am now.
I just didn't have a beard and i had more hair on the top of my head, but nonetheless i started running and uh. I wasn't good at it. I didn't have the confidence you know and, as i kept showing up to the plate i put on my shoes every morning. I laced them up and i go out the door a couple years later.

You find yourself being a little more confident when you step up to the starting line of a race. You know for a tracker for a cross-country meet uh confidence comes from uh, getting better at whatever skill you're trying to learn. So if you want to gain confidence in, for example, something such as amc well, you have to objectively look at the things that you can and cannot control. What can you not control about this right now? You can't control the price right.

You can't control the direction that it's moving in the short term, the midterm, uh or the long term. What you can do is analyze what it's doing. You can try to master uh, perhaps the art of studying the way that stocks move, and that's that's, probably the best thing that i can give to you and in the meantime you know. This is something that my old man once told me, and i still stand by this and i think about this all the time uh, it's basically fake until they make it right.

He told me son, borrow confidence from me in a day that i felt like absolute dog, and i did, and i what i took away from that is when you can't depend on your own psyche when you don't believe in yourself. Just know that other people believe in you, you know that you've got other people in your corner and if you don't have other people in your corner, man uh find some. You know, and if you can't find some just know that uh that you're in my thoughts - that's probably the best thing i can say for that - oh tmi is in here. Let's get this rocking, let's uh just get this set up real quick! Oh, i didn't mean to do that.

I messed up my uh, my camera. Damn it boy yeah, i just got ta fix my uh, my cam hold on with sick. Oh no, give me one. Second, i'm gon na get six million emails.

Now, god damn it chad. I swear to god, i swear to god. If i get six million emails, it's game over this game, he needs some help. We got the mighty alpaca here there we go we're cooking there we go.

Can you guys uh? Oh it's, probably echoing bad. Let me see. Let me make sure my check mic check. Does uh.

Does the audio sound, okay, guys we're just gon na make sure this is good? I want to make sure this doesn't sound like dog i'll, wait. It out we're gon na wait for uh for chat to say that we're uh, we're good we're cooking llama, doesn't sound bad we're uh we're good to go nice golden. What's up man dude it's another day, it's uh, it's good to be back and uh sort of sort of kicking it live. You know i i freaking enjoy these days, i'm gon na see.
If i can uh get this on speaker there we go. That's that's better! That's money that looks that looks clean as money all right. What are you doing chilling right now? I just watched the uh the interview with um with who was it uh aoc talking about congress, yeah what'd, you think of that walk me through it dude. I didn't get the chance to watch it yet i hopped on uh on the live at 120 and i was kind of going over some of the nancy pelosi and jim cramer uh jim cramer, very bad person.

Nancy pelosi is a horrible person. Okay, i don't write the rules, it's very simple stuff. It's a dude, freaking hilarious. The google calls that she had made her look like a freaking crystal ball.

She's genius, absolutely genius uh, just another call just another call but yeah with aoc she's. Basically, talking about um trading, individual stocks um, she didn't really get into derivatives. She didn't really get too much detail, but just basically saying that, like you know, she's part of congress they're privy to a lot of uh information that can you know really direct them and how to make money off of you know the future outcomes of their decisions. So they should just be able to.

You know, use blind trust or just invest in an etf and that's about it. You know there was an analogy that that uh that i was told that i find it very interesting. It's it's like if you were to say a referee, can can bet on a sports game when they control the outcome of the sports game. Yep.

I don't know if i can, how can you argue the fact that politicians can trade individual stocks? I mean there's a coach, i can't remember the coach, maybe you know who this is, but there was a football coach that came out and said uh. You know i can't i can't bet on sports games because i'm a coach, you know i, i kind of control the outcome and he didn't even really control the outcome as much uh. He just coaches. You know he says i can't bet on the games and i'm cool with that.

So why can politicians inside or trade? Why can't they? Why can't they trade individual stocks? You know it just seems like one of those things where the gas lighting and the the mentality has been like something overlooked for so long that people just like let it go for all these years and now they're just like trying to argue the fact that it Doesn't exist, it shouldn't shouldn't matter. This problem isn't there when, when it's finally being addressed, i don't know. I just don't understand how you can make this argument so stupid. So it's honestly it's only because retail actually cares.

Now, that's literally it retail cares now. So now they have to address it like that that i think honestly, this, the eight movement is really changing a lot more than we actually realize. I don't think i would have cared honestly. I don't think i would have cared as much two years ago.
No, no. Definitely not definitely not. Two years ago dude i was uh. I was in my my uh.

Where was i staying at the time? I think i was still in my apartment on on campus at st john's. When i had a free time i was, i was just playing god of war or shadow of mordor and uh pounded down kraken, you know, that's it speaking of which we got. We got right here in the in the hand, maybe post them down. First chat.

I like it for you, i like it, pour it up. Well, i didn't get my you know what yeah let me go, get mine, oh yeah, i'll, wait for you bro i'll, wait for you chat, let's uh! Let's leave! Let's leave the the hate outside right. Let's leave that at the door that's important to discuss. You don't have to like a certain person but uh if you wouldn't feel comfortable, calling that that person on the phone to tell them that you probably shouldn't just be screaming it on the internet.

What's going on people talking about me, we can deal with. No, no, not you not! You! Don't worry, yeah! There's the mass comments right, but we we uh, we all get stuff. It's not good. I get bros all the time.

Yeah! Listen! I'll! Tell you guys this for all those with the mass comments. You guys do me a quick favor. You guys get this video to 2500 likes in the next 15 minutes and i'll take the mask off in the first quarter in the first quarter in the first quarter. Oh well, i better put that in the title this you got 15 minutes better run those likes up for the video unmasking.

Tmi that'll be the title. Unless you guys don't care, if you guys don't care, then that's fine, you're not supposed to like button. That's cool! Do you uh, do you have a clip of the aot uh conversation that we can watch? I do have it downloaded my friend i come prepared. You want to share it on your screen.

Uh! Yes, sir that'd be sick, all right, oh high definition and everything. Okay, all right, let's see here, let's check it, yeah, listen when you guys say take it off, you got ta, be more specific than that. You guys might be taking off the wrong thing. This thing to get the channel banned, you got ta, be careful.

Bro people always think i'm not wearing pants, because you're not chat. Look at this. I told you something i'm wearing pants. It was very short, i'm not wearing pants.

So i can't. I can't do that. I can't flex like i am hey. I'm tossing back some cracking for you here we go all right.

Can you see it? Okay, i got mine right here. Yeah, i can see it. We're cooking, we're cooking! Oh he's got the real stuff that a boy - maybe all right. Let's see, can you hear it? I cannot okay, you know i'll do i'll play it out loud on my speaker and i'll.

Just be quiet, dude! Do it. Let's do it all right. I have the video uh, your youtube channel up and it's a bit delayed because i'm watching it for the live chat. Yeah, i just saw you stand up on chat.
If that ends up clipped and on twitter, i swear to god: they're, not boxers they're shorts, they're shorts. I swear. I swear they're shorts, they're shorts, they're shorts chat, you're killing me you're, crushing my nuts all right. Let's see here uh one quick.

Second, you got 1900 likes bro you're gon na have to take that mascot first quarter. First quarter! That's fair! That's fair! You better pick a date i'll take a date date when the game is over all right. So here we go send it. I think, particularly when we have this conversation in the context of inflation as well.

It's really not just labor, it's not just rising wages, but there's a lot of different dynamics that i think are contributing to the increase in prices, whether it's supply chain complications. Yes, labor issues, but sometimes lack of labor um, a lack of the ability to be able to work consistently in their jobs, which is also tied to pandemic controls and also there's a real distinction to be made between inflation and price gouging. There's a lot of evidence that particularly industries with high concentrations of corporate concentrations, whether it's almost oligopoly level industries. A lot of these price increases are potentially due to just straight lines by corporations.

Are you concerned about inflation and higher interest rates hold on a second stimulus checks were too generous, diagnosing these issues correctly nope nope nope. This is a different part of the interview hold on a second. She gets more direct at the different part. Let's see here there.

We go all right hold on a second, oh my bad. Ah i always mute myself. I always mute myself, so i'm a i was getting excited because uh, a guy that i work with just stopped and chat mason. He asked if i'm going to the dfac uh and i am not going to the defect - absolutely not dmi's.

Still, there wait wait. What's the defect, it's uh, like the food hall on on installation. Ah, did you did you uh actually know i'd, probably wait till afterwards? Do you tell people that you're on leave yep? Oh nice, okay, okay, okay, yep, yep, yep, i like it, i like it! So we can get a few more of these lives before uh before the end of the year tomorrow and friday is the goal i uh. When i'm full time so chad, this is what you have to look forward to when i'm full time.

I plan on streaming uh at least two three hours of uh market hours and then i'm gon na go stream on twitch in the evening. Uh. Usually one finance, video and hopefully one uh extracurricular video a date. That's my game plan and there's more to come, but i'm not going to hint that again i'll just give you this little sneaky peaky wiki, it's uh! I i think what i have envisioned with some really cool people is uh, taking down mainstream media in a really cool way, i'm very excited for it.

Tmi knows and i'll leave it at that. I know nothing jon snow. I know absolutely nothing but pretty exciting stuff. If i know anything which i do not, i would say some pretty exciting stuff plus mainstream media.
What is mainstream anymore? Okay. I cannot find this exact clip of this mint, where she's speaking to congress but uh. It is your camera's up by the way. Bro.

Oh, is it yeah? Let's take a look here. Ah, okay, oh we're gon na have another one yeah you're back you're back you're back there we go there, we go yeah. We have to have a few more of those dude crim jammer on paypal. That's the next one: oh there we go okay, we got it now all right.

Let's see it rip that bad boy! All right, can you guys see that sure can beautiful here we go. This is the goods. It's not really a mystery to me. Why it's difficult to pass an enormous amount? I wouldn't be surprised if there was a majority of members of congress, uh hold and trade individual stock.

I don't know the actual numbers, but it was a very large degree, and you know the key here is that it's not to say that you can't have a retirement fund or a college savings account or blind trust, a blind trust, a mutual fund, an index fund. These are vehicles of investments that are brought that individual members of congress don't have direct control over, but even last year there was at least 75 members of congress that held individual stock in johnson, johnson, vader and pfizer, and we're talking about in the last one to Two years, and so that is where we should be drawing the line - i am a member of congress. Members of congress have access to very sensitive security clearances. We have access to very detailed tailored rates.

We our job, is to try to anticipate and legislate for what we see is coming and we should not have the ability to both have access to that information and be able to hold and trade individual stock, and that's really what this is about. It's about our ability to direct and hold trades in individual stock, with access to the sense of information that the public has given us. There we go. That's a pretty uh, it's a pretty decent.

Take i mean like so this is the kind of stuff where we're starting to get more attention right now. This is flying around twitter. Right now has a hundred thousand views on twitter, so i can only imagine what this is gon na do on several different social platforms, and it's just the conversation is happening. It's slowly starting to get there right.

You know what the catalyst was. You know what it was. I know you know what it was yep. It was unusual, wales, tweet that went viral when a joe rogan.

I have the photo right here of every single member of congress that beat this fine 2021 starting off with austin scott brian mass french hill, john curtis dan crenshaw. All the names are here: it's nice, every single one, it's nuts! The funny thing is this right. I think i spoke to you about this before. If you have members of congress that are making this kind of money, why are they working? Why are they working these jobs? You can do what you're doing from a sandy beach anywhere you want in the world.
Why are you still because you need the job to make this kind of money and that itself is wrong? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah 100, so i think uh we talked about this once offline, but it's like why? Wouldn't nancy pelosi go start a hedge fund. You know she's she's, a great trader right she's. She makes 200 000 a year and she's worth nine figures. Congratulations! Uh! You know! A successful trader should be able to do that on their own.

Without insider information shouldn't, they, wouldn't you think, wouldn't you want to go, manage somebody else's money and make some more money. On top of you making a bunch of money, i don't know - maybe maybe maybe they need the job they have to give to their husband to give to their cousin to give to their brother to give to their stepmom to give to their stepmom's son so that They can make some good money, i don't know, maybe the stepmom stuck in the dryer, so it goes to the sun. Maybe goes to that. Who knows you know, but at the end of the day, uh it's pretty obvious man, it's just a conflict of interest.

That seems like the whole story of the stock market. Man whole stock market's a conflict of interest. I mean to be honest, even like uh us talking about an individual stock if we come at it with even a slight fraction of uh bias is a conflict of interest. You know it's it's, it's the it's a system, man, it's a whole system.

It's tough! To stop to wrap your head around, but we are making progress that that uh, that that freaking aoc is nasty. That's a good thing to see our boy whales, it's good! It's good and i think unusual wells yeah. He deserves some props man he's been making. So much freaking headway like yes, i mean dude.

If you're calling a politician, that's one thing, but when you start calling out in a way that's easy for people to digest and easy for people to kind of pass on that message. That's what makes it like perfect, like simple visuals, here's, what the spy did! Here's, what your congressional members did. What do you think is wrong with this picture and just leave it at that yeah. It doesn't have to be political.

You know i mean there's uh aoc is kind of uh she's she's, very polarizing. Right people love her, they don't uh, but you don't have to love somebody to agree with stances that they that they take on specific things. You know i don't agree with a lot of what aoc says, but there are some things that she does say. I'm like that actually makes sense.

You know ultimately you're you're critiquing, the idea, not the person, and i mean her statement on that. That just makes sense. You shouldn't be a member of congress or a politician or an insider trading with information. That's sensitive that other people don't have access to.
I don't know, that's it. I mean i don't. I don't agree with everything that anybody says, like your take on diet, coke and me are just bro, i'm gon na get you on it all right. Let's, let's talk about this.

This is important diet. Coke is oxygen, water is poison, and i'm gon na tell you why it's just simple stuff. I i got my degree by the way in uh nutrition, so i'm qualified for this stuff. I could go be a dietitian.

If i wanted wait, wait. So where did you get your degree from st john's university? They are going to come within 90 days to take that apparently, but i'm telling you i'm telling you i'm qualified for this water is poison. It's poison. Every person that drinks water ends up dying.

You want to know why, oh my god, h2o oxygen. If you see what oxygen does to apples, it kills them destroys them. Oxygen's, bad dude oxygen is ultimately what kills us. We have to breathe it every day, but you don't have to drink water.

You don't have to you, can prolong the inevitable death of the poison that you're taking alive. You know: you're live yeah, oh yeah, of course i'll stand by this to my grave that coke is good, it's oxygen, but not the kind that that uh. That kills. You that's kind of an oxymoron, but i'm standing by it.

I'm sticking to my guns. Listen! I'm gon na i'm gon na have to do some research listen chat. Just so you guys know. I will figure out if coke did pay for an ad on this channel.

I promise you, i will do my due diligence to figure out if this is a paid stunt or not, there's no way that that is an unbiased opinion. I promise you that i will figure out i'll get the bomb of this. I will coke. I will pay you not to sponsor me.

That's actually my stance on this. That is hilarious, but you know what honestly, i think that diet, coke is kind of like um. How should i put this diet? Coke is kind of like blackberry. That makes sense.

No, oh sorry, coke is like apple diet. Coke is kind of like blackberry. How about that? What that doesn't make any sense? No! No! No! If you're gon na make a comparison, you're gon na make a comparison comparison! Oh! No! No! No! No! No! No! So let me let me let me break this down in simpleton terms really easy here for you, coke is like hood diet. Coke is like test, oh no! No! No! No! No! You need to do put a poll in chat, put a poll in chat for coke or diet coke, not fair.

I think you could do that all right chad. These are the important questions that we we must answer. This is serious coke or diet coke. You ultimately decide chad.

This is. This is important stuff. This is really what we need to know. Uh your vote matters.

Please no synthetic votes. We do not accept synthetic votes. The polls are not rigged. Okay, uh.
Do this the right way, yeah! No, no logging. In from synthetic, let's get this rocking all right. There we go. These are the important questions.

Look, you know, should congress be able to trade, individual stocks um, you know, what's the outlook for amc of the next 30, 90 or 60 and 90 days and, of course, coke or diet coke?.
